I am constantly thinking about how the server takes everything out on Jimmy. He’s always the brunt of the joke, the last person someone wants to be tied to. Think about double life! How pretty much every single person other than Tango desperately hoped they wouldn’t be tied to Jimmy.

But Jimmy, he just lets it happen. He takes the punches and rolls with them, hell sometimes he even jokes back. The thing is that he internalises it, and no one notices because he puts on a smile and pretends. He feels all of it, and it ends up effecting him more than it seems to.

Jimmy loses confidence and that’s part of the reason why he’s out first most of the time. With that waning confidence comes the drive to survive and he lets it take him over. He tries anything and everything, he gets reckless. Self doubt is deadly.

Jimmy won’t tell people when he’s hurting because he feels that he’s the perfect punching bag. No one tells him otherwise.

Summary:

The Nether and The Overworld rarely interact. All known portals connecting to the two were inactive and had faded from the populous' memory. Even though there have been tales of such a thing, most don’t seek out cross-dimensional travel so the portals that remained were left broken and unlit. There was a reason for that sort of thing; The Nether was a cruel and unkind place.

While Jimmy, Joel, and Grian were hanging out together, they found a ruined portal. They had the amazing idea of fixing it up, lighting it, and seeing what happened despite having no knowledge about what could be on the other side. Jimmy went through the portal, a ghast destroyed the portal's frame, and he was stranded in a place unfamiliar and strange. All hope seemed lost until a certain Nether resident offered his assistance in getting Jimmy home.

I finally got around to getting to the end of Joel’s Limited life pov- I LOVE THESE THREE! they have my heart

Couldn’t really get it across that Jimmy and Grian are sitting while Joel’s kinda standing/ leaning. Don’t worry, Joel would NEVER be the tallest.

constantly going feral over prophet jimmy. jim with screaming nightmares the week before a life game, knowing how everyone is going to die and knowing he can't prevent it. waking up in a cold sweat every night towards the end of esmp 1, the rapture plaguing his dreams. just... seer jimmy.

Joel: What’s up?

Jimmy: Is this the…is this the closest we’re ever gonna get to making out?

Joel: *kiss*

Grian: Why did you do that? Why did you say that?

Scar: Alright, I’ll be on my way.

Jimmy: What?

Grian: Why would you- Why did you say-

Before Grian left with the Watchers, he didn’t tell anyone on Evo except for Jimmy because he had to tell his brother. Jimmy begs for him to stay with him and Pearl, tells him that they can have a happy life here on Evo, but Grian just shakes his head.

And in the middle of the night, he quietly sneaks away in the pouring rain to pay his debt to the Watchers. Jimmy and the rest of the server wake up the next morning to find Grian missing, and now Jimmy holds a heavy guilt because he thinks he didn’t do enough to stop Grian.

But in reality, Grian had no choice because it was either going to be him to go missing or Jimmy, and Grian couldn’t let Jimmy get hurt. He had to do what he could to save his brother

When they get reunited in the Life Games, Jimmy is so relieved to see Grian again, to see him alive, only to have Grian watch as he dies first, over and over again, forever trapped in these death games, forever paying the price for Grian’s attempt to get back to his family.

And now Grian will never be able to let go of the guilt of realizing that his sacrifice really meant nothing, and all he did was sneak away in the middle of the night, leaving his brother alone in the wreckage of his poor decisions.
