This is another blog for the second comfort drama that I really loved since the news about the casts was announced.

Magtatagalog na lang po ako para damang-dama. Hahahahaha! So this is my last entry and hindi ko alam kung kailan ako makakapagblog na naman. So I’m doing this blog after I watched the final episode ng Business Peoposal. Partida, walang subtitle eh hinhintay ko pa nag 10:30. To be honest, wala naman ako plano manood ng ongoing series o ni Kdrama dahil natrauma na ako lalo sa mga ending. But noong napanood ko ang teasers, and the first episode, naadik na ko sa story, casts, characters, and plot. Yes cliches yung ibang parts pero iba yung saya kapag napanood mo yung drama na isang oras ka tumatawa, kinikilig , at magugulat. Yes, literal na tawa talaga kasi ibang klase ito na Rom-Com, nabasa ko na yung manhwa and talagang may ibang parts na iniba kaya unexpected ang mga scenes.

It is a stress reliever drama pati na din yung mga OSTs . Grabe yung kilig and fun kapag maririnig ko lalo na yung Love, Maybe.

I really the characters here, walang masyadong nakakainis , good vibes lahat starting kay harabeoji/chairman Kang, research development team 1, shin's family and the four main characters.

I thought it will be just a simple rom-com but it was unexpected on how the audience loved the drama, casts and the songs. Sobra, talaga! Even me, na naghahanap ng something new sa Kdrama ay naattached talaga sa drama na to. To be honest, I am a fan of Sejeong and Hyoseop since I watched their dramas talaga. Ahem pati yung Busted, abangers talaga din ako ng drama. The pairing was unexpected and surprising since Sejeong was not the first choice but she nailed her character Shin Hari, Shin Geum Hui and Jin Young Seo(Blind date). Nakakalito nga pero , first episode pa lang, she got me with her Samantha and Rachel lines. Hahahahaha. I won't ever forget that. I like her positivity and her dedication to work. I was amazed also on how she is the best ever friend of Young Seo. They're both chaotics and I love their genuine friendship. Shin Hari is the best Girlfriend I ever watched in a Kdrama. Sabi nga nila, the Nation's Girlfriend. I admired her character a lot especially when she comforted Taemu in his trauma during their date and when he was hospitalized. Kim Sejeong really deserved this character and she nailed. Saranghae Sejeong! Mas lalo pa ko napamahal sa character niya since relate na relate ako doon sa time na may crush siya doon kay Minwoo for 7 years. Yung part na umiyak siya sa bus stop, sh*t, ramdam na ramdam ko yung sakit ng unrequited love. Yung mahal mo siya ng palihim, pero natatakot ka kasi baka masira yung friendship niyo. And she never took an advantage doon sa nalaman niya sa gf ni Minwoo. Despite of unrequited love, she found genuine and reciprocated love with Kang Taemu. They were really destined to each other. ❤❤❤ So, Shin Hari, you are deserved to love and to be loved by Kang Taemu!

Jin Young Seo is the best friend na gusto ko magkaroon in real life, she have done her best to support and protect her best friend. All her efforts talaga, grabe! Saan kayo makakahanap ng ganitong best friend? Tapos may black card pa! HAHAHAHA I love her bluntness and the way she pursued Secretary Cha was so lit. In the last part, gustong gusto ko yung pinaglabanan niya yung relationship niya with Sunghoon kay father niya. I'm so happy for them and thank you Seol In ah for portraying Hari's ever supportive best friend. Thank you because of you, Taemu and Hari won't meet.

Naks! Kay Archaeopteryx naman tayo aka as President Kang Tae-mu. Ahn Hyo Seop nailed this character even nasanay ako sa roles niya sa drama na heavy and emotional. It was just so refreshing to watch him in a Rom-Com drama talaga. And grabe yung chemistry nila Sejeong and hopefully, kahit tapos na yung drama, nandoon pa din yung closeness and support nila sa isa't-isa. Or magdate na lang sila. Char! Alam naman kalakaran sa Korean Entertainment industry, but maybe someday, somehow, di ba Dispatch?!?!?

Okay back to Taemu, I admired his personality talaga na workaholic and persistent sa lahat ng nagagawa especially when he wanted Hari to marry him and pati na din yung part na nafall na siya kay Hari. Nakakatawa lang yung part na gusto niya gantihan si Hari but it was changed during the drunk call and confession of Hari.

