It’s gonna be awhile before we can all dine out again 😪 What weekend would have look like if we could dine out drink out staycation etc etc . Food is so gooooood here ! Had previous 2 posts on it already ☺️ let me just reminisce good gin and all the moreish dishes at this chill spot. I forgot the name for this steak but sauce is good. Some few hard chunks for the steak, overall flavourfully tender 👍🏼. This is a bar I dare say, all the food was absolutely delish for a drink spot - the tapenades, the bread ( Way way way better than Get Baked) , the chicken wings (crispy light on the outside juicy succulent on the inside) with amazing (tartar) sauce Not forgetting to give credit for the drinks technically it’s a cocktail bar. Jackfruit gin for example, light but enjoying. Cocktails are refreshing. Got too happy with the food oops . Gin drinkers, this is a spot for you 👌🏼 Definitely will return here. You’ve probably heard a lot about the food at the new Gordon Ramsay Bar And Grill restaurant at Sunway City, but what about the “Bar” part? I got the chance to check out the bar recently, and was suitably impressed with the drinks, eapecially those made by head bartender Marek Klecka who I have to say makes a mean Last Word. The core cocktail menu is apparently mainly drinks from the menu at the restaurant in London, with one exception: the OMLG (made with Tanqueray Gin, Chambord, Fresh Lime, Home-made Lavender Syrup, Egg White), which is a perfectly balanced, very tasty creation by Marek himself. We tried most of the drinks on the menu that night and I have to say, most of them were pretty good. Personal favourites include the Angostura Sour (Amaro Di Angostura, Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Fresh Lemon, Egg White) and Chelsea Royal Garden ( St. Germain Elderflower, Fresh Green Apple, Prosecco, Lemon Bitters). The classics by Marek were pretty good as well. In case anyone decide to visit @barpahit for the weekend , recommend this probably my fave bar food in this chill bar. Tapenade is a spread with olives, capers and maybe anchovies in it. Tomato tapenade - Usually not a fan of tomato based stuff but the sundried tomato taste balance out the saltiness of the tapenade. Olive tapenade- actually this is A bit too salty. Balancing it out with the tomato tapenade. Hopefully next visit is less salty :) The portion of the tapenade is generously given. Tbh there was a lot more extra even tho the bread was finished ( more bread makes it perfect 😍) Both have AMAZING BREAD. Buttery, crisp chewy flavourful. Hello thirsty throwback . Brewery : @stonebrewing ABV: 7.7% Type : IPA Country : USA Yes pretty rad you gotta flip the beer upside down for the top of the can. First thoughts on this beer , super bitter lol. It’s a strong one but not my favourite . Definitely for those with a braver heart. Probably say it’s more of a dude’s drink? Much more bitter.
