With a long hiatus between S7 & S8 again SC are continents apart. Shippers have no problem with him barely in the UK since March and in the US till end of August. Before C's photo today in London, they were saying she's with him, somewhere not wanted to be seen together. After C's photo, they don't need to be together because they are not joined at the hip and after working together for months they need some space between them. This is how they convince themselves and reinforce their fantasy.

I see Cait is still in London, rings back on 🙄 (Aisling Bea's IG) and it looks like she cut her hair again! I hope people chill now, Sam is working in the US and for now Cait is chilling in London, I assume, hoping the strike ends soon so she can go back to work. They don't need to be attached at the hip at all times. Spaces in their togetherness and all that.

Their agendas were programmed with a lot of time, the strike has only meant a change in them. Cait would be working on her film in Europe and Sam working on promoting his gin in the US. Work, not vacation 🙃

She could have finished the match and went directly to the airport so, who knows? Agree they don’t need to be attached at the hip. After spending 8 months working with my partner bet I’d need some space in order to keep my sanity. So it’s a big whatever for me.

People assume to know how much time Sam and Caitriona are actually separated based on SM posts. In truth, we know nothing of how they spend their time. I’m sure whatever the case may be, it works for them. We see what want to show us and make us believe. And it works.

We only see what they want us to see in addition to their official public appearances. Yup, they’ve been apart lots of times when not filming OL but I think they have always managed that well.

Their schedules were already setup prior to the Strike…which added a hiccup to their plans..like last year.  This time, it’s a world wide problem that could not have been foreseen either. My bet is that she will hook up with him in LA when his Sassenach Spirits Traveling Road Show concludes in LA, later in August.  But hey, what do I know….

Well said @bat-cat-reader, finally a sensible anon and kudos to you, anon, on having a healthy outlook on what relationships are. especially with both being in the industry and Sam having a promotional tour is not something to drag family along. that does not mean something is wrong or does not make them any less together.

Not sure why people are upset that Cait is in London. Surely both SC had work plans for July and August. Sam in US and Cait filming Amateus (now on hold). She'll be kicking her heels for the next few weeks. Waiting for her to turn up in US later in August.

And this is prime example of how it works: they always win. Hope for an scenario, if it doesn't happen then what happens can also be used for their narrative. Not being seen together means they are never together for Tait. You have shooting break and SC going their separate ways and it's called work.

I’m sorry if this comes off as rude cause it’s not my intention but it honestly baffles me how some people are still clinging on to the pr thing for Tom & Z like I understand if the gp might have though that cause for the ones who weren’t following them closely this might have looked like it came out of nowhere but frankly to the ones who’ve been seeing what these two have been up to, it’s pretty clear that something has been cooking ever since they went started filming sm3 even if not earlier ... and add the fact that this is not the first time they’re dating, there’s enough proof of that! Honestly why do would they even need pr? They immediately trend on twitter just for posting a story even if it’s just an half face selfie lol , the trailer beated a visualization record in only 24 hours !! If anything they would have done pr when the first movie came out. And I’m sorry to the ones who’re saying that they’ve been playing the” we are we aren’t “game ever since the beginning, that’s clearly not the case they were just keeping their relationship under wraps for the first time and I can tell you that most of the people that are saying that are just fans of one or the other ( mostly Tom’s fans ) who hate on the other because they don’t want him to date anyone who isn’t themselves. If anything them at the wedding should have ended all the pr claims jmo. Can we just accept that two people can actually be in love with each other, specially them being two of the most genuine young people out there which is rare nowadays, they look really happy with each other and are also really cute, let’s just be happy for them guys c’mon

I think of Mother Theresa. The beauty and significance of her life as she poured herself out into the serving and loving of the worlds throw aways. I just know that not much feels truer and right in life as when you are loving and caring for another. This world can be so lonely, depressing, anxious and lost because it's so focused on self-serving love. Just like the camera on your iPhone, the minute you turn that camera around, the minute you turn the camera off selfie mode to others, you find yourself. And the beauty of life comes into focus.

People are so weird...so why do you post a selfie every fucking day of the week and then delete them all and start reusing or reblogging the same selfie? Very interesting, attention whore maybe, or no self confidence? Where was someone complaining? I must have missed that somewhere. Also quite possible he didn't want to do stage door 29th for whatever reason but when people didn't leave he relented. Which is honestly pretty shitty of the people in line if that's the case.

Maybe Tom didn't plan to do SD last night because he had some other business (important guests at the theatre...) and the fans were told not to wait. But since they didn't leave Tom came out when he was done with his meeting.

It seems they both come out after a long wait. Maybe they had a cast meeting after performance. Just a guess.

I'm starting to sense that Stage Door is becoming a problem. It might alleviate a lot of problems if the theater just announced that he's not going to do it anymore. There certainly seems to be a lot of entitlement/hurt feelings among fans. He either (a) comes out too late (b) doesn't stay long enough (c) isn't enthusiastic enough or (fill in your own complaint here). I wouldn't blame Tom at all for getting worn down by the grind of the show. Stage Door seems like more hassle than it's worth.

Does it never occur to some of these entitled fans thst he might have something to do after the show? Maybe friends were attending yesterday and he was catching up with them? Or a million other things that could have prevented him from rushing out to take selfies and sign autographs. I mean it is 8 times a week for 3 months. Something could come up a few evenings which might take priority.

Asks from yesterday regarding Monday night’s SD.

The show ends ~9 pm. Apparently different groups were told different things, either he wouldn’t be coming out, or he might not be coming out. People hung around for 2 hrs, give or take. 

My guess is that he did, indeed, have guests or people to meet with on Monday, and when he did come out at 11, felt he couldn’t say no to those who had waited. JMO. 

As for cancelling - that creates its own set of problems that they’d have to consider (fans saying he doesn’t care about them, etc, etc). I mean, just look at the reaction when he’s late, or when he stops before certain people get to the front of the line. Plus, there’s only a month left, so he’s on the downhill slope now.

I’m under the impression everytime Smag or JMO come back they take pics with Lna (smag) and Colin (JMO) and it’s not for PR. JMO clearly stated lately that no one tells her or ever told her what to do. Whatever she does or says, it’s her own doing.There’s NOT a veto to take swan queen pics, this is the message.

Everytime Ginny is on set we get a snow queen pic, we have hundreds of bexana ones….that’s very nice, but there has to be a reason for the lack of SQ ones. I made a post last year to collect all the SQ selfies and yeah, they’re 10/15 maybe….it’s not bad, it’s just that…..when you take a look at the other fandoms you see a HUUUUUGE difference. And tbh it’s not only about pics (that would be silly), there are comments about each other, tweets, interviews, interactions…

it’s no secret that i hate JMo and love Lana, but I can criticize Lana when she makes choices I don’t agree with and recognize that JMo has sometimes done good (despite herself). but that’s really not very common in the fandom, is it? it’s all black and white with no recognition that it’s complicated.
