Kimi Raikkonen was known to be cold towards a lot of people except his family and a handful of friends.

You woke to the sounds of giggles and laughter from the living room, rolling over you noticed your son was awake in his crib but your husband was nowhere to be found. Getting out of bed you walked over to your son’s crib and walked out into the living room.

Walking out into the living room you find your shifted husband lying on the floor with your daughters brushing his fur and painting his nails. Placing your son in his swing, and turning it on, you took the opportunity to take a picture of the sight.

“What’s going on here?” You asked your two girls

“We’re making Daddy Wolf look pretty,” your oldest says.

“Yeah, I painted his nails. Does he look pretty mommy?”

“Yes baby he does,” you said, leaning down to pick up your secondborn daughter.

Your husband came up to you and rubbed himself against your legs kinda like a cat would you scratch behind his ear before he went off to your bedroom to shift back. Kimi came out of the bedroom and walked up to you giving you a side hug and kissing the side of your head. You set your daughter down so she could go play with her sister.

“Please tell me you have any nail polish remover?” Kimi asked.

“Nope I don’t,” you said smiling.

Kimi sighed shaking his head

“Oh I forgot to tell you the guys are stopping by later tonight for dinner,” you told him.

Kimi ran his hand down his face looking at his hot pink nails.

“Well it could be worse,” he said, shrugging.

You smiled trying to not laugh, Kimi looked back at you.

“You already told them, didn't you?”

“Yeah I sent them a picture”

“Your lucky I love you”

“I love you too”

You did have nail polish remover but Kimi didn’t need to know that.

We’re just friends

number one when Seb walked in on the two of you cuddling

Kimi was late meeting up with Sebastian. They were supposed to go to dinner after their media duties. Media duties that Kimi hated and if he was being honest with himself he forgot about going to dinner with Sebastian and it was your fault. You told him that if he made it through his media duties the two of you could cuddle together afterwards. And that’s how the blonde German found his friend.

Kimi's larger body lying on top of yours, his head in the crook of your neck arms tucked by your sides. Your leg hooked on the back of his knee so it wouldn’t touch the ground. Your left hand lying on his back and your right hand in his hair, both of you asleep.

‘Just friends my ass Seb thought as he grabbed your Polaroid camera taking a picture of the two of you, he waited for the picture to develop before putting the camera back and walking out of the room closing the door he was gonna tease you both about it later.

number two the time you got overwhelmed and broke down crying.

It was race day normally you didn’t have a problem with all the people but it was one of those days. You didn’t tell Kimi about how you were feeling because you didn’t want to distract him from the race which needed his undivided attention.

After wishing him good luck you went to his driver's room and turned on the TV. That's how you watched the race not wanting to be near all the people. You watched as he overtook everyone getting second place to Michael Schumacher getting up, you put on a smile and went to watch his podium celebration.

Kimi came off the podium and ran straight towards you, He picked up off the ground spinning around in a circle.

“What’s wrong kukka?”

“I’m a little overwhelmed”

“Come on”

Kimi grabbed your hand and took you to his driver's room. He turned on the light and closed the door behind him.

“How can I help you kukka?” He asked

“Can you read to me like you did last time?”

Kimi smiled at you before grabbing your book from the coffee table and sitting down on the couch. His back was up against the armrest and his legs were out in front of him. You walked over to him and laid against him, your back pressed against his chest. Kimi put his arms under your armpits, hands resting just below your chest as he held the book he began to read.

You eventually fell asleep when Kimi noticed he put the bookmark in its place, closing the book and putting it on the back of the couch resting his head as best as he could on yours before closing his eyes.

The third time when the guys realized that you practically live together.

It was summer break which meant Kimi didn’t have to leave for a race. You decided to have Sebastian, Mark, Fernando, and Jenson over for dinner and to hang out.

After dinner, everyone migrated to the living room to sit and talk. Every spot on the couch was taken so when you walked back into the living room Kimi grabbed your hand and pulled you into his lap. Your arm went around his neck while his arm went around your waist and over your leg free hand rubbing your thigh.

Kimi noticed you were getting cold. He asked one of the guys to go into your room and grab the small throw blanket that you left in the bedroom.

When Jensen went into your bedroom to grab the blanket that Kimi told him to get he noticed that Kimi had a bunch of stuff in your room curious he opened up the closet door and saw a bunch of Kimi's clothes in there. Then he walked into your bathroom and saw Kimi's toothbrush, shampoo, and other things.

Walking back into the living room, Jenson covered the two of you up.

“Is there something wrong with your apartment?” Jenson asked.

“No, why?”

“Just curious that’s all,” Jenson said looking at the others knowing damn well that the two of you weren’t just friends even if you didn’t want to admit it.

