And they are so, so tired. They're hurt and wounded and they could've chosen the ending they wanted. But they don't. Because Kim Dokja never yielded in creating a story without sacrifices and they never chose an ending that wasn't the happiest it could be. Even if their hearts end up shattered and broken, even if this decision would lead to more sacrifices in the end, if the slightest chance of Kim Dokja coming back to them was possible, then they'd do it in a heartbeat. my omega is the handsomest, biggest dragon ghoul hell-monster & i could go on about him forever & ever & ever & icb i haven't made a full headcanon post going over his relation to the pegasus constellation which bleeds into his horse-like mannerisms & that lucifer created him with the stars themselves as a perfect example of everything that the ghouls are supposed to represent, & how he spent his life enjoying the challenge of thousands of ghouls suggesting duels, & eating grapes at the devil's side, as a pet of sorts. then imagine being brought topside to be adored, while you look like the clearest night sky with your battle scars. with holes tugged from your fur, & your eyes burning holes like two stars shooting across the sky. huge elegant ivory horns. playing the guitar to fans who are as adoring of you, a masked ghoul, as they are your lead singer. so much so that he can get the crowd to chant your name? how his two greatest loves alpha and terzo were taken away, & he collapsed into himself like the very things he's made from.... hi.
