then we have another Cha Cha Cha (surprise surprise!) in 4th place, this being the Emma Gaala Orchestral version.

rounding out the top 5, we have the absolute banger imo not biased at all sksk that is Hirttää Kiinni. This is the only song that is neither new or Cha Cha Cha, so that is a feat in itself!

i also just want to say a huge thank you to all 26 or so of us that watched and took part in the first Käärijävishun event, whether you joined in with the scoring or not!

i'm proud of us for taking part in our own boycott event. times have been hard for multiple reasons recently, and i think being together to vibe and have a fun and safe time was a beautiful thing 💖💚

i couldn't feel sadness or anger, only love for kääryleet and that silly dude with a strange haircut that managed to somehow bring us all together.

i love this fandom. thank you once again for joining, and please continue to support Palestine and talk about Palestine. unless e*s*c change their tune SIGNIFICANTLY, i can see this being a yearly event in May ~

How to play will be explained in discord later today, but to fill in with your scores we recommend using whatever editing software you like (as long as you can save and send it back to us so we can total up the points for each song).

This could be in E.G: Photoshop, Canva, or on Instagram stories by then saving it as an image and not posting it publicly.

If you wish to fill it out by hand, please write clearly using a pen, and take a clear picture of your score sheet to send back to us in the allocated collection window when we call for people to send back their scorecard ❤

you know what’s extra frustrating as a boycotting fan?

sharing a household means i can’t stop my parents (my dad) from watching. so my boycott mainly works through not interacting with any official uravishun content and not contributing to the hashtag.

BUT organising käärijävishun means that if i can convince one person to turn off their tv and not watch via official online means, it has helped further ❤️🖤

if you join käärijävishun on saturday it would make me so happy 🙏🏼 it’s free, it’s fun, and you can still party ethically and stand up for Palestinian life 💚

honestly having organised this event has lessened any sad feelings i once had. boycotting really isn't that hard, especially when there are other alternatives.

it is important to stand for change. now it is crucial more than ever.

everything comes to a head next week and i somehow forgot may started tomorrow in the process.

it's good to let things out like as much as i feel empowered knowing i can take action for better - i can still be sad about shitty, shitty decisions.

rage is powerful and there is also a strength in sadness! and a strength knowing you aren't alone in this feeling, but knowing you're doing the right thing. and being together. there is a comfort in that.
