FRANCO’S ITALIAN RESTAURANT: Photo One - Rigatone Al Salhone - Penne pasta sautéd with capers, mushrooms, smoked salmon, basil and cream. Photo Two - Veal Marsala. Photo Three - Tiramisu. We had a very large group for this dinner and they fitted us in with no booking which was very generous of them. The staff were outstanding with their service. Super friendly and helpful as we had a few dietary requirements. They were attentive the whole time we were there and I feel it was one of the best restaurants for service that I have visited. They split the bill for us and were very patient with working it all out. Well done to this brilliant restaurant. The food was also outstanding. Flavours were packing a punch and very generous serves. Every person at our table enjoyed their meal. TAILRACE CENTRE: Vanilla Bean panacotta with hazelnut praline. Great refreshing dessert at an awards dinner. Panacotta was really smooth and creamy and had that delightful wobble.
