Attack On Titan Music Headcanons!

just random headcanons of songs I think they would enjoy, and habits that I think come along with it!

Kinda gives XXXTTENTACION vibes?? Also Lil Peep

Used to love the song Crisis by Jasiah and obnoxiously sang it, or played it really loud when he got the Aux cord in ANYONES car. Got to the point that everyone despised him for it.

I feel like he listened to a mix of Deftones type music and also a little bit of rap?

Listened to Can You Feel My Heart when he was 15. A lot.

I can see him liking Fall Out Boy as well, especially when he was a young teen, and might have even liked a little bit of Twenty One Pilots.

BIGGEST MCR FAN THERE IS. like. He's OBSESSED. Specifically likes Dead!

Armin

LOVVESSS the Cults, specifically Always Forever

Probably also liked harry styles

Seems like the type to gatekeeper music, but is like veryyyy passive aggressive about it.

I can see him liking Tyler, The Creator, but specific songs, Like GONE, GONE / THANK YOU

TV Girl. specifically Not Allowed and Lovers Rock

Eyedress, and he loves to listen to there music during summer, he feels like it has such a nice summer vibe.

Probably walks through the streets by himself with headphones on, and just listens to music and walks for hours.

He almost seems like the type of person to constantly have an earbud in, but at the same time he really enjoys spending time with friends, and finds it very valuable.

Mikasa

All The Things She Said, Bang Bang Bang Bang, Crazy Girls

Loves t.A.T.u and Sohodolls

A little bit of Ariana Grande, but its like a guilty pleasure for her, and the only one who knows is Sasha

Also Likes Doja Cat and Billie Eilish

Hollaback Girl

Alternatively, i think she might also listen to music that is completely contradictory to her appearance, like Kikuo and Hatsune Miku

Might even listen to a little bit of Rebzyyx, MAYBE. But specific songs.

Jean

Cigarettes after sex for sureeeee

Probably cries to music. Frequently.

Seems like a Harry Styles fan as well, specifically Sign Of The Times

Probably scream sings Brutal and Good 4 u by Olivia Rodrigo

Probably listens to a little rap, and WOULD start a fight over Eminem being the best Rapper

Also gives Tyler, The Creator vibes and Juice WRLD vibes

When hes drunk or realllyyy in the mood he might aggressively sing Lady Gaga

Probably has multiple playlists instead of just one, each for a different mood or activity, and loves to make recommendation playlists for his friends

Totally gives Cage The Elephant Vibes

Connie

MF DOOM, Childish Gambino, Rae Sremmurd

Probably also liked Mrs. Hollywood by Go-Jo for a while as well

Bands By Comethazine and Rich The Kid gives such connie vibes its INSANE

If people asked for music recs he would say stupid stuff like Fortnite Balls and Chug Jug With you

Odetari, Specifically GOOD LOYAL THOTS and LOOK DON’T TOUCH

Probably liked Cochise for a while, specifically Tell Em

Isn’t one to listen to sad music.

If people recommend songs he either forgets the name, or just forgets to listen to it because he gets so focused on his own music.

I actually think he probably rarely listens to music, and kind of just listens to whatever his friends may play, or whatever is on tik tok.

Definitely listens to tik tok edit audios and pretends he’s in an edit

Also loves the Gorillaz

MOTHER MOTHER IS HIS FAVOURITE BAND.

Sasha

The person who showed Jean Lady Gaga

Kesha, specifically Backstabber

Also showed Mikasa Doja Cat??

Probably listened to Heat Waves by Glass Animals for MONTHS.

Cries to taylor swift's Folklore album

Armin showed her Marlboro Nights, and SHE LOVED IT

Probably went through a very long Lizzo faze

One of the only songs she's loved FOREVER and never lets people judge her on is July by Noah Cyrus.

Really likes the album FIRE ON MARZZ by BENEE

Has a really long playlist because she puts entire albums onto it, and if she doesn't like the song she just skips it.

