Wow, has it really been slightly over a year since I last updated?? Time sure does fly! Thankfully, in taking a break from working on my big finals project, I found the time to procrastinate!

Alton Beckett, the catalyst of MOM who has used his evil powers to convince the world Kotetsu and Barnaby are dating (i mean is it really evil if he's right......)

Alton Beckett is a resident of Stern Bild living in the Brox area who seemed very easy to dismiss the first time Barnaby met him. Despite his ragged looks, he claims to work as the managing director of a well-known theater in the arts district. He's a big fan of HeroTV! Wild Tiger and Barnaby are his faves.... right after Mr. Legend, of course!

His NEXT status is currently unknown.

:') i shall not be sharing my most recent WIP since it's for secret santa, so instead, enjoy the last line from the Rocket Executive Nanu Pokémon fic I've been blankly staring at for a year.

“I'm surprised you're here.” Nanu replied. Sotiris didn't answer. He busied himself with looking around Nanu's empty dorm, pretending to look for something when they both knew there was nothing in there to find.

my buddy @ourlordapollo made a twitter post once upon a time that diantha/geeta should be a ship and you know what!!!! they are incredibly correct!!!! their arguments were very convincing, so i am now part of this cult forever

kind of how like turning point was my headcanons of what happened post-XY/SUMO for augustine and guzma, the currently unnamed dianthageeta wip is supposed to be post-XY+SV but it's about diantha and geeta not like... meeting for the first time (cause theyre both league, so they would know each other) but like. really sitting down to talk to each other for the first time. there's a level of isolation i think they both share.

so far diantha is wallowing in a classy trainer's lounge and geeta just sat down and that's as far as it's gotten :')

Hey-ho it's another of kura's fic dumps!! I know I said once/week but I was trying to piece where this one went (i have not actually been labeling which chapter which dump was from, just remberin) and it turns out this one was the second version of Maelstrom fic chapter 2 I tried that went even WROSE

It often occurred that Saito would get so absorbed in his work that he forgot to eat. You would think that had something to do with the sheer number of suits he needed to tend to these days—Barnaby's, Ryan's, Thomas's, Subaru's, and a few more that Apollon leased to big-name heroes in other cities—but the truth was, even back when the only suits he tended to were the Barnaby and Wild Tiger suits, he could spend all day and all night running tests, preparing reports, and fiddling with every minute detail of the designs and equipment in his endless quest to create the ultimate balance of practicality and aesthetic pleasure.

Having a lot of suits to deal with didn't change the time he spent at work. It just made him even more eager to put aside everything else and pour his soul into them. So naturally, lunch would go uneaten more often than not. That is until Barnaby started dropping by in the afternoons. It was a pleasant surprise the first time, and very kind of him the second time. When it got to the fifth or sixth time it started to grate on Saito's nerves a little bit. He expected the knock when it came that day and hardly glanced over his shoulder when the doors whooshed open.

“Welcome back, Barnaby,” Saito greeted him quietly.

“Hey Saito! I did it again,” Barnaby said as he came over and sat without an invitation. “You'd think I would have learned my lesson by now....” He placed a big brown take-out bag on Saito's desk. “I thought maybe you'd like some? Did you forget your lunch again?”

Saito simply held his hand out, and Barnaby passed him over a lukewarm order of fried rice.

He knew why he came here. He knew why there was always extra food. And he didn't have it in his heart to kick the poor kid out.

“Thanks, Barnaby,” he whispered back. “How's the suit working out?”

Barnaby took his own lunch from the bag and leaned back into his seat, his long legs stretched out comfortably in front of him.

It might look familiar because I ended up rewriting it for the second half of chapter 7, but the vibes were just.... not there???? on this one??? something just wasn't clicking. Like... Barnaby needs something to obsess over because thats just like who he is as a person to me. first it was ouroboros then it was his house plants and you know hes in a downward fucking spiral after kotetsu lost his powers, and you also know he is not going to talk to ANYONE about it even his friends. thats when it was like. wait. what if he forced his way into being an honorary team member of the hero tv broadcast crew. what if he crowned himself agnes's assistant. and i thought that w as really funny.
