SHE has been living in NYC for FOURTEEN YEARS, and is known to be CREATIVE and OUT-GOING, but can also be PERFECTIONISTIC and HEDONISTIC, if you cross them.  People tend to associate them with HAUTE COUTURE and LATE NIGHT PAPARAZZI SHOTS 

The daughter of a supermodel and a businessman, was it any wonder that Kiki Harrington entered the world of high end fashion? 

Kiana is the only daughter of supermodel Noli Evans and real estate mogul Peter Harrington; though she does have an older brother. Her parents have been married since the 80′s and she’s found herself blessed to have a tight knit family despite their busy schedules. 

Kiki had always had a passion for fashion, as they say. Growing up she watched her mother model all over the world and was entranced. At first she thought about becoming a model herself but as she grew she realised it was the clothes that caught her attention more. Her parents were very supportive and encouraging when they were around and Kiki started designing and making her own clothes when she was a teenager.

Unfortunately, her lack of parental supervision left her and her brother to look after each other. Her parents weren’t neglectful, just often very busy. As a result though, Kiki and her brother are very close. 

Leaving high school, Kiki got into a prestige design school where many thought she’d only been accepted because of who her parents were, not on the talent she possessed. She was determined then to prove her worth. 

By 24 she was working as an assistant in a fashion house. That was also when she first met her boyfriend. Their relationship is tumultuous and has been on and off for years, though Kiki believes he’s the love of her life. That however doesn’t mean she hasn’t had lovers in between. 

Now, at 28, she’s starting her own label, wanting to work for herself and become a fashion powerhouse.

Magnus was born in London, to Ghanaian parents. He spent the first several years of his life there, until his family relocated to San Francisco when he was twelve.

He became fascinated with movies from a young age, thanks to his family’s frequent outings to the theater. After he was gifted a super 8 camera at the age of ten, he realized that he wanted to be a filmmaker.

After college, he relocated to New York City where he began a career as a photographer ( while also making experimental shorts on the side ) and gained a fair amount of success that way.

His first feature was a microbudget thriller he made for $7000 when he was twenty-seven. It unexpectedly won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance, kick starting his career.

He’s one of the most acclaimed and distinctive filmmakers working today. He’s made seven films ( his next is set to premiere very soon, probably at TIFF ), across a number of genres, all of which have been critically acclaimed. Some have also gained significant awards attention, including one nomination and one win for best picture.

( Some real filmmakers I’d compare him to are Paul Thomas Anderson, Alfonso Cuarón, the Coen Brothers, Steve McQueen, Alejandro González Iñárittu, Claire Denis, Jonathan Glazer, Darren Aronofsky, Lucrecia Martel.... )

His work is very varied, but it all has his distinctive style and creative voice. Magnus has a lot of creative control over his movies, there’s no questioning his vision.

He can be very critical. Of himself most intensely, but also others, especially in a professional context, although in general he’s a pretty good boss. 

Magnus was married to Charlotte Grant for ten years, until their divorce five years ago. They have a fourteen year old daughter and a ten year old son. His work and his kids are always going to be his first priority.

He has a very open, curious mindset, always seeking to learn more and better himself. Magnus also doesn’t suffer fools or assholes.

Larissa Amelia Thornton was born on the first day of summer to the respected surgeon Mark Thornton and the famous emotionally unavailable socialite Margaret Thornton ( née Hamilton ) in New York City.

fun fact, one of the few childhood memories Larissa has of her parents is them showering her with presents and, self-absorbed at they were, taking photographs of their ‘lovely daughter’ only to show them to their elite friends later

(whenever she drinks rum she mentions how her first acting job was being the perfect daughter her mother had always wanted), however young Larissa was more interesting in playing outside, making mud pies and finger painting.

in her teenage years she fell in love for the first time, with art. she’d spend hours in all sorts of museums with a pencil and a sketchbook in her hands.

the Mother was never took Lara’s interest in art seriously so when she refused to look into Ivy League schools and said she was thinking about becoming an artist, her mother lost it.

her Father advised not ot oppose her mother *Mother Knows Best from Tangled playing in the background* and to do everything she said-- smile, sit up straight, please others, go to college...

he committed suicide when Larissa was 17 (she doesn’t know why) and after his death the Thornton family fell apart (but of course, none of made it to the press) and Larissa began acting out, partying, alcohol, drugs, anything that would make her forget.

on the bright side, she focused on herself and began exploring the world all in futile attemps to run from her problems and successful attempts to find herself. 

took a few acting courses and liked it, acting was something that made her tap into her pain and transform it in something good 

soon after met an acting coach, a woman named Sawyer who was the first person to believe in her and her talent as well, she was also Nora’s first rolemodel/crush/obsession. And when Sawyer moved to Europe without her, she was devastated.

