17 June #KabirJayanti Bhagat Kabir was a Devotee and Spiritual Poet lived in Uttar Pardesh, India. He was a strict monotheist and follower, probably founder, of Gurmat. In Guru Granth Sahib, There are 227 Padas in 17 ragas and 237 slokas of Sri Kabir JI. - Kabir was born in Muslim family. He is revered by Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs. He played the role of a teacher and social reformer by the medium of his writings. Like other Devotees, Kabir did not believe in Ritualism, the worshiping of Dieties, Brahmanism, Caste System and illusioned concepts of Hindu and Muslim priests. The Kabirpanthi sect which follow the teachings of Kabir, referring to him as their guru. Principle Teachings:- - The whole universe is the creation of one God and it is in the image of the lord almighty. - Discrimination between high and low caste is a product of human prejudice which creates an unassailable gap between man and Almighty. - God is not a monopoly of one group of people or religion. Unity with Almighty can be achieved through naam simran and loving Him. - The person who achieves this unity becomes fearless of death. Such a mortal proclaims loudly:- ਕਬੀਰ ਜਿਸੁ ਮਰਨੇ ਤੇ ਜਗੁ ਡਰੈ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨਿ ਆਨੰਦੁ ॥ कबीर जिसु मरने ते जगु डरै मेरे मनि आनंदु ॥ - ਕਬੀਰ ਤਾ ਸਿਉ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਿ ਕਰਿ ਜਾ ਕੋ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਰਾਮੁ ॥ कबीर ता सिउ प्रीति करि जा को ठाकुरु रामु ॥ O Kabeer, be in love with only that one, whose Master is the Lord. - ਕਬੀਰ ਮਾਨਸ ਜਨਮੁ ਦੁਲੰਭੁ ਹੈ ਹੋਇ ਨ ਬਾਰੈ ਬਾਰ ॥ कबीर मानस जनमु दुल्मभु है होइ न बारै बार ॥ O Kabeer, it is so difficult to obtain this human body; it does not just come over and over again. - ਕਬੀਰ ਸੋੁਈ ਮੁਖੁ ਧੰਨਿ ਹੈ ਜਾ ਮੁਖਿ ਕਹੀਐ ਰਾਮੁ ॥ कबीर सोई मुखु धंनि है जा मुखि कहीऐ रामु ॥ Kabeer, blessed is that mouth, which utters the Lord's Name. - ਕਬੀਰ ਸੁਰਗ ਨਰਕ ਤੇ ਮੈ ਰਹਿਓ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੇ ਪਰਸਾਦਿ ॥ कबीर सुरग नरक ते मै रहिओ सतिगुर के परसादि ॥ Kabeer, I have been spared from heaven and hell, by the Grace of the True Guru. - ਕਬੀਰ ਕਾਲਿ ਕਰੰਤਾ ਅਬਹਿ ਕਰੁ ਅਬ ਕਰਤਾ ਸੁਇ ਤਾਲ ॥ कबीर कालि करंता अबहि करु अब करता सुइ ताल ॥ Kabeer, that which you have to do tomorrow - do it today instead; and that which you have to do now - do it immediately! - ਕਬੀਰ ਮੇਰਾ ਮੁਝ ਮਹਿ ਕਿਛੁ ਨਹੀ ਜੋ ਕਿਛੁ ਹੈ ਸੋ ਤੇਰਾ ॥ कबीर मेरा मुझ महि किछु नही जो किछु https://www.instagram.com/p/ByzgJN-lHR3/?igshid=1b7khpuu5kcw1
