Jigtech Pro Door Handle

Jigtech Pro is a unique door fitting system that has complete fitting accuracy and security every time. Timely taken fitting tools has shown that a Jigtech Smart latch and handle can be fitted within minutes whereas fitting normal latches and handles with Conventional method takes much time. Using the Jigtech Pro machine, much time can be saved.

Need of Jigtech Pro: - For fitting a latch or handle Jigtech Pro is most suitable because it gives complete accuracy in results and saves much time. It is clamped into the door where the handle or latch has to be fitted. It is adjustable for both, the SMART Jigtech latches and standard latches. It is a modern creation that wills to silicate you many more things than a traditional fitting system.

Working of Jigtech Pro: - For using the Jigtech Pro; first you need the Jigtech installation kit, a pencil, a screw-driver, a hammar, a tape measure, a narrow chisel and a power drill. The Jigtech Pro system will now be clamped onto the door than once the holes have been drilled now simply use the locator to mark and drill the door frame to accept the keep, taping the latch into place and attaching the spacer and spindle to the latch, leads to fixing the handle to the door.

Installation of Jigtech Pro: - Keep the door open and mark the latch height on the door, set the backset adjuster on the Jig and the clamp it to the door at exact height. By using 44mm holesaw, drill through the face of the door until the door tip comes through on the opposite side of the door. Now switch the sides and use the hole as a guide to continue drilling until the complete. Then take 25mm holesaw and drill into the door. Now place the locator in the latch bore and close the door. By using a screwdriver press the keep locator into the frame to make where it needs to be drilled. Now Open the door and drill the hole of 32mm flat bit.

Chisel out for the keep tangue and screw the keep into place. Place the plastic spacer in the 44mm handle bore side. Ensure that the latch belt is vertical in position, push the latch by hand and then use the latch tapper and a hammer to fit flush with the door edge.

Now take your Jigtech handle with the spindle and sleeve, and locate through the spacer. Then take the remaining half pair of handle and push together.