Reiner

Probably unironically likes Can You Feel My Heart

His guilty pleasure is Beach Bunny

Reiner (Season 1) probably listened to FNAF music but didn’t realise it was FNAF music until Armin told him, and was super embarrassed about it. Has never listened to any of those songs again.

Might like a little Roar? Mainly Christmas kids

BIGGG maneskin fan

Probably also loves Ghost, like A LOT. specifically Mary On A Cross

Also gatekeeps music, but unlike Armin, is VERY aggressive about it.

Foo Fighters and Arcade Fire

LOVES THE SUBURBS. It reminds him of his family, and growing up, AND BERTHOLDT.

Dabbles in My Chemical Romance and maybe. MAYBE ICP. maybe.

Bertholdt

MGMT, Frank Ocean, Mac Demarco, Steve Lacy

Dark Red was his favourite song for yearsss.

Is VERY shy about his music. Barley even lets his friends know about what he's into because he's so nervous they will judge him. He only tells Reiner, and that's still pretty rare

When he's alone, a LOVES to dance to music

Probably listened to the song The Perfect Girl by Mareux

I can see him fan boying over The Neighborhood, and knows every word to all of their songs.

Reiner showed him Foo Fighters, but the only song by them he liked was Everlong

Alien Blues by Vundabar was his favourite (Specifically season one Bertholdt)

TAME IMPALA

Tame Impala is the only band he talks about and he OBSESSES over it. Like once he's started talking the man WILL NOT STOP

Annie

I see her REALLY liking Crystal Castles, maybe even Pastel Ghost, but specifically Crystal Castles

Likes a little bit of Tame Impala. Only listened to them because Bertholdt would not shut up about it

Also likes Billie Eilish

I can see her liking a little Lady Gaga, but mainly just Government Hooker, Monster, and Poker Face

Peter McPoland, her guilty pleasure is Romeo and Juliet

Horror Scene by Xowie Jones and Aldn

7 Weeks & 3 Days was one of her favourite songs.

HUGEE GRIMES FAN. really likes 4ӔM and Oblivion

LOVES POISON TREE BY GROUPER. She listened to it a lot (Season 4) and listened to it when she was feeling down.

Might Like a little Memo Boy, Insomniac and Brian is the Most Beautiful

Levi

Lots of classical. He will stay up all night to listen to music. At first it starts soft, Moonlight Sonata and Fur Elise, and then later in the night he starts to listen to some more loud aggressive stuff, like Dies Irae.

Likes aggressive Jazz. Sakuran by Sheena Ringo and Take 5 by Dave Brubeck

I don’t think hes one to avidly listen to music. Its rare, and when he does its the middle of the night, and hes sipping tea, swaying back and forth to the music a bit. Hes always alone.

No one has ever caught him listening to music.

HE CANNOT STAND COUNTRY. DESPISES IT.

Loud music. Not because hes deaf, but because he likes to feel completely surrounded by it.

Has GREAT speakers. Invests in good quality music playing things.

Erwin

Country. Luke Combs, Zac Brown Band.

Loves Chicken Fried and Fishing In The Dark

Chris Stapleton is his FAVOURITE.

He's the kind of person who always has the radio playing, whether it's from a google, his truck, or his phone. He loves the radio.

Listens to it very quietly. It's like background noise. Somehow still knows all the words?

Plays Tennessee Whiskey over and over again.

NEVER lets anyone touch his music, his radio, his phone. NEVER. He's in the feels.

Hange

Machine Girl, specifically Uzumaki. Just because it's different and she likes it.

Suki Suki Daisuki By Jun Togawa

City Pop, Mayonaka no Door/Stay with me, and 4:00A.M.

Also likes Sakuran By Sheena Ringo, Levi was the one who showed it to her.

Just a very big fan of japanese music, especially older stuff, loves how it sounds.

Definitely drives around listening to music in the middle of the night.

Funnily enough, Levi doesn't mind the old japanese music, but he HATES Machine girl. A lot.
