Okay, now that I have a tag for my Community NBC headcannons (#wingamy headcannons) let me drop some below!

-Troy is into crosswords. Annie obviously got him into them. The thing is that he doesn't actually do them... he fills up the spaces with masculine names. As in... "John". "Sebastian" etc. etc.

-Jeff uses Tinder just to get praised by single 40 year old women. He doesn't even chat or anything, he just adores getting spammed with messages.

-We all know Annie uses glitter gel pens (even though no one mentioned it in the show) but what about her doing pretty titles for her notes? She would make a pretty pink title for history class, no matter how horrible the subject is. ˚ʚ✧✿The Salem Witch Trials❁˚ʚ♡ɞ˚

-Abed's movies usually have crappy Windows Movie Maker transitions. He tries emulating the transitions on Star Wars but fails horribly.

-Britta feels so ashamed of herself for finding Jeff hot, mainly because he's... Jeff. I'm pretty sure this is canon, though LMAO

-Shirley's the type of mom that changes recipees because they have too much sugar... but ends up adding even more than the original recipe.

-Of all the times they were married, Jeff always kept the wedding ring from his wedding(s) to Britta when they got divorced. He probably knew they were going to get married again, anyway. Or maybe he just wanted to keep the ring?

As much as I love my ships, I’m actually hoping they don’t make any pairings officially canon in the movie. I just feel like that was never really the point of the show, and it’s honestly just too divisive. I would be okay if they pulled a Remedial Chaos Theory and explored how each pairing would work out, but I don’t really see that happening.

Recently rewatched "Curriculum Unavailable" and the 'therapist' started listing off all the reasons the study group got to Greendale in the first place. Before he got to Britta, she stopped him because "I don't want to hear mine." And something about that is just so emotionally devastating to me. I actually can't stop thinking about it. Like what was it in particular? The An-Her-Chists bailing on her? If it really is that, then to me, this is just another reminder to Britta how people don't really tend to like her, how people always end up leaving if she doesn't go first. I think remembering that drags up too many feelings for her to the point where she'd rather ignore it than ever face the memory of it happening or the realisation it could happen again. I mean, she doesn't even wanna hear it.

Somehow that makes me think of a Britta at home thinking about it all and just helplessly, unavoidably panic crying because she couldn't bear a repeat. "What's an anarchist to do without her organisation," probably would sound something more like "What's a girl to do without her friends," now that she knows what it's like to have them. But of course, Britta being Britta, she'd never want to show that in front of anyone. So it's better to just avoid it all.
