I need some help...

My loves, I'm studying creative writing and literature at college, I've been given the task to write the same story, but in different narrators, first person and third person. My idea, is writing from the perspective of a trans person. Please, please, please if you could help me, give me some advice or talk to me about your experiences, I would love you if you help me.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful, not trying to make fetish our of this, nothing like that. I just want to be as accurate as possible.

After the failure of her marriage, Elizabeth couldn't help but feel defeated, all her dreams and hopes had been left in the past. He had promised her everything, love, passion, the whole world for them to explore, but of course, it was easier said than done.

They had met when she was only 18 years old, history of Arts was her major, young, naive and foolishly impressed by the presence of a 26 year-old lawyer with a successful looking career, hell, people always talked about he would be the next great thing, and he really was.

She manage to catch his eye at an art exhibition she was working at, a simple and modest baby pink dress embracing her curves along some black heels that made her look even more beautiful, Shawn had come in to look at some of the art, and perhaps buy some of it, but after seeing her he knew there was absolutely nothing in that place that could even remotely compare to how bright the color of her eyes were, nothing more fascinating than the way her lips moved when she talked about the artists regarding the paintings.

Shawn's smooth mouth and god looking face sealed the deal and in a few couple of hours he had her moaning and crying out his name in the back of his flat.

It didn't take much for them to get invested in each other.

And a few months after her 20th birthday, he proposed, she was all over the moon, and going against all of her parents's wishes, they got married, moved in together and later he got her to abandon her art studies claiming that they would be traveling too much for her to be tied to a university and while at first she was opposed to the idea, she quickly gave in, she believed every single thing he said, she loved him.

A couple of years passed by, nothing bad actually, Shawn would wake up every morning and make love to her, they would have breakfast together and at work he would text her little lovely dovey messages until he got to see her again. But as time passed Shawn's career grew, going from a small lawyer on a crappy one meter square office to being the head of a whole company, but his fame and fortune came with a price, always stress, always in a bad mood and while they were trying to not get up at each other's throats, of course they drifted apart. Love was no longer in the equation.

He was taking her for granted, thinking that no matter what, she would be there, supporting him and bring the good little wife she had always been.

But forgetful as always, he failed to remember that she was once a dreamer, a beautiful shining star that couldn't and wouldn't be extinguished, not when she had managed to catch somebody else's eye and heart.

That message kept playing in my mind, over and over, did he really mean it? Did he really miss me?

Part of me wanted to forget everything and just crawl into his arms once again, but another one kept scolding me for having such thoughts.

I had already spent 15 minutes in my car deciding whether meeting him was a good idea or not, my fingers were now bleeding and my lips had small cuts in them. I have to do this.

"Yn..." He was there. His brown hair was longer and a mess, he had darker circles under his eyes and his cheeks were bright red, I couldn't lie, he was gorgeous.

"Hey, Shawn."

After a few seconds of just staring each other, we decided to sit down, I noticed how shaky were his hands, not being able to get a grip of his cup of coffee.

"Shawn..."

"It surprised me when you first called." He said between breaths, his anxiety was getting the best of him, "I thought it would be Tom telling me to fuck off and leave you alone."

"He's not like that."

"Sure, because the interviews he's been doing lately give me proof of that." He was pissed.

"I'm sorry about that, he's a little dramatic."

"Yeah? Well tell him to not go around making dramas about my relationship, could you? My god Yn, he said you were cheating on me with him! On the fucking internet!"

"I know, I know!" I pinched the bridge of my nose, trying to find the right words, fuck Tom.

We stayed silent, I could hear Shawn's leg banging in the floor, he kept looking around and his eye was twitching.

"And well... Is it true?"

"What?"

"Were you and Tom..."

"No! Oh god no, I would never do that to you!"

"Oh 'cause running off to him was so much better!"

"You broke my fucking heart, Shawn!"

"She was just a friend, and you know that now."

"Do I really? I know she dumped you to get married to another guy, but that doesn't prove me anything, look Shawn this is not about Hailey, not entirely, at least."

"Then? Because I can assure I haven't been with anyone since you left me."

"You never made me a part of your world, of your life. I never seemed to fit in with whatever you were doing."

"Oh common..."

"Please just let me finish, the Galas, the parties, premieres, everything, I was never enough for me to accompany you, it was always someone else, because I wasn't famous enough, or pretty enough, or whatever reason you had, then having you come home every day at 4 am in the morning for you to leave again at 8 am, the tours coming unannounced, interviews, everything, I loved you Shawn, that's why I tried, I really did, until I broke." I took a breath, feeling how my heart broke once again, "The day I left, you didn't even try and get me back, no. You just go around throwing a tantrum about how I dare leave YOU, how I dare be with someone else."

"My girlfriend leaves me and three days later you appeared in the cover of a fucking magazine going into a hotel at 4 in the morning with Thomas Fucking Holland, forgive me for not thinking of something else."

I bite my lip, and continued, "He promised to make the pain go away, to make me forget. He said he would make sure you would crawl back into my arms, to make you regret ever letting me go."

"So you spent all of this time making a scene just to get revenge? Oh my god, Yn is like I don't even know you anymore."

"Because you don't, you never did, I loved you Shawn, and maybe I still do, but being with you is like being no one. I'll admit doing this drama, playing along with what people said was a huge mistake, but..."

"Let me see if I got this, you went through such a scandal just so I could feel what you felt? Well, congratulations Yn, you made it, you had me crawl back into your arms, that night, the night I went out and got drunk off my mind I thought I was going to die without you, you had moved on so quickly, so easily and with that bastard! I love you, Yn, and I might deserve all of this, but you took it too far."

"I did."

"Look, I'm going to say this one time and I want an answer, now. Don't think about Thomas, don't think about anything else, just us. If I were to look past all of this, if I act like all of this months didn't happen, would you come back, Yn? Because no matter how much this hurts, not being with you hurts even more than anything. I love you, be mine again."