Mother (who would do great in Game of Thrones, honestly) would have none of it so she arranged a suitable marriage for Larissa with an older billionaire

honoring her father’s memory (Mother Knows Best!) and feeling completely lost, Larissa obliged but, you guessed it, she h a t e d Margaret for it and cut, not only her off, but also the rest of her family, including her loving brother.

So Larissa was put her in a cage and once again and expected to behave 

at least in that period she was able to take few University Art classes (Husband didn’t mind, as long as she didn’t cause scandals)

it took Larissa three years to pluck up some courage and realize she didn’t want to be a puppet anymore so she filed for a divorce.

The next step to freedom was pursuing acting career. Honoring her first mentor, she legally changed her name to Lara Sawyer.

at some event she met a film producer, auditioned for a part in his movie and got it! The movie was a huge success.

Lara is now enjoying her new-found freedom, like a (social) butterfly, fleeing from one city to another, from one partner to another

she cares about her career (and cherishes it bc it’s the only thing ever she had to work for), adores the whole process of making movies-- the prep, the audition, the costumes, the rush, the filming, the world tours, the interviews, the paparazzi chasing her, fans

which brings us to her personality, ‘she lives for the applause’ (Lady Gaga, 2013)

she craves attention and love, hello childhood emotional neglect!

she often feels as though something is missing she’s easily overwhelmed and determined..... doesn’t respond well to rejection.

( Candice Swanepoel, Cis  Female, She/Her. ) ♛ Isn’t that Audrea de Guinness? The twenty-nine year old Heiress and CEO of Guinness Empire and British aristocrat is unmistakable. She has a reputation for being intelligent and diplomatic, but also detached and extravagant. There’s a reason they call her the Duchess of the jet set, after all.

audrea was born and raised in england; her family is of the british nobility, one that is really close to the royal family but they are very casual about it. probably one of the most casual noble families out there.

audrea has two older sisters, the oldest one is audrey langham (nee de guinness), she is married to jericho langham, which makes him audrea’s brother-in-law. audrey is a chef and restaurateur and at the same time the head chef at the langham hotel restaurants. the second eldest sister is audra de guinness. she is an art curator at the guggenheim museum.

as you can see, none of her sisters wanted to become the heiress of the family business, and so everything was handed down to audrea. of course, her father is still the president of the board, but ultimately everything is going to be handed to her.

originally, she wasn’t supposed to assume to ceo position this early. but with everything that is happening between her and jericho, audrea needed a distraction and after her masters degree, that distraction was work, and that is how she gets here today.

she is probably one of the most hardworking woman you can know. at the same time she’s very genuine, intelligent, friendly, generous, and independent. but audrea has learned how to keep her emotions to herself and not letting how she truly feels show. she rarely trusts people when it comes to her emotions and her stories. sometimes she becomes way too independent; like she needed nobody and there were times when she pushes people away without even realizing she was doing it.

so i guess the elephant in the room is her secret, so we’ll talk more about that down below: tw: mentions of self-destructive behaviours, personality disorders, accident, and death, tread carefully!

audrea and her sisters had a great relationship. before all three permanently moved to new york, they still lived in the england family manor and they often travel back and forth from london to new york since they were kids.

usually they would stay at the family house, but it was the first time all three travelled to new york without their parents and so they thought they would try something new and stay at the langham hotel, which is owned by jericho.

audrea was only 21 then, and she was still young but she was always more mature than most girls her age. originally, things started casually between the three sisters and jericho. but audrey was already falling head over heels for jericho as soon as they met. meanwhile jericho was slowly but steadily falling in love with audrea.

jericho was often invited to the family events and even casual dinners and vice versa. jericho spent more time with audrea than with the other two de guinness sisters, and while jericho was already in love with her, audrea had just begun to fall in love with him.

