With his back turned towards the children initially, the two had gotten into a brief although normal, argument to the point where they decided to ignore the other for a brief period of time. Still fuming, Jouta paid little attention to the voices behind them.

That was until a gasp was suddenly too close for comfort, whipping around the antennas on his head wave frantically in panic. “U-uh.” Shit, “It’s not what it... looks like?” Smart move.

Jolyne just a bit ahead whips around, “Crap- uh. Hey there.”

“We have plenty of both, but it seems like the bugs just would not bite Amaretti at all. Might be something to do with his stand.

However, he says that he’s very sensitive to the sunlight, so despite applying sunscreen, he also has been trying to stay in the shadows during the day.“

Don’t worry, our base is set up not far away so the others are tagging along but just camping like bums.”
