#Forgotten Cartoons

Sendokai was a cartoon that aired on Cartoon Network in 2013, with two seasons, the cartoon basically talks about young misfits, who entered another world, where to win their tournaments they played football (which had another name in this world), as childish as it may seem, Sendokai had a complex and interesting history, which, in my humble opinion, match up with Samurai Jack, Mutante Rex, among others.

   The third season should have appeared, but until today it has not been shown, even though it has been made official, but why?

    Apparently the country from which the cartoon is made wanted to be independent, and the studio where the drawing was being produced was "divided" between several other animation companies, and if that country were individual there would be no way of knowing in which language the cartoon would be or how would make Sendokai season official.  

   Nobody knows for sure if the cartoon was canceled or postponed, but just wait.

 Trivias:

° Your last episode was on: October 15, 2014.

° The episodes are on youtube, as they are no longer in the Cartoon Network, and apparently neither in the Tooncast.

° Even though it was forgotten by many, it had a good rating from the public, being 4,9.

° When they go to the other world their ears become more pointed, their clothes change and their eyes stay paint.

°There are some games about this cartoon.

Zak:  

    Zak is one of the protagonists of the cartoon, his predominant color orange for yellow and his shape Sendokai is a triangle, he is thirteen at the beginning of the series and fourteen at the "end", his powers are: Zet-Sen Shoot (a shot capable of tracking any flying object), Sho-Sen Fire (the same capacity, but more powerful), and others.

   Until the beginning he is playful, irresponsible, to the point of letting his bird starve, and a good leader to cheer up his team, but over the course of the series, he becomes more responsible and his emotions become more mature and responsible, preventing him from letting his feelings get in the way.

Cloe:

   She's more mature than Zak, smart and responsible, but she's kind, throughout the series she has some problems about the fact that her parents want her to be a lawyer, even though she wants to be an artist, despite appearing insecure in the real world, she is more free on the battlefield of Sendokai Champions, your predominat color is blue, your form is a circle, and its powers are: Vision Yao-Sen (predicts future movements), Spark Nu-Sen (allows to her teleport), and others.

   She has disagreements with Zak in the middle of the serie, because he feels jealous because of Lon and he faces his own problems, and her starts to understand more with Lon than Zak, and seems to have a bigger character growth, since he seems to understand the problems at another level.

Fenzy:

   She apparently looks be the more younger in the group, she is the most sarcastic and "tough", but that doesn't make her bad, in fact, she is kind to her friends, even though she is against Kiet sometimes, despite having a brief disagreement with his mother in the series, in general both get along, Fenzy had an evolution in his character after the death of his father, since it took a while for her to accept it.

   Your predominant colors are: pink and purple, and its form is a crystal or a diamond, and her powers: Star Tai-Sen (creates a barrier when she runs), Tornado Go-Sen (tornado of energy), and others.

Kiet:

   Kiet is thirteen at the beginning and fourteen at the "end", he is very relaxed and lazy, but he is sometimes worried when he needs to, and sometimes even irrelevant things, like his video games, and relaxed when instead of wearing shorts he confuses them with underwear, your powers: Shield Coa-Sen(shield created from your hands), Wave Geo-Sen (causes earthquake), and others.

   As much as it is not explicit, just like the others he has evolved a lot, as well as not only quitting arguing with Fenzy, but also working as a team with her, and giving more value to what his grandmother does for him, your predomitant color is green, and your form is a pentagon.

Lon:

   Initially he was one of the protagonists, but due to his paranoia, distrust and jealousy of Zak with Cloe he becomes an antagonist.

   At first he looked like just a quiet and moody boy, but according to time he finds out about his past, as his mother abandoned him with his father, and the same says that his son should not trust anyone, and as time goes by he becomes a better and happier boy, and begins to finally trust his friends, but he had a decline in his evolution mainly because of jealousy, causing him to become Commander Zorn.

   Yous powers it: Strength Duo-Sen (concentrates everyone's strengths), Firing Zet-Sen (control the direction of the shot), and others, your predominant color is red and black, your form is a triangle similar to Zak, but red.

GOD it was a nightmare drawing three characters with continuous national blackouts.

If they ask, Fenzi is safe, and thus retains his Ignis armor. I honestly thought that maybe it would be better if Fenzi was the infected one and not Chloe, but she already had the drawing almost done so I left it. Why did I want Chloe safe?

Well, in my canon, Lon also survived (Being the first Great Zord has many benefits), and in a hypothetical resistance group (which I'm forming by the way), his relationship with Chloe would be a bit… aggressive.

Wait a moment...

If everything happened exactly the same as the serie except that the boys were sendokai warriors until adults. That means they all broke up as planned in the first season?

If that happened, I would like to know how they all met again after so many years

Here's a few author's notes to make the concept of this AU a bit more clear!

The main idea is based on the question ''What If our protagonists were recruited by Tampo at a different time of their lives?'' in this case rather than recruiting a bunch of 14 year old middle school kids, he recruits those same people but as really tired and slighly gloomy college students, which means they weren't involved in saving the galaxy in their highschool years. So the big events in the show (becoming Sendokai warriors , competing in the tournament, saving the galaxy etc etc) still happen, the only difference being that the senkuns are older when the whole thing happens.

Other differences/changes:

-Zak, Kiet, Cloe, and Fenzy have known each other since middle school. However, they don't meet Lon until after the supposed events of season one.

-They meet Lon at a concert that gets attacked by a Yaki

-None of the senkuns are initially interested in soccer whatsoever

-Zak is a communist (based on a inside joke I have with a moot,roll with it) and openly queer in a small spanish town. Take that as you will.

-Cloe asks Zak to pose for her next painting instead of asking him out to the movies.

-Fenzy's conflict is more centered around her relationship with her mother.

-The love triangle between Cloe,Zak and Lon is ACTUALLY a love triangle (Zak has a crush on Cloe since they were 16, Cloe has a horrible time processing her emotions but she has had unrecognized feelings for Zak for a while, Zak feelings for Lon are complicated,Lon has that same weird freudian feelings he has for Zak in the show mixed in with really cryptid love confessions (telling him to Die) , Lon and Cloe are each other's Manic Pixie Dream Girl.)

-Lon really really really REALLY fucking likes The Smiths (trust me this is crucial to his character.)

-Cloe's character arc is one of learning to put herself before others by overcoming her insecurities.

-Every single senkun is queer and neurodivergent in one way or another (because that's how friendgroups really are irl)

Career paths:

Zak: Philosophy student (unemployed)

Cloe: Law student-> later on decides to be honest with herself and leave the course to study Art (employed: barista in a cafe)

Fenzy: Biotechnology student (unemployed)

Kiet: Programming student (employed: volunteer at a nursing home AND cashier at a Gamestop)

Lon: Solo electronic keyboard musician (freelancer)