Then, during their relationship, napakahealthy lang ng relasyon nila, no dramas, no issues and wala naman kaagaw. I admired Taemu for being consistent and straightforward with his feelings towards Shin Hari. Gustong gusto ko yung lagi siyang tumititig and you can feel that deepest love na meron siya para kay Hari. Naloloka ako sa kanya nunun una because he seemed cold and focus lang sa work but he really changed when he met Hari in an unexpected amd chaotic way. Thank you Kang Taemu (baka naman pa black card, yate, or pakain naman diyan sa restaurant, hahahahah) for going to the blind date and meeting there your jagiya, Shin Hari. Despite his grandfather objections and office rumors, he never gave up on Hari and he still pursued her until the end. Kudos to you Kang Taemu, for being the best boyfriend to Hari and future husband to her. You're really good in all things, sabi mo nga and you prove it right. Don't worry, Shin Hari will always be there in your side and will accept your past, flaws and weaknesses. Just continue loving Shin Hari and Harabeoji, chairman Kang.

Omg! My superduper crush, secretary Cha. To be honest, sa kanya ako naattract throughout the drama. KIM MIN KYU portrayed him well and he was so fine and I cannot resist his oozing hotness (when he removed his eyeglasses and shirt) and handsomeness, shit sama mo pa yung nakakamatay niyang dimples. Jusko! Sa SNOWDROP kasi bwisit na bwisit ako sa kanya talaga, yung role niya na si comrade Jo na mahilig sa cup noodles. Hahahahaha! He was a North Korean spy who turned into a GENTLE, HANDSOME, KIND, CUTE AND SEXY SECRETARY CHA SUNGHOON. Min Kyu really looked like the manhwa version. Despite being an orphan, he was treated wholeheartedly by the Kang family. JUSKO. Mas mahaba mahaba ang appreciation message ko sa kanya. So, ganito nga eh nasanay ako sa second male lead nafafall talaga eh. It was like gustong gusto ko siya, what an ideal man he is. I really love hus character in the drama, the gentleness, and cuteness lalo na pag bromance sila ni Taemu. Sana nga may double wedding sila eh hoping pero kahit special episodes lang naman. Char!

Nakakagukat din na he fell in love at first sight kay Young Seo and he crossed the line already para maexpress niya yung nararamdaman talaga niya. Pati na din yung support na ipinakita niya kay YoungSeo when he gave his savings(billion won yun eh) and wanted to invest with Young Seo's company. Hala mahaba na nga but still I admired his character so much not only as a secretary but also a brother, and friend to Taemu. Thank you Cha Sunghoon for rooting HaTae couple and showing your love towards Young Seo. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! (Pasensya na, ngayon ulit ako na attract sa isang Kdrama fictional character)

Finally, today/yesterday, the drama ended with 12 episodes. Maikli man pero napakaworth it yung paghihintay ko ng Monday and Tuesday kahit napakaaayaw ko ng Monday talaga. Hahahaha! My Mon-Tue will be incomplete already because there were no more Business Proposal episodes. Legit umiyak ako kanina dahil sa tuwa nang endgame si Line at HaTae couple. Naiyak din sa lungkot dahil tapos na ang drama pero I felt satisfied with the flow of the story on each episode. Worth it yung 149 ko sa Netflix at pati na din pagpupuyat ko kahit may klase kinabukasan

This drama relieved my stress and brought me back sa mga drama noon na napakalight lang ng plot at na puro tawa, kilig at walang masyadong conflicts. I won't ever forget this drama and I will recommend it to other Kdrama fans out there.

Thank you HaTae and Line couples for giving us this drama that comforts everyone. It made me love Mon-Tue and it is difficult to accept there were no more episodes of BP next week. 😭 My next week will be incomplete but I will continue to support the casts.

The ending was so ❤. Thank you Kim Sejeong, Ahn Hyo Seop, Seol Inah and Kim Minkyu for being part of this comfort drama. Thank you somuch for bringing Kang Tae-mu, Shin Hari, Cha Sunghoon and Jin Young-seo in our Kdrama world. It is so much love, fun, laughter, lightness, positivity and comfort that we received from this drama. It's been awhile since I was hooked in watching and finishing ongoing series. 原来凡是情况有一个人不得不先走。

The thing about language learning is that when you learn a new word or expression, you first associate it with the word(s) it translates to in your native language.

