Accumulate 2 mins total time in an L-Sit hold. Sure, no problem!
I quickly learned I could hold an L-Sit for a MAXIMUM of 10 seconds, this was going to take awhile... 🤦🏻♀️

#tbt to the fun part of #18point3 which was the muscle ups!
Wish I had about 30 more seconds to tackle these. That’s right, I’m looking at you time-sucking-failed-20th-overhead-squat-rep! 👀
All and all I really enjoyed seeing how close I could get to completing the 12 muscle ups in what was left of the 14 min time cap.
Should probably learn proper kipping technique for my muscle ups one of these days.