Time number four the time the boys cornered you.

The guys were sick of you and Kimi saying that you were just friends so they decided to kidnap you into realizing your true feelings for the Finnish blonde.

Seb came running up to you out of breath saying that Kimi was looking for you and that it was urgent he took you to an empty conference room in Ferraris hospitality closing the door behind you so you couldn’t escape turning around you saw Mark, Michael, Jenson, Fernando and of course, Sebastian bit no Kimi.

“I thought you said Kimi was looking for me?”

“Obviously Sebastian guys, what are you doing?”

“What are you scared of y/n?” Jenson asked

“Huh what are you talking about?”

“Don’t play dumb with us chica. Just admit you like him and be done with it” Fernando groaned.

“He’s right, you know Corinna and I were the same way before we got married. We did the same things you and Kimi do now. There’s no shame in it, just tell him.”

“Guys were just friends” you say frustrated

“Friends don’t look at each other the way you two do” mark said

“Yeah and friends don’t have cute pet names, they don’t snuggle and read to each other and they sleep in the same bed together without being in love with each other nor do they take up half of your closet with their clothes”

Again you're being ridiculous” you said walking out of the room. You thought about what they were saying and you couldn’t shake the feeling that maybe just maybe they were right.

Number five the time Michael walked in on you cutting Kimi's hair.

Kimi wanted his hair cut as it was getting too long for his liking so he asked you to cut it for him. Kimi was late for a team meeting so Michael volunteered to go get him. Knocking on the door he waited as you yelled out a come in. Stepping in the room he saw that you were cutting Kimi's hair.

“As much as this is adorable Kimi you’re needed in the conference room,” Michael said smiling before walking out of the room.

Number six when you got caught dancing in the rain and finally admitted your feelings.

Kimi just won his first world championship and you were proud of him. Kimi parked the car in the #1 spot taking out the steering wheel and climbing out of the car he stood on top of fist pumping the air. You watched as Kimi jumped out of the car and ran to the barrier celebrating with his team. When he finally saw you Kimi leaned over the barrier Hugging you.

Later that night you and Kimi left the party that was being thrown in Kimi's honor. The two of you were halfway back to the hotel when it started raining. Smiling, you turned to Kimi and grabbed his hand, pulling him out in the rain. The both of you were too distracted by each other to notice your friends watching you dance in the rain.

You and Kimi both worked up the nerve to finally admit your feelings for each other.

“Kukka, I have something to say to you” Kimi whispered in your ear.

“What is it?” You asked looking up into his eyes

“I love you,” Kimi said, kissing you.

“I love you too,” you confessed.

Your friends stood there in shock smiling at you both happy that they didn’t have to watch the two of you dance around each other anymore.

Drunken waffles— Kimi Raikkonen x reader

It was your friend's bachelorette party. You all decided to go to a bar to celebrate.. You were passed around from friend to friend wearing your leash backpack because you were known to be a really friendly drunk who turned reckless which was a complete 180 from your regular calm and quiet demeanor. Your friend walked you to the bar to get a refill on drinks when you saw a man with blonde hair and blue eyes that almost looked white.

“What’s wrong with you?” You slurred out.

“I’m hungry” he said

“Hi I’m hungry I’m y/n” you giggled holding out your hand for the man to shake.

“Kimi and I am really hungry but there’s nothing open,” he complained.

“You're not from here are you?” You asked

“No I’m not why”

“Because I know the perfect place to go that’s always open but I’m kinda tied up to my friend and I can’t go anywhere at the moment” you told him showing him the backpack that made him smile.

“Hold on” Kimi says, reaching over the bar grabbing the knife that the bartender was using to cut limes up with earlier. Kimi cut the rope that was attached to the backpack putting the knife back, both too drunk to realize that you could have unclipped it.

You and Kimi walked out of the bar getting into your Uber.

“Where too?”

“The good Waffle House please”

“Alright then”

“Waffle House?” Kimi asked

“Yes trust me it has everything food and entertainment and drama just trust me”

On the way to Waffle House you and Kimi talked about why you needed to wear the backpack.

“It’s because I get too friendly with people and I turn into a reckless drunk which is a completely 180 from my normal personality”

“What makes you so friendly?”

“I got into a car with a random man I never met before and I hit on everything that walks”

“Oh”

A few minutes go by before the driver pulls up to your destination getting out of the car you paid the driver. Walking in front of your new friend.

“Well this is it” you said holding your arms out in front of you showing Kimi the not so fine establishment.

“Just be careful of things being thrown around last time I got hit in the head with a shoe. Also be mindful of where you walk the floor will either be sticky or wet no in between” kimi shook his head and shrugged his shoulders not really caring.