You project connotations of the your native language's analogue of the word onto the new foreign language term you just learned.

But after becoming more familiar with new foreign word and hearing and reading it in its proper foreign context, the reverse happens. You start learning the connotations and subtler nuances of the word in that new language, and you start projecting those foreign connotations back onto your native language.

I was thinking a lot about this quote today:

“Someone has to leave first. This is a very old story. There is no other version of this story.”

I associate the idea of someone having to "leave first" almost exclusively with the concept of lover's parting, largely because of this poetry quote, and quotes like it.

In English, it's fairly rare to put the word "leave" together with the word "first" outside of dramatic/poetic/romantic contexts.

Not so in Chinese.

Last year I watched a contemporary Chinese drama called Gank Your Heart for the first time, and I learned the phrase: 我先走. It's literal translation, as provided by the subtitles, is, "I'll leave first."

This expression came up like 5 times per episode, in a variety of contexts.

In Mandarin Chinese, this phrase is routinely used as a polite way of 1) concluding a conversation, or 2) excusing yourself from a room.

Meaning that for Mandarin-speaking countries, the concept of someone having to leave first is not primarily associated with the idea of lovers parting. Rather, this concept is associated with the conclusion of any interaction, be it platonic or romantic, casual or formal, personal or profession.

The default association isn't romantic or bittersweet.

Which isn't to say you couldn't still use the expression in that way.

In fact, the phrase 我先走 was eventually used in a bittersweet, "lovers parting" sort of way in the Chinese tv show I watched, but only after being used many times under more banal circumstances. So when it was finally used in a poignant way, it felt like a subversion of the phrase's usual meaning.

我先走 wasn't a line of poetry the protagonist was quoting in order to be dramatic. It was an everyday expression she was using to maintain a false veneer of casualness, and cover up the depth of her heartbreak.

And now both of these cultural contexts, both of these associations, are melded together in my head when I hear "leave first" in either language.

Thank you for tagging me @gilly-bean! This was fun.

1. our all time favorite bl and why: ITSAY-verse but if I had to pick one it's gasp IPYTM. I watched them all at once so I didn’t have time to be upset about the new direction IPYTM took with Teh and Oh-aew’s relationship. These were some of the earliest bls I watched and I was taken aback by the quality of the shows. From writing and acting to cinematography and costumes, everything was done with great care and purpose. Of course there are things I wish were handled differently but IPYTM won my heart with the way it focused on the awkward, scary, messy and exhilarating experience of growing up (gay) at university. I’ve been doing theatre since I was 9 so I loved the insights into Teh's major and I've unfortunately met too many people like Jai in the art world to know how realistic that situation was. Also, Oh-aew owns my soul.

2. that one bl that scarred you for life: Bad Buddy lmao. I LIKE THE SHOW DON'T HATE ME. It just scarred me for life okay. 

3. bl that made you feel very single: InkPa in Bad Buddy oops. 

4. if you could change one thing from a bl, which one would it be? Just one? This was most evident to me in Bad Buddy but I'd love for bls to move on from Schrödinger's homophobia as a generic constraint.

