Augh, sorry if this isn’t as long, hun. I just responded deeply to this and then the Wi-Fi cut out. Ugh. But this is exactly the sort of thing I ADORE. Aziraphale being too stubborn to seek out maternity-inclined attire but also refusing to miracle his clothing to fit, as he has kept everything in such perfect shape for so long. But everything is so hard to fit into. His waistcoat can barely stretched over his swollen belly. His trousers dig more and more into his hips and thighs every day. Crowley tries to encourage him to find more suitable attire, even despite how he appreciates (reads: is turned on by) Aziraphale’s choices. He finally gives up on the subject when he visits the shop one day to find that his angel’s belly button’s popped and is sticking out between the gaps in his too-tight buttons.

A fair bit of panic, probably. In all honesty, if this were the scenario and Aziraphale didn’t run off from both Heaven and Crowley, I admit that the sadder route would be the most likely option. That the other angels and the Metatron would make him get rid of it. But then again, an interesting scenario would be Aziraphale fleeing from them when they react this way, but also not returning to Crowley because he’s convinced that the demon never wants to see him again. So he’s alone as he prepares for the birth of his child, obvious to how this may be a part of The Ineffable Plan and the Second Coming and all… 👀

sorry for ask spam >.< it occurred to me that Spock prolly wouldn’t tell his parents about the pregnancy cuz he doesn’t think it’s relevant until the babie(s) are almost there! When Jim finds out he is all like O.O wut do you mean you didn’t tell them

You’re not spamming at all! Thank you so much for the asks. I love the idea of Spock keeping all of this from his parents. I like to believe that Vulcan culture keeps pregnancies super private (after all, it’s tied to Pon Farr and the biology of Vulcans and all), so Spock feels it is very important to keep more information about the subject hush-hush. However, even for Vulcans, not telling one’s family of an imminent birth is crazy. He only admits to Jim that they don’t know when the Enterprise is to be used for a diplomatic conference (a la “Journey to Babel”) and he has to prepare himself for the fact that if Jim doesn’t say something related to the pregnancy, they’ll be able to know just by looking at him, which opens a whole can of worms.

If bones tried to get Spock to stray from the vulcan vegetariansm that would be the cause for Spock losing it

God, you’re so right. Spock would just stare at McCoy and immediately start railing into him, voice it’s usual level but clearly beyond pissed. I’d like to imagine McCoy secretly opens his communicator in order to allow Jim to be a part of the appointments he can’t attend but, like an idiot, Jim has his own communicator turned up enough that the whole bridge can hear Spock absolutely lay into McCoy for being on his case as if he isn’t aware of the difficulties and complexities of a Vulcan pregnancy, Doctor, despite the fact that he is clearly very much the one pregnant here. It goes on for fifteen minutes and it seems like Spock doesn’t even pause to breathe before he’s storming off (though this is kind of undercut by his waddling).

Spock tryin to keep his emotions in check during pregnancy but he's tired an hungry and feels heavy all the time, uniforms uncomfortable, boyfriend is busy being captain and obvi doesn't have time to comfort Spock >.<

if mccoy bugs him about his diet card or physical exam one more time, Spock will prolly snap :')

I think one of my favorite things about Star Trek is that, despite Spock being the one that supposedly displays no emotion, he’s the one who has cried the most over the course of the series. I love this! Spock reminding himself of being in control of his emotions by the seventh time in as many days McCoy has reminded him that if he can’t increase his protein intake, he’ll need to start eating meat. Spock doing all he can not to blush when Kirk calls him to his side and he knows everyone is watching how sloooowly he waddles over from the corners of their eyes. Spock focusing all his attention on meditation and definitely not how he is certain he can feel his skin stretching as his belly grows and grows. At some point, he will snap and it will be over something absolutely ridiculous.

Sorry for another ask, and feel free to delete if not interested. What if at the same time Aziraphale got pregnant, Gabriel got pregnant with Beezlebub. They are acting awkward around eachother like "Oh no he knoes" when they are both trying to hide a demon pregnancy from eachother

Ooooooh! I’ve always been pretty indifferent to Gabriel/Beelzebub as a ship, but the idea of both Aziraphale and Gabriel doing their best to hide a pregnancy from one another (especially a partially demonic pregnancy) is just hilarious. Aziraphale would just want to avoid Gabriel as much as possible to ensure that he doesn’t see anything that could tip him off, whereas Gabriel would try to operate with a “business as usual” mentality as, surely Aziraphale and other angels would notice is everything wasn’t just operating as usual, right????

YESSSS. Izzy is so stubborn and adamant that his attire is appropriate because admitting to certain changes, in his mind, means admitting weakness. But in his efforts to deny, deny, deny, he doesn’t realize that this is a subject he just can’t win on until he tries to get dressed one morning. He keeps pulling and tugging and sucking in his belly until, finally, the seams on his vest rip all along the side. He does his best to wear it anyway and keep his arms still to hide the issue until Roach notices the threads dropping off and calls out an offer to “sew some extra fabric in”, which ignites a whole other set of problems.

Spock bein pregnant with multiples could be cute :3

OH GOD, YES. Spock believing he is sterile as a result of his mixed heritage and thus not being as careful with protection as he should be (something Jim definitely teases him about at a later time). Plus maybe Vulcans are more likely to conceive multiples, since Pon Farr is so infrequent, which makes Spock believe such conception is all the more unlikely with him being an only child. Only for him to not only find himself pregnant, but with multiples. He starts off with a cute lil tummy rounding out his uniform, leading various crew members to believe he has kept this under wraps for quite some time, only to go wide-eyed when he would reveal he’s only eleven weeks along. It become more outrageous with each passing week, as he struggles to get larger uniform requests in time with his own growth periods, his belly often swelling enough that the new uniform that was meant to be a size up is snug. It’s awkward for him to lean around his stomach to work at his station and, more often than not, when Jim calls him over to the Captain’s station, the man is confronted with an enormous Vulcan bump than a clear view of his First Officer’s face.
