i headcanon that caesar has a serious napoleon complex/short man syndrome. he just looks so fucking little on his throne lol. u cant tell me he's some 6'+ beast of incredible physical aptitude like lanius or even joshua graham is/was.

he's just like 5'4" and probably gets out of breath if he throws too many punches with his displacer glove.