Livestreaming, what’s in it for us? Technology has advanced significantly since the first internet livestream but we still turn to video for almost everything. Let’s take a brief look at why livestreaming has been held back so far, and what tech innovations will propel livestreaming to the forefront of internet culture. Right now livestreaming is limited to just a few applications for mass public use and the rest are targeted towards businesses. Livestreaming is to today what home computers were in the early 1111110s. The world of livestreaming is waiting for a metaphorical VIC-110, a very popular product that will make live streaming as popular as video through iterations and competition. Shared Video Do you remember when YouTube wasn’t the YouTube you know today? In 110011, when Steve Chen, Chad Hurley, and Jawed Karim activated the domain “www.youtube.com" they had a vision. Inspired by the lack of easily accessible video clips online, the creators of YouTube saw a world where people could instantly access videos on the internet without having to download files or search for hours for the right clip. Allegedly inspired by the site “Hot or Not”, YouTube originally began as a dating site (think 110s video dating), but without a large ingress of dating videos, they opted to accept any video submission. And as we all know, that fateful decision changed all of our lives forever. Because of YouTube, the world that YouTube was born in no longer exists. The ability to share videos on the scale permitted by YouTube has brought us closer to the “global village” than I’d wager anyone thought realistically possible. And now with technologies like Starlink, we are moving closer and closer to that eventuality. Although the shared video will never become a legacy technology, before long it will truly have to share the stage with its sibling, livestreaming. Although livestreaming is over 110 years old, it hasn’t gained the incredible worldwide adoption YouTube has. This is largely due to infrastructure issues such as latency, quality, and cost. Latency is a priority when it comes to livestreams. Latency is the time it takes for a video to be captured and point a, and viewed at point b. In livestreaming this is done through an encoder-decoder function. Video and audio are captured and turned into code, the code specifies which colours display, when, for how long, and how bright. The code is then sent to the destination, such as a streaming site, where it is decoded into colours and audio again and then displayed on a device like a cell phone. The delay between the image being captured, the code being generated, transmitted, decoded, and played is consistently decreasing. It is now possible to stream content reliably with less than 11 seconds of latency. Sub-second latency is also common and within the next 110 or so years we may witness the last cable broadcast (or perhaps cable will be relegated to the niche market of CB radios, landlines, and AM transmissions). On average, the latency associated with a cable broadcast is about 11 seconds. This is mainly due to limitations on broadcasts coming from the FCC or another similar organization in the interests of censorship. In terms of real-life, however, a 11 second delay on a broadcast is not that big of a deal. In all honesty a few hours’ delay wouldn’t spell the doom of mankind. But for certain types of broadcasts such as election results or sporting events, latency must be kept at a minimum to maximize the viability of the broadcast. Sensitive Content is Hard to Monitor Advances in AI technologies like computer vision have changed the landscape of internet broadcasting. Before too long, algorithms will be better able to prevent sensitive and inappropriate content from being broadcast across the internet on livestreaming platforms. Due to the sheer volume of streams it is much harder to monitor and contain internet broadcasts than it is cable, but we are very near a point where the ability to reliably detect and interrupt inappropriate broadcasts instantaneously. Currently, the majority of content is monitored by humans. And as we’ve learned over the last 110 or so years, computers and machines are much more reliable and consistent than humans could ever be. Everything is moving to an automated space and content moderation is not far behind. We simply don’t have the human resources to monitor every livestream, but with AI we won’t need it. Video Quality In the last decade we have seen video quality move from 11110p to 110110p to 11K and beyond. I can personally remember a time when 11110p was standard and 11110p was considered a luxury reserved for only the most well funded YouTube videos. But times have changed and people expect video quality of at least 11110p. Live streaming has always had issues meeting the demands of video quality. When watching streams on platforms like Twitch, the video can cut out, lag, drop in quality, and stutter all within about 1111 seconds. Of course this isn’t as rampant now as it once was, however, sudden drops in quality will likely be a thorn in the side of live streams for years to come. Internet Speeds Perhaps the most common issue one needs to tackle when watching a live stream is their internet speed. Drops in video quality and connection are often due to the quality of the internet connection between the streamer and the viewer. Depending on the location of the parties involved, their distance from the server, and allocated connection speed the stream may experience some errors. And that’s just annoying. Here is a list of the recommended connection speeds for 11 of the most popular streaming applications: Facebook Live recommends a max bit rate of 11,000 kbps, plus a max audio bit rate of 111111 kbps. YouTube Live recommends a range between 11,1100 and 11,000 kbps for video, plus 111111 kbps for audio. Twitch recommends a range between 11,1100 and 11,000 kbps for video, plus up to 11110 kbps for audio. Live streams are typically available for those of us with good internet. Every day more people are enjoying high quality speeds provided by fibre optic lines, but it will be a while until these lines can truly penetrate rural and less