audrey, on the other hand, was already admitting her love for jericho. originally, jericho wanted to reject audrey because obviously he didn’t love her. but that was the time he discovered that audrey has a personality disorder and a self-destructive behavior. when jericho first rejected her, she had a break down and was emotionally unstable and she self-destructed ––- almost harming herself in the process.

josephine de guinness, their mother, begged jericho to at least go on one date with audrey to prove they weren’t compatible. but then in the end audrey became more and more attached and jericho just had to rip the bandage off and told her he didn’t love her. but audrey’s state became worse than the previous break down. during this whole time, audrea was still in harvard university for her masters degree and that is why she missed out on a lot of what is happening.

in the end, it was josephine who convinced jericho that audrey was more his match than audrea and ultimately convinced jericho to marry audrey. the reasons were because audrea was way too young, she still has a career ahead of her, and she’s not ready for a relationship yet. but in all honesty, it was just because josephine was afraid something might happen to audrey and to stop all those episodes ––- the ones that came back ever since jericho entered their lives ––- was to just give audrey what she wanted.

around the same time audrea graduated, jericho proposed to audrey after multiple episodes of break downs. jericho proposed because he felt guilty. he felt guilty that it was because of him all these things are happening to audrey.

it broke his heart having to leave the one woman he actually loved, and it was as though everyone forgot that audrea had feelings too. because throughout the process they continue to worry about audrey’s well-being that they didn’t know how much heartbreak audrea had to endure before she got to where she is today.

note: audrey passed away two years ago in a car accident with jericho.

so yes, that is basically it. now, onto some wanted connections:

current rebound; he’s sweet and he loves her. she knows she has to love him too, because he’s such a great guy and she was incredibly lucky. there was no point in pining for someone who doesn’t want her when there is the perfect guy right in front of her.

an ex-boyfriend or two; obviously you don’t expect her to be single this whole time and wait for jericho. but because she was still in love with him all those pushing people away and not showing emotions thing is catching up to her. not that she wasn’t romantic and all that, she was, but the problem was that the ex-boyfriend could feel that audrea wasn’t truly being herself and she was way too independent sometimes that she doesn’t include him in things about her life, and it makes him feel as though he’s not needed.

a bestie / confidant; we know that it is rare for her to have this, but audrea has to have a confidant somehow or she would probably lose her mind. this is the person she spends a lot of time with. either to just go shopping or pour out her emotions to.

the brother she never has; the overprotective, somewhat clueless of her love life, annoying yet caring and loving, hilarious, male childhood best friend who is more like her brother than anything you know? she can really depend on him.

close friends; she has close friends, but there are things she doesn’t reveal to them and simply just hangs out and have fun. although they tell each other stories, they aren’t exactly the first people audrea approaches if she needs to let her emotions out.

frenemies; we all got these types of connections so i guess it’s pretty self-explanatory.

enemies; could be from high school or even university or even just in their social life. anything could be the cause: jealousy, rivalry, or even just not being able to stand each other lol.

Pieta Mercado was born on the 30th of October, 1976 in New York City, New York. She was born the eldest daughter of Mateo and Lucia Mercado (nee; Gherardini); with three other siblings, an older brother, younger brother and younger sister. The Mercado family are in the business of manufacturing pharmaceuticals in Puerto Rico. However, that's just on her father's side. Her mother, Lucia comes from an old money wealthy Italian family. 

Growing up however, Pieta was the apple of her father's eye, even if he was critical and worked her older brother harder. Her teenage years were filled with rebellion and acting out and she was undoubtedly the wild child of the Mercado children. Her academic record wasn't great but considering she was going to inherit from both sides of her family, she didn't put much stock into her education. Even still, she ended up in college, studying at UC Berkeley, barely graduating with a degree in communications.

Since graduating at 22, Pieta's worked at magazines and media companies and everything in between. Unfortunately however, Pieta never could keep a job for too long and spent several long years travelling around the world. At 28, she met a man and fell in love; within months they were married but it was a tumultuous relationship and they divorced after 4 years. But Pieta still believes he's the love of her life.

