anonymous: s.o. to @beyondarrest / @shojikisa / @konzerneir! nick is one of the warmest, most welcoming people in the fandom, always there with interesting questions for the muses and gentle encouragements for the muns when people need them IN ADDITION to balancing each of their different muses with grace and skill. Katsuya and Kei flourish under nick's wing, Hidetoshi is given some much needed depth, and all without missing a single beat. every fandom should be so lucky as to have someone like nick around.

☂ - Who would they sacrifice for, and how much would they sacrifice.

I like to think that Ryuji is a guarded person to those he doesn’t really know or feels close to - this doesn’t mean he has no problem with standing up for someone who can’t defend themselves or speaking out against something that he feels is an injustice but it’s not out of any real loyalty to the person - it’s more because of his personal philosophy and sense of justice.  He’ll stand up for you if he has to, maybe even stick his neck out for you but not for you, if that makes sense? Probably moreso because he couldn’t live with himself if he just stood by and was a bystander or a witness to something he felt was an injustice.

I think it goes without saying he would sacrifice anything for any one of his fellow Phantom Thieves - even Akechi, though he would admit this begrudgingly and as much as he might hesitate to admit it, he sees the other Phantom Thieves as being like a surrogate family for him - what a family should be - accepting you, supporting you, listening to you.  I’ve already touched on that he comes from sort of a shitty and broken home life which only seemed to get worse as he grew older, so I think he’d naturally be drawn to role models or familial figures.  He’s never really had much of a family and being with the Phantom Thieves is sort of the first real taste he gets of being part of a family, part of a team.  He would do anything for them - turn himself in, sacrifice himself for them because he feels that strongly about all of them.  Even Akechi.

People feel the need to ruin things for everyone else…? Haa, I feel kind of nervous about saying this but I’m sort of tired of seeing all the negativity especially surrounding Persona 5 and Mass Effect Andromeda and it’s not just on any one place, it feels like it’s everywhere.  I understand that people have their own grievances and concerns with the games but sometimes it’s more than a little disheartening when everyone around you seems convinced that it’s going to be utter shit and it just sort of kills my hype and excitement for it. 

 I guess what I try to do is mostly try to stick with other fans of the game and try to keep their spirits up regarding the game - even if we don’t end up liking it, I’m sure we’ll have a lot to talk about and we can laugh about it together.  Haa, sometimes it’s just a bit hard to stay positive though, but I’m doing my best.  I’ve been looking forward to these games all year and no one is going to influence my opinion or feelings on them.