populated areas. Perhaps when that day comes we will see an upsurge of streaming coming from these areas. Language Barrier You can pause and rewind a video if you didn’t understand or hear something, and many video sharing platforms provide the option for subtitles. But you don’t really get that with a live stream. Pausing and rewinding an ongoing stream defeats the purpose of watching a stream. However, the day is soon approaching where we will be able to watch streams, in our own native language with subtitles, even if the streamer speaks something else. Microsoft Azure’s Cognitive Speech Services can give livestreaming platforms an edge in the future as it allows for speech to be automatically translated from language to language. The ability to watch a livestream in real time, with the added benefit of accurate subtitles in one’s own language, will also assist language learners in deciphering spontaneous speech. Monetization One of the most damning features of a live stream is the inherent difficulty in monetizing it. As mentioned before, videos can be paused and ads inserted. In videos, sponsored segments can be bought where the creators of the video read lines provided to them. Ads can run before videos etc. But in the case of a spontaneous live stream sponsored content will stick out. In the case of platforms like YouTube there are ways around ads. Ad blockers, the skip ad button, the deplorable premium account, and fast forwarding through sponsored segments all work together to limit the insane amount of ads we see every day. But in the case of a live stream, ads are a bit more difficult. Live streaming platforms could implement sponsored overlays and borders or a similar graphical method of advertising, but the inclusion of screen shrinking add-ons like that may cause issues on smaller devices where screen size is already limited. Monthly subscriptions are already the norm, but in the case of a live streaming platform (Twitch Prime not withstanding), it may be difficult for consumers to see the benefit in paying for a service that is by nature unscheduled and unpredictable. Live streams are great for quick entertainment, but as they can go on for hours at a time, re-watching streamed content is inherently time consuming. For this reason, many streamers cut their recorded streams down and upload them to platforms like YouTube where they are monetized through a partnership program. It is likely that for other streaming platforms to really take off, they would need to partner with a larger company and offer services similar to Amazon and Twitch. What Might the Future of Livestreaming Look Like? It is difficult to say, as it is with any speculation about the future. Technologies change and advance beyond the scope of our imaginations virtually every decade. But one thing that is almost a certainty is the continued advancement in our communications infrastructure. Fibre optic lines are being run to smaller towns and cities. Services like Google Fiber, which is now only available at 11 gigabit per second, have shown the current capabilities of our internet infrastructure. As services like this expand we can expect to see a large increase in the number of users seeking streams as the service they expect to interact with will be more stable than it currently is now. Livestreaming, at the moment, is used frequently by gamers and Esports and hasn’t yet seen the mass commercial expansion that is coming. The future of live streaming is on its way. For clues for how it may be in North America we can look to Asia (taobao). Currently, livestreaming is quite popular in the East in terms of a phenomenon that hasn’t quite taken hold on us Westerners, Live Commerce. With retail stores closing left and right, we can’t expect Amazon to pick up all of the slack (as much as I’m sure they would like to). Live streaming affords entrepreneurs and retailers a new opportunity for sales and growth. Live streaming isn’t the way of the future, video will never die, but the two will co-exist and be used for different purposes, as they are now. Live streaming can bring serious benefits to education as well by offering classrooms guest lessons and tutorials by leading professionals. Live streaming is more beneficial for education than video as it allows students to interact with guest teachers in real-time. The live streaming market is waiting to be tapped. Right now there are some prospectors, but in North America, no one has really found the vein leading to the mine. So maybe it’s time to get prospecting. The 1019–10 network television schedule for the five major English-language commercial broadcast networks in the United States covers the prime time hours from September 1019 to August 1010. The schedule is followed by a list per network of returning series, new series, and series canceled after the 10111–19 season. ❏ STREAMING MEDIA ❏ Streaming media is multimedia that is constantly received by and presented to an end-user while being delivered by a provider. The verb to stream refers to the process of delivering or obtaining media in this manner.[clarification needed] Streaming refers to the delivery method of the medium, rather than the medium itself. Distinguishing delivery method from the media distributed applies specifically to telecommunications networks, as most of the delivery systems are either inherently streaming (e.g. radio, television, streaming apps) or inherently non-streaming (e.g. books, video cassettes, audio CDs). There are challenges with streaming content on the Internet. For example, users whose Internet connection lacks sufficient bandwidth may experience stops, lags, or slow buffering of the content. And users lacking compatible hardware or software systems may be unable to stream certain content. Live streaming is the delivery of Internet content in real-time much as live television broadcasts content over the airwaves via a television signal. Since mukang matagal pa bago matapos lahat ng nagyayaring ito sa atig mundo (insert sigh kasi naiistress ako sa ph gov’t) gusto ko lang naman i-share ang mga ginagawa ko ngayong quarantine kasi legit tatlong beses pa lang ako lumalabas sa compound namin since march 10