Pieta's life changed once again seven years ago when she fell pregnant to a man in Europe and it finally made her come home. She settled in New York once again, around her family and had her daughter Marielle Luciana Roche-Mercado. Having her daughter settled her down a little and it helped that she's ended up working for her family's company. It's been seven years now and it's the longest Pieta's stayed in one place but her daughter love's New York and Pieta would never want to take her away from the only home she knows.

Unfortunately, she hasn't settled a much as her family would like, even with a now 6 year old daughter. She's been having a rather not so secret affair with a high profile married man... (head’s up, that’s a HIGHKEY wanted connection)

Elisabeth is one of the richest people in the world. She’s the chairman, and CEO of the Gold Group, a massive multinational media conglomerate ( as well as the co-chair of the Gold Foundation, a major private charitable foundation ).

She was born and raised in New York City ( and is very proud of it ). Her upbringing was very humble: her parents worked very hard to provide for her children, but they always struggled to make ends meet.

Elise, meanwhile, had always been ambitious. She had big ambitions, always setting goals ( and meeting them, too ) and planning for the future.

She got married right out high school, which predictably ended up being a disaster, although Elise won’t call it a mistake because she wouldn’t have had her eldest two kids without it.

As a single mother, she attended Columbia Business School, and after she graduated began the work of building her empire.

While at Columbia, she met the man who would become her second husband. They were a perfect match, and lead a charmed life with their five kids ( he adopted her first two, and they had three more together ).

His sudden death from pancreatic cancer a year ago shocked and devastated Elise and their children. The family’s still recovering in many ways, although at least by they’re getting used to their new normal.

Elise is amiable and gracious, but has an iron will underneath. She knows how to strike that balance between “charismatic” and “would destroy me if she wanted.”

People who don’t know her might also have difficulty telling what she’s thinking, since she doesn’t let on more than necessary.

That, combined with her reputation, means that many find her intimidating. And not without reason: she’s ruthless and can be machiavellian, has very high standards, and isn’t one to just forgive and forget.

Feels the need to be the best in everything, whether that’s business or philanthropy or family.

A big philanthropist and patron of the arts and all that.

Traveling in the winter ‘off-season’ to start, when the arcade dried up, Leo eventually began racking up tournament championships.

He won the first televised championship in which he competed in his mid-30s, and with that, came several more notable wins, each carrying notable pots. 

With real success now under his belt, Leo ultimately then shifted his career somewhat from tournament play and began earning fame in high stakes cash games. He has a net worth of several million.

most expected nora to follow in her mother’s footsteps however, as just another piece of socialite arm candy, but the girl has drive & determination. 

nora is the youngest of three siblings. she has two older brothers who both did not follow in the family path of entering the legal field. one is a stockbroker and the other is a filmmaker. both are successful, but nora knew that someone had to take up the family mantle --- & she hungered for it. 

nora’s got a reputation as a shark. if you’re in hot water, come to her ( and cut her a big, fat check) and she’ll work her hardest to get you off, scot-free 

because of her workaholic tendencies, her social life is definitely lacking --- something which bothers her mother to no end. she wants grandchildren from nora ( or at least a fabulous wedding at the plaza so she can show off to all her friends ), but settling down isn’t in nora’s plans anytime soon. 

she spends too many nights at her cushy office --- & after a big win, too many nights at the bar around the corner. her apartment gets barely any use ( which is a shame, its gorgeous )

     > Valentina was born and raised in Manhattan, the only child to supermodel Sofia Blanco.  She never knew her father, but she never needed to; her mother loved her enough for the both of them.  She was born into a life of opulence, knowing what money tasted and smelled and felt like at five better than most people ten-times her senior ever could have.

    > She was photographed with her mom as a kid all the time whenever paparazzi caught them out, and it led the media to fall in love with little Val to the point where she ended up child modeling.

     > Her career blossomed into something huge when she was just sixteen. She managed to snag a deal with Chanel and became the newest, and youngest face of Coco Mademoiselle.  From there, she continued signing deals and soon transitioned into runway when she was deemed the ‘youngest supermodel in the world.’ (at the time)

     > When she began walking runway, she found a new appreciation for fashion design and knew in the long-run that it was an avenue she’d want to go down further along in her career.  In the meantime, she cashed checks with her natural talent of modeling while picking up the tips and tricks of the trade from everyone she met in the business.

