making a separate post so I don’t go back and add like a dozen more tags: 

oh man. oh geez. you guys. I cried so hard watching that video. I continued to cry after it stopped. so hard. I cried so hard it felt like the skin of my face was vibrating when I could pause and take some breaths. I’m okay now but. Oh man. I did listen to the song on loop for a while when I was drawing, and that was fine, but the first time I heard it, I teared up. And then I looked up Raccoon Heaven bc it made me think of it, and, gonna be honest, listening to Raccoon Heaven on loop does not make me used to it. Just gives me a real good buildup of tears.  I am like this with most forms of media where an animal dies. The dinosaur left behind in the beginning of Jurassic World II? I literally started crying about it a couple weeks ago after I came out of Jurassic World III. (I also cried over other dinosaurs.) I Am Legend? I’m not watching it again. Marley & Me? Never saw it. Animal Planet? I’ll watch it but darn it if I don’t get sad. Once started crying over a lion that got injured and died off-screen (I got super attached because it had the same name as me). Finding Nemo? The deaths don’t get me as much as Marlin’s explicit depression does, but that’s like a personal thing instead of the animal thing. 

Like. Man. I know I picked my sad playlist but that one???? I’m devastated.

Dois corpos para lá e para cá. Quatro pés encostando o chão morno de uma forma tão angelical que querubins passariam por brutamontes. Quatro braços enlaçados em dois torços e quatro ombros. Teu perfume descomunal adentrando minhas vias aéreas com a mesma fluídez de uma fonte chinesa escorrendo água por suas delicadas pedras. O calor da tua pele enviando faíscas pela minha espinha enquanto as pontas de teus dedos se escondem pela minha cintura, gravando um caminho como sulcos de um vinil. Girando, trocando lados, dançando pelo ambiente como um baile da realeza, exceto pela falta de trajes aristocráticos e a presença de pijamas velhos com risos breves. Uma cena tão bonita quanto os filmes de Fred Astaire e Ginger Rodgers, ou até mesmo quanto o teu cantarolar baixo no meu ombro com sopros quentes e alcolizados contra meus cabelos.

Talvez nós pudessemos viver pra sempre assim, né? Como nos filmes de romance dos anos 40. Dancing forever cheek to cheek. março, 2015.
