The Athletic article from a month or so ago about Bailey’s background and adopted father is brilliant, honestly he deserves so much success, what a fighter. He’s fast become an all time Villa fave, I can’t look away when he has the ball.

All players on my watchlist, not surprised we barely did anything today. There’s a reason I’d raid the Villa cabinet and leave it bare. The speed, skill, and athleticism in this team is better than they’ve shown recently. I think Emery will get more from them for sure. Disappointing loss but I love watching my players perform, I’ll take it. 🧐
