Mysterious feeling for this modern outfit, pairing a gekka bijin (litt. “beauty in the moonlight”) patterned kimono, with a white kenjô-hakata-ori obi.
Night-blooming cereus are cacti flowers mostly known by their nickname “queen of the night” as they bloom only by moonlight - some for but a night (pic source):

Kenjô Hakata ori is a fabric from Hakata (Fukuoka prefecture) with geometrical patterns figuring buddhists items (tokko/vajra 独鈷, hanazara/offering plate 華皿) and stripes symbolizing filial+parental virtues (types are called ryoukomochi 両子持, and nakakomochi 中子持)
