With the year already FLYING by😲 we hope that by searching for our pretty guardians now we will be well prepared to debut next con season!🎉 GAH we are sooooo excited! Hopefully you are all just as excited!😉 We have had a lot of interest so far which is ALL TOO AWESOME, so here is our updated casting list. 😍 we require members to be at least 18 years of age but prefferd at least 21. Introducing Jewels as our Guardian of Time, Sailor Pluto! Here are some FAQs for our Pretty Guardian Age: 25 Social media: JewelsRxCosplay (instagram and facebook) Cast roles: Sailor Pluto Why Sailor Pluto? Jewels has felt a kinship with Pluto ever since watching the anime as a small child, and with the years it has only grown. Setsuna's love of both science and sewing/fashion resonates strongly with her, and the character's strength in the face of all she's endured inspires her. Jewels has long found herself to be a "mom friend" and is quite introverted, though happily at peace with her closest friends and loved ones. Plus, the Garnet Rod was a happy undertaking and is still her favorite prop to date. Hobbies: Dancing, prop-making, singing, acting, make-up, embroidery, corsetry Favorite food: Teriyaki shrimp with fried rice Astrological sign: Leo, cusp of Virgo Patronus: Penguin Real world occupation: Pharmacist Cosplay experience: Jewels has been heavily involved in the arts her whole life since starting ballet at age 3 and continuing on to musical theatre a few years later, then theatrical makeup and cosplay in early high school (2007). She took a break from cons at the start of pharmacy school in 2011, but got back in the scene to debut her original Sailor Pluto cosplay in 2013. Alongside several friends, she co-founded Chimerical Cosplay Productions in 2015. Fun facts/ storytime: Jewels helped name KC Senshi. She graduated with her Pharm.D. in May of 2017 (Doctorate of Pharmacy; so yes, feel free to call her Doctor =P), adores penguins, and is a huge fan of the color purple.
