It's so damn hard to puppeteer a character's right hand and have it actually blend convincingly into the rest of the character performance
#I've been told that i am good at it#being a principle performer is a complicated enough arrangement as it is#but doing assistant work is this entire other set of skills even#its the sort of thing where when it's being done well you don't notice it#like puppeteerting is very much about getting this inanimate object to emote and feel alive#but its also a lot of the time about being able to coordinate as a team into this unified being#like improvising a song with 2-8 people#wait i think it's principal. pretend i used the right one earlier
