It because obvious very quickly that this is project is going to be very different than I initially thought, but overall I am happy with the trajectory. Yes, I could use that $100 back in my wallet, but “Trainer Kameo” has shamed me into creating content to justify my purchase.  The Pokemon Cards & Codes that I purchased start at me everyday and in the past I would try something and if it fails I would move one but now I am invest financially, not a lot, but I am invested. I want to get my $100 value out of my purchase. Simply starting this blog and writing every day has forced me to “meditate” or a least focus on something for a period of time every day & that is very valuable to me as someone who has an issue when it comes to focus; i do take Ritalin daily after all.

I am grateful that I don’t promo this blog too much either, allowing me to bend what is means to be a “trainer”. I am currently training myself to create a daily content creation routine that is 100% for myself. Often I wonder who I create for and the answer as to be “I create for myself”. I think far too often we we create for others, because we often live in the public eye. I think that I have just type & write over here... if you are reading this, hello!

I can’t use the title trainer unless I do train and I am going to do exactly that.

Slum Glutton | Rapper

Hello Kammunity,  This episode with Slum Glutton is one of the realest conversations that I have had on my podcast. He talk hip-hop & sobriety and how they play a role in our lives. Slum was very open about his struggles including the fact that he recently relapsed in recent months. I am very grateful that Slum was willing to be so open with me as addiction is something many people want to tiptoe around or just judge from afar, but Slum wasn’t afraid to be honest and tell it like it is… And that’s something that I respect a lot about hip hop artists; how blunt & honest they are.  This episode is probably one of the grimiest & realist episodes of Kameo that I have released so far and I hope to have many more conversations like this one with Slum.