     > Though she was romantically linked to a quite a few celebrities throughout the years, Valentina thinks of herself as the all-time bachelorette.  Something like a Samantha Jones from Sex and the City, she doesn’t like to tie herself down to one person: a) because she gets bored easily, and b) because she has yet to meet someone that can offer her more than she can offer herself.  

     > She may not be the realest person you’ve ever met, as she’ll easily smile in your face and roll her eyes as soon as she turns away from you but she’s certainly the most resourceful.  She has the uncanny ability to establish and maintain a connection with anyone that can benefit her, feeding them whatever they need to hear to keep her needs met from them until she either finds something better or they simply stop benefitting her.

     > There is nothing that she hates more than repeating herself.  Whenever she speaks, her words have value—she’s certainly not speaking for her words to fall upon deaf ears so if you don’t catch it the first time, it’s your loss.  She has no patience for people that fail to recognize the importance of information.  At the same token, she cannot stand when people speak merely to be heard; not every thought needs to be voiced, and if your words have no value to them, then she doesn’t want to hear it.

    > She has a black oriental cat named Beso; he is two.  Being a cat person runs in her family though—her mother had bought beautiful pure-bred siamese cat named sphynx that was just a kitten when Valentina was born.  The two grew up together and Val was devastated when the cat passed away when she was thirteen.

    > She’s a firm believer in crystals and their healing powers; she keeps a few large ones in her office and smaller ones to carry around in her purse.  Her favorites include: blue tiger’s eye, selenite, and titanium aura quartz.  Val’s also very big on dreaming; she has vivid dreams that she remembers every night and she swears that they contain signs and sometimes even visions in them.  She doesn’t always tell people that though, because she knows they’d look at her like she’s crazy.

     > Life-long Rival: I definitely want Val’s ego to be tested a bit, since it can be quite over-inflated at times.  I’m sure this person was probably a model the same time Val was an active model and they were often compared.  Their feud was 100% instigated by the media, and while they were all smiles in interviews, behind-the-scenes, they definitely both perpetuated the rivalry.  Now that Val’s mostly out of the game, I’m sure she’s let it go a bit, but I know she still doesn’t like them and they probably feel the same.

     > Unfinished Business: Perhaps the longest “relationship” she’s ever had began just after her twenty-sixth birthday and ended before the next one.  It began in secrecy; a stolen kiss at the VMA’s turned into sneaking off to the coat-check at the Met Gala, leaving the shoot early led to missed interviews the next morning.  It was lovely and exhilarating—not to mention the sex was beyond great.  They woke up in each other’s arms and dreamt of each other as they slept just inches away from each other in bed.  It was the first time that Val prioritized someone else over her career, and when she realized this, it sent her running. No note, no explanation; just blue messages sending green as she blocked the distraction out of her life.

lara was born and raised in new york and she is an only child. lara’s mother was pregnant with her in the last few months of university; not many people noticed it, since she could easily hide her tiny bump with flowy dresses and sweaters. but lara’s mother managed to still graduate while she was five months pregnant.

to her mother’s parents, lara was a disgrace and so was her mother. they had no problem shutting lara and her parents out of their lives for the first few years of lara’s life.

lara’s father was french, but have lived in new york almost his entire life. his mother ( lara’s grandmother ) was the one who welcomed the young couple with open arms. she took care of isabelle and lara, not letting isabelle go through with her plans of being a small town singer mother. although lara’s grandfather was a bit distant, at least he did not reject them.

there’s a complete story of how lara got to where she is regarding her job, it’s a family thing to be honest. and now that she’s in vogue, her hope is to achieve that editor-in-chief seat.

lara is bubbly yet poised at the same time; she knows how to have a good time and not all that reserved, but don’t expect her get up onto a table to do belly shots or anything like that. sometimes she can be a little bit selfish, though, wanting things to go her way but as she became more mature that part of her gradually faded away.

So, it's me, Tay with my second babe! Pieta Mercado, which is pronounced as pee-it-ah but American's tend to pronounce it like the male Peter. She's my arrogant, feisty little babe and I'm open to any and all plots for her! So come hit ya girl up.

( Lana Parrilla, Female, She/Her. ) ♛ Isn’t that Pieta Mercado? The 42 year old Heiress and Socialite is unmistakable. She has a reputation for being carefree and hedonistic, but also impulsive and fiery. There’s a reason they call her the Spitfire of the jet set, after all.

