This #mischievous little guy is a Returnling. Returnlings are a very special kind of Exchangeling Faeries. They don't fly, but instead use their elbow wings to gain stability while running, since they'e extremely fast creatures. Their four arms allow them to carry several things with them. They spend their time stealing stuff from the lairs of other exchangelings, and giving them back to humans. But Returnlings don't put those stuff where they used to be, but in a completely different place. Then, they grab something else and take it to the faeries places. That way, exchangelings get things they didn't take, neither were they interested in, and humans often find things they thought they lost long ago while looking for the things they just lost. Sounds confusing, right? #Feathered Dreamcatchers feed on #dreams. In order to do so, their fingers segregate a yellowish mucus that attracts dreams and make them come to the outside. They push their sticky fingers against the corner of the eye, and that way the dream escapes the dreamer's mind and flies stright into its catching net, and then falls into its mouth. The yellowish mucus left behind is what we later call rheum. So if you wake up with rheum on your eyes and you can't remember your dreams, it might because you were visited by one of these little fellas. These creatures are nocturnal (hence their huge eyes), and move around bedrooms jumping with their powerfull legs. They're also extremely silent, as their #feathers diminish the air resistance while jumping, and their soft toes help them both to land quietly as to step on human faces undetected.
