Here’s another one to add to the Keto Craft collection. Absolutely enjoying this sweet reward for 26 pounds lost in two months! Hope you guys will enjoy this recipe as well! Celebrate your victories both off scale and on!
Dark chocolate peanut butter cookies Ingredients: 1 1/4cup no sugar peanut butter 2 large eggs 2/3cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/3 cup powdered erythritol 10 drops of liquid Stevia 1/4tsp Salt 1/4tsp baking powder 1/2tsp flaxseed (optional) 1/2tsp chia seed (optional) Directions: Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350°F. Combined ingredients into mixing bowl and incorporate well. Very lightly grease hands with coconut oil as it makes the dough easier to handle without sticking to your hands, and form the cookie dough into a big ball. Begin making silver dollar sized balls of dough and placing them on the cookie sheet. Be sure and flatten the cookies to about ¼ of an inch thin as they will not spread out. Bake on 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Depending on the size of cookies you make you could get 2 to 3 dozen.