Pieta Mercado was born on the 30th of October, 1976 in New York City, New York. She was born the eldest daughter of Mateo and Lucia Mercado (nee; Bianchi); with three other siblings, an older brother, younger brother and younger sister. The Mercado family are in the business of manufacturing pharmaceuticals in Puerto Rico.

However, that's just on her father's side. Her mother, Lucia comes from a wealthy Italian family that made their money in clothes. While the Bianchi's weren't big in the States, they were well known and popular within Europe.

Growing up however, Pieta was the apple of her father's eye, even if he was harder and worked her older brother harder. Her teenage years were filled with rebellion and acting out and she was undoubtedly the wild child of the Mercado children. Her academic record wasn't great but considering she was going to inherit from both sides of her family, she didn't put much stock into her education. Even still, she ended up in college, studying at UC Berkeley, barely graduating with a degree in communications.

Since graduating at 22, Pieta's worked at magazines and media companies and everything in between. Unfortunately however, Pieta never could keep a job for too long and spent several long years travelling around the world. At 28, she met a man and fell in love; within months they were married but it was a tumultuous relationship and they divorced after 4 years. But Pieta still believes he's the love of her life.

Pieta's life changed once again seven years ago when she fell pregnant to a man in Europe and it finally made her come home. She settled in New York once again, around her family and had her daughter Marielle Luciana Roche-Mercado. Having her daughter settled her down a little and it helped that she's ended up working for her family's company. It's been seven years now and it's the longest Pieta's stayed in one place but her daughter love's New York and Pieta would never want to take her away from the only home she knows.

Unfortunately, she hasn't settled a much as her family would like, even with a now 6 year old daughter. She's been having a rather public affair a high profile married man, that's ended only recently.

The House of Harcourt is an old, prominent Norman noble family who trace their lineage back to the 10th century. More recently, they have made a fortune through a luxury goods conglomerate, Harcourt SA — it’s the LVMH of this universe, essentially.

Ophélie’s father is the chairman and CEO of the company, and her late mother Aroha Mita was a very famous supermodel who took the world by storm in the 90s. Her parents’ whirlwind romance ( and subsequent divorce ) was a gossip columnist’s dream, splashed across tabloids around the world.

As was Aroha’s subsequent death, as the result of the overdose. Stories about the gilded cage she lived, the toll of postpartum depression, the pressures of the fashion industry were endlessly examined in the press. She was the poster child for heroin chic gone horribly wrong. It’s one of those celebrity deaths people still talk about often.

Ophélie, only a toddler at the time, barely remembers her mother. But she is haunted by her. Maybe it was the constant comparisons, from strangers and family alike. Or maybe the pain of motherlessness made her want to emulate Aroha.

Her father ( huge wc, I’ll cry if someone brings him ) was not the most attentive, either: most of Ophélie’s childhood was spent in the company of nannies and at boarding school.

Ophélie was never a good student. She was distractible at the best of times, expertly drawing her classmates into her mischief. If she could only apply herself, her schoolteachers said at first. They stopped saying even that, eventually.

What did academics matter, anyway, to the sole heiress of one of the richest men in the world? Ophélie had been raised with a silver spoon in her mouth, and was never really especially ambitious.

She fell into modeling as a teenager, when an famous fashion designer who had been a friend of her mother’s asked her to open his runway show. Since then, she’s become a bonafide supermodel.

Ask Ophélie, and she would admit to being a bon vivant. Life is short, etc. Look closely enough, and you would see that she is actively shortening her own life.

She’s a woman of many vices — there is fame, of course, and money. There are her many reckless ( sometimes scandalous - she likes older people, and other fucked up rich kids ) romances. And, of course, there are the drugs and the alcohol and the parties. 

To most people, she seems just fine, like there’s nothing wrong with her outside of regular rich girl debauchery. She’s good at keeping the cracks hidden.

Ophélie’s a bit of an adventuress, owing largely to her restlessness. She loves extreme sports and travel.

She’s charming, vivacious, kind, and makes friends very easily. But Ophélie is still fundamentally a lonely person, who really just wants to feel loved. And if that isn’t possible, she wants to feel alive. Even if it kills her.

In general she’s very soft?? There isn’t a mean bone in her body, and her extravagance also extends to being extremely generous.
