I have three businesses and a 17-month-old. Some days, I don’t know how I do it, and then it’s 8pm and I sit down for the first time all day and I can’t even remember what I’ve done because I’ve done so much. I understand what it feels like to run a business and juggle a family. It’s hard. But hard doesn’t mean impossible. My tips… 1️⃣ Be structured with your time. You HAVE to be organised. Meal prep. Use a calendar. Create lists. Time management is key. 2️⃣ Have a strategy. You might be running a business but are you running it with a strategy? It seems counterintuitive because when you’re juggling a lot and you have a lot to do, it makes sense to work more, do more, push more. But it’s better to do the opposite. Take a break.
