Yesterday “Tedy’s Cravings” went back to a familiar place. #DesertDiamondsRestruant This time I had the Shrimp Tempura with Fried Rice, the Blueberry Apple Tea is a must have, I might have to try it hot. I know that it is amazing cold. It is still 💯 pls degrees out so I said cold please. I also had a @lipton Red Fruits Tea, oh and to you good people at Lipton. I love this drink. On a constant lookout for snacks that are free from refined sugar. I found some brown riceflakes and date molases in my pantry ; so I decided to whip up this goody immediately. Presenting to you this brown rice flake snack/treat. _______________ 1 cup Brown #riceflakes and 1/2 cup desicated #coconut toasted in 2 tbsp ghee on a skillet and mixed with 3 tbsp #datemolases with a hint of cardamom powder. The mixture is spread on parchment paper and left to cool.
