IM BACK
Hey guys, sorry I’ve been off for a while. It’s been pretty bad couple of weeks, but I’m back! I’ll also be posting more on my Snapchat “lessfood” as well! I’m going to attempt to do a fast today because I am sick and will not be going to the gym so I don’t need a ton of energy. I’m taking vitamins in hope to combat whatever the hell I have so hopefully that will go away soon and I can get back to working out. If anyone has any good diets that they have tried let me know because I need it!!

Aujourd'hui je suis allée à la caféteria. J'avais faim alors je voulais me prendre un petit yogourt avec des fruits. Quand je suis arrivée à la caisse, j'ai dis à la caissière que j'avais oublié mon porte-feuille et je suis partie, sans mon yogourt. J'ai dis non. J'ai penser à tout le poids que je prenais chaque fois qe je mangeais quelque chose. Et j'ai dis non. J'ai réussis une journée de plus à ne pas déjeuner. À sauter des repas. J'espère que ça paraîtra à la fin de la semaine👍🏻