“I don’t care I just want food” he said

“Alright perfect you’ll fit right in”

The two of you sat down and waited for someone to come take your order. You knew what you wanted. It was the same thing every time.

As the two of you were eating, a fight broke out between a couple customers. You weren’t bothered by it as this was something you were used to, but Kimi on the other hand was laughing and enjoying the entertainment with his food. Not long after the fight broke out the cops came which made you and kimi bolt out the back door there was no reason other than paranoia.

Back at the bar your friends noticed that you were gone, instant panic mode set in before they all set off looking for you. It wasn’t just your friends that noticed you were missing Kimis friends noticed that he too was missing.

“Hi sorry to bother you but have you seen my friend he’s about yay high blonde hair and a pout on his face”

“No but my friend is missing too we can’t find her”

Your friend and Kimi's friend looked at each other skeptically. “No there’s no way their together” “yeah there’s no way unless your friend also gets really friendly when their drunk” “she does”

Back to you and kimi…

The next morning you woke up in a different hotel room. You were hanging off the side of the bed still dressed in your clothes and shoes, a piece of bacon hanging out of your mouth. Sitting up as best as you could you find a strange blonde man hugging your legs in a deep sleep.

“Hey let go of my legs I need to use the bathroom” you say trying to sling your legs free in the process of accidentally kicking the man off the bed. Finally free you booked it to the bathroom to relieve your bladder. Walking back into the bedroom you looked at the man who was pouting on the floor holding an empty bottle of alcohol upside down.

“Who are you?” you asked.

“Kimi, who are you?”

“I’m y/n”

“Ok”

“Wanna go get drinks?”

“Sure,” Kimi said, getting off the floor. Not caring that your friends were still probably worried sick you new that they’d find you eventually they always did.

Kinda angsty

Bitten

Pain, pain throughout your body, a red hot searing pain that makes you want to vomit. You made your way to the bathroom, turning on the light and pulling up your shirt to reveal a bite. A wolf bite. Bending down as best as you could you grabbed the first aid kit and the rubbing alcohol. With shaking hands, you poured the rubbing alcohol on some paper towels and cleaned up the wound. Once that was done and over with you took some antibiotic cream and rubbed it on the wound dressing it with some gauze and a band-aid.

You don’t know how long you sat on the floor of the bathroom. Your body hurt and you were shaking from the pain, your eyes and mouth hurt.

Kimi was baffled; normally you’d greet him whenever he came home, especially with winter right around the corner. He knew you didn’t want to waste these precious moments together.

“Y/n where are you rakkaus?”

Kimi looked around for any sign of you. He found you curled up in a ball on the bathroom floor. The second thing he noticed was all the paper towels covered in blood sent off the alarms in his head ‘What happened while he was gone’ he thought.

“Hey, vauva can you tell me what happened?” He asked, holding you.

“I got bit,” you said so quietly he barely heard it. He looked at your side pulling up your shirt just enough to look at your side.

“Can I pull off your bandages? I need to look at the bite.”

You shook your head, your mouth hurt from grinding your teeth together. Kimi pulled the bandages off and he expected to see a bite there but instead, all he saw was skin that was completely healed over, and that made his heart sink. He never wanted this life for you. He never wanted you to experience the pain of the first shift.

His heart broke at the sight and the sound of you in pain.

“What’s happening to me?” You sobbed out, Kimi kissed your head as he rocked you back and forth in his arms.

“Your Changing vauva, it's your body, it's preparing for the shift. The first one is always the worst but I promise you that it’ll get better”. Kimi said taking your shoes off which you still haven’t done he also took off anything you had on that you didn’t want ruined when you shifted. He left on your shirt and pants which were pretty much ruined, Kimi picked you up and walked you outside setting you down on the ground”

Kimi took off his shoes, jacket, and shirt leaving him in his pants, he sent Seb a quick text asking him to lock up the house and to gather his stuff out of the yard telling him that he had been bitten and was going to shift any moment now.

“Ok listen to me I know it hurts but the cold air will help I promise. Just keep focusing on my voice rakkaus, breathe deep slow breaths in and out”

You did what he said feeling some relief.

“Ok that’s it you're doing great love now feel the ground beneath you in between your fingers and toes. Your doing and remember to breathe and now let go”

You did what Kimi said and shifted into a wolf. You stood up on all fours, tail tucked between your legs, your wolf walked up to Kimi who squatted down to your level and scratched behind your ear “you did amazing rakkaus I’m so proud of you” he said before shifting you with you.

The two of you spent the entire winter together never leaving each other’s side.