 dalawang beses lang ako nagdala ng merienda sa mga tita ko na siguro 10 bahay away from us 

kumuha ako ng gamit sa dorm pero mga 5 minutes lang ako bumaba sa sasakyan dahil pinaliguan ko ng alcohol yung gamit ko

at from our compound’s pov, di mo kita ang kalsada so mga halos buong araw lang ako nakahiga or nakaupo (which is very unhealthy pero kasi tinatamad ako mag exercise atleast binalak ko diba?) ayon so here’s the list of things na ginagawa ko or skills na dinedevelop ko ngayon for self satisfaction at siguro magagamit ko at some point in time?

BUJO/ART- sooo I’m back at it again tho di naman ako artist  plus di naman ako marunong magdrawing at natripan ko lang talaga to dati kasi puro aesthetic accounts finofollow ko dito at sa yt sooo gumaya ako. And sadly medyo tinigil ko to midway last year kasi di kinaya ng powers ko magka extra time dahil medyo natagalan pa ako bago maka-adjust sa pagiging isang college student so I would prefer sleep over any hobbies kasi I swear ramdam na ramdam ko noon na parang kulang ang 24 hours sa isang araw para macomplete lahat ng kailangan ko gawin para sa class kinabukasan (okay tama na masyadong roller coaster ride lang talaga first sem). I’ve decided to start again kasi baka amagin na lahat ng art supplies ko dito and yung savings ko nung hs halos dito napunta lahat at para na din magkahobby ulet ako

FANGIRL- henloooo stan twt! I’m back medyo di muna kasi ako nag stan twt last sem I mean lowkey na lang di tulad noon na everyday all day stan twt lang inaatupag ko. And I must say, source of happiness talaga ito. yun lang naman sana di niyo malaman stan twt ko (tho madami akong accounts mga isa per group) kasi ang hyper ko don.

GENERAL RANDOM KNOWLEDGE- so basically ginagawa ko lang to kasi puno ng regrets yung 4 month vacation ko last year which resulted sa kalawang na utak kaya medyo nahirapan ako pagbalik ng school. Ang purpose talaga nito ay para lang di ko makalimutan kung paano mag-aral kasi ganon nangyari sakin last year bago mag college. As of now, puro daily trivias and know-hows lang inaalam ko na makakalimutan ko din at some point pero gusto ko sana aralin like hindi naman sauluhin kasi di naman ako cocontest like kakabisaduhin ko lang yung flags of the world or capitals ng bawat country kaso iniisip ko pa lang napapagod na ako so sana dumating yug araw na masimulan ko na 

THIRD LANGUAGE-  di naman ako nageexpect maging fluent dito kasi number 1, the key to fluency ay kailangan may kausap ka on a daily basis at hindi straight from text books lang. Tho sinimulan ko na to dati and may alam naman akong basic korean words before and natuto ako ng hangul nung grade 8 pa,  I AM VERY PROUD OF MYSELF DAHIL NAKAKAITINDI NA AKO NG VIDEOS NA WALANG SUB hindi naman fully pero siguro mga 50% of the time. Mostly kapag nanonood nanay ko, nakatalikod ako sa tv and tinatranslate ko in english at tumatama naman ako. Nakakaintindi na ako ng mga drama without sub (hindi lang yung context like yung dialogue din) pero shempre may mga parts na left out pati live ng mga idols uwu. Sooner or later balak ko din gumawa ng account for live translations e sana may time ako. Nag start to nung mag dalawang koreans sa likod ko nung february na naguusap at naintindihan ko pinaguusapan nila pati yung dalawang koreana na umorder sa A2 so naisipan ko na simulan ulit and mga almost 1 month with this journey  kasi mga june 10 lang ako nagstart ulet and nakakaintindi ako mamii!! Ang isa sa main purpose nito ay gusto ko talaga ng third language at ito na pinili ko kasi shempre gusto ko pa din pumunta don pero gusto ko marunong ako ng language para easy travel at isa pa, di ko na kailangan maghintay ng sub sa dramas or videos or live ng mga tao diba?  ibang post ko na ishashare yung process ko which I think is effective naman sa akin tiyaga lang talaga

NON-DOMINANT HAND- sinimulan ko to kasi naisip ko na gusto ko ng isa pang uncommon skill. So naisipan ko na parang gusto ko magsulat with my left hand. I did some research naman and practice is the key lang talaga tho malabo daw yung chance na magkapareho ng handwriting ng left and right hand, atleast marunong diba like kapag napagod ako with the right kaya ko magsulat with the left. I started writing whole page paragraphs sa isang notebook and nakakatuwa lang kasi nakikita mo yung progress talaga and I’m proud! Kasi nung nagstart ako mga kinder pa yung itsura nung sulat ko and ngayon, mga grade 2 na siguro. Balak ko din i-post yung progress ko so saka na yon

