I've been following your account for a while, I absolutely love your style. it's so unique and different from anything else I've ever seen in the furry fandom!
I recently found an (as far as I can tell) actual airline advertisement which reminded me irresistibly of your style, I figured you probably have a collection of references to draw inspiration from and might appreciate it. Sorry if you've already run across it!
OMG I ADORE THIS! The colors and composition, especially... 馃ぉ thank you 馃ズ and thank you for sharing!!
One of these days, I'll have to scan and share some of the resources i have! :3

On today's issue of "Wacky aircraft that live rent-free in my brain"
The Riout 102T Al茅rion Ornithopter
-Ornithopter (from the Greek ornis: bird and pteron: wing- basically "flapping wing craft")
The Riout 102T was built in France from in 1937 by a French Aeronautical Engineer, R茅ne Riout, and was powered by a 75hp V-twin engine powering all 4 wings, presumably via a crankshaft and clutch system. Control was accomplished by warping of the wings
(side note: the two photographs above are the two fakest looking historical photographs I have ever seen. They throw up *such* mental dissonance, I *love* them)
The full scale prototype was tested in 1938 at the Chalais-Meudon wind tunnel, where it unfortunately suffered a structural failure during a 80mph flapping test
Sadly further testing was precluded by the German invasion the following year.
Happily, the main fuselage of the single prototype is preserved at Mus茅e R茅gional de l鈥橝ir in Algers, France, where it is currently undergoing restoration. A rare happy ending for a deeply unusual flying machine