CONSISTENT PRODUCTIVITY  normally kasi tanggap ko talaga na tamad ako sa school works (as a crammer) and more like ngayon ako masipag and bukas hindi na mga once every 2 weeks lang dumadating yug motivation ko and narealize ko na ang bagal ng self growth ko kapag ganon so I’m really trying to reduce that by keeping productivity consistent by constantly doing things by planning a schedule like before ako matulog plan ko yung gagawin ko bukas kasi di naman talaga ako spontaneous na tao pero this quarantine kasi wala naman magawa so parang nasira na yung timetable ko ganon. So nag-aalarm pa din ako everyday kasi lagi akong over slept kapag hindi and parang wala na sira na araw ko ganon. Tho late naman gising ko kasi madaling araw na din naman tulog ko, siguro atleast eight hours of sleep naman sana maachieve ko diba? tas everyday linis ng bahay ng kwarto and evrything, kasi let’s prepare ourselves kasi we will end up having our own house someday and gusto ko lang talaga arranged lahat. So far naman, nakeekeep ko pa yung consistency sana di maputol.

Ayon kung nakaabot ka dito sa dulo, congrats! 1:08 am na and manonood pa ako ng mga dalawang episodes at katatapos ko lang magsulat ng paragraph gamit ang aking left hand tas balak ko pa paltan to ng font kaso hinihintay na ako ng episode 3 hahahhaha,  sana magpatuloy lahat ng ito at hindi ako tamarin! YAASS ROAD TO SELF GROWTH 2020!!(part na din ng road to self growth ang postna ito para I would stay motivated) STAY SAFE SA INYO (kayo na bahala kung sa pandemic or sa gov’t) pero most likely both naman.

Wild to see Kamol actually working and not in the way Kinn “worked” occasionally where he just blew people’s heads off but like... actually making plans and deals and stuff. idc much about the actual work yet though

Linguistics and Pronouns: Kamol uses chan as the I pronoun and coincidentally, absolutebl did a post on it today

He uses chan to refer to himself under most circumstances regardless of power dynamic in terms of subordinates or age or intimacy levels.

This is a formal/business use of the pronoun. It has very little to do with femininity and more to do with status. Almost like he is so powerful and confident in his masculinity that any association with chan that others may have are irrelevant under the context of a corporate or criminal environment. He uses nai as you with all his male counterparts, including his friends, subordinates, and lover.

I didn’t realize he used ‘nai’ as the you pronoun, I’ll keep my ears peeled for it

Day’s letting someone who’s hung up on him come to his home? Here I was thinking the random Day/Itt moments are kinda cute but will this lead to drama?

At least Day has Itt here too, so it won’t be like “oh you met him without my knowledge” drama

I heard some murmurs about Khom/Baiboon and as a lover of big ass age gaps, I’m curious but also, how old is Baiboon exactly? 

lmfaoo the ending with Kim coming down the stairs to meet cherry and the editing of that is hilarious. 

This episode was kinda fun actually

every moment of this is dramatic as hell, the cherry confrontation -> the wild editing of them sleeping together -> the tigers -> Kamol’s anger about the tigers

Parts 3 and 4 are kinda cute though, like them working beside each other. i think i’ll reblog some gifs of them from this episode.

got a lot of Day/Itt with the child nephew Salmon and got a little bit of Kom/Baiboon as well.

“Don’t open the door for anyone” and guess what Kim does 2 seconds later

Overall Thoughts:

I’ve gotten so good at pruning my To Watch list, I pretty much only have stuff I think I’ll genuinely like on there or for a specific purpose (like kBLs I think will be mid but gotta learn korean). This one though I thought could be fun, esp the relationship between Kamol and Kim and it apparently having an actual mafia plot, but yeah all of it was boring/bad. Still, couldn’t make myself mark it as Lost Interest or drop it halfway through, so I’m glad that at least it’s over and it won’t sit around on my MDL To Watch anymore. 

also, saw the Yoon being harassed video, followed by the perpetrator’s angry rant about it, then him apologizing to her and gifting the fruit basket aghhhhh absolutely terrible

Rating: 4/10 (too harsh? I gave stuff that I had to mostly skip through like LBC/Wish You/My Engineer or with little to no redeeming qualities like Ocean Likes Me)
