Literally no other way I could describe it right now.

i feel shy talking here when i dont have anything worth sharing but i cant help feeling like ive said things in the tags that could be brought up in court

#im joking #i think i just get embarrassed saying smth that most ppl can see out in the open. its like when prey animals are grazing in a pasture #and then they hear a twig snap yk. im like that. but talking in the tags is more comfortable because it just feels more.. hidden?? quiet???#its kind of like how i prefer responding thru asks than DMs.. idk if it has something to do with space or less pressure #i also use these as an excuse to ramble a little abt recent events so. ive worked a little bit on shuffle and prestos backstories ^_^#i was thinking abt giving them a shared past where they knew each other as kids and forgot but i also though hmm.. idk if it would drive th #story i want bc i think itd be better if they bonded over similar experiences instead of the fact that they knew each other before. i get #that reconnecting and reconciling your idea of someone now and then is a good concept but id have to think abt it.. i dont want it to feel #like they owe each other to be friends again just bc they were as kids. ive experienced that a lot and all it did was make me feel guilty #so i think id want to write it as u can be friends with someone who had similar experiences and make u wish you knew each other then #i also know theyd hate each other but idk HOW. i suck at writing conflict so idk if theyd try to make each other eat glass and why #idk if itll ever come up but id also like to see if theres a way i could rationalize why they have animal ears.. normally i say aliens #but ive had an idea for a species and background for that too. although its very abstract and it probably has a lot of holes #smth abt peoples souls attaching themselves to smth they identify with.. although i dont know to what extent like if it can #be called a sona or if it can even be smth mythical like a unicorn or god itself.. its very weird rn #yapping #oc talk

officially deciding to sell my switch bc i literally only evr play acnh on it anymore, and i BARELY play that cuz it's just so boring to me... still got a lil emotional while i was running around my island filming it in those stupid 30 sec chunks bc i just wanted to remember it. i put sm work into that goddamn island.

#i debated hacking my switch since it's unpatched so i could snag the save data but honestly idc.... that's the saddest thing lol #i dont have too big of an emotional connection to my island bc of how barebones villager interaction is yk?#however i'm already getting attached to some of my wild world villagers lol.#plus i just hacked all my nh villagers into my nl town and im good 2 go :D #but in ww i'm 100% sticking to just letting ppl move out as they please bc it feels correct for that game #mostly anyway. theres a few i'm def gonna try to keep around #ANYWAYS! I'm mostly emotional over how much work that island took lmfao #also that game releasing in 2020...and ive had the same island since day 1. so many life changes packed into it ykwim #oh well. unpatched switches r cheaper than i expected so like when im working again i'll probably pick one up #but atm it's just not worth it #esp since i can emulate on my pc lmfaooo #txt

Lrb its so funny to me to see people who clearly have never been exposed to like on the ground real people catholic practices (like grandma’s prayer altar type shit) (which is fine btw) act like that type of shit is soooo crazy and mindblowing like wow church is boring but we the ao3 users are sooo good at making a story out of anything potterheads grab your wands whatever. As if the whole point of catholicism like the actual texture of it, Isnt the appeal that jesus mary joseph the apostles the saints etcetc were human and suffered and rejoiced in banal human ways despite the worldaltering supernatural high stakes drama happening around them.* like you guys this is pretty famously what catholicism is about. There’s many poems and songs and statues and paintings and prayers saying it out loud with barely any metaphor

#im going to have to do so much research an it cus its a mixed blend of fibres.#my mom?? might know something?? she has weird niche knowledge like tjat esp ab fibres #im a lil worried cus its like. 6% wool and im fairly sensitive to it. not an allergy at least but def sensitive to wool :P #makes me sad cus theres this really pretty and super soft hand dyed wool my mom gets for skully shawls and other porjects but #i break out with even that :(( i love briar rose wool sm yet i cannot touch </3 #back on topic i also don't know how im gonna do his symbol. i was thinking just going down the fabric marker route like I usually do but.#hm #I want it too look good yk im not aiming for perfect but i want to be happy with it and hopefully not make it look sloppy yk #gah. so many think thoughts brewing #i just bought the eva foam tho :DD #just gotta get the tennis rackets so i know how big to make the blades (figure destorying a tennis racket would be best for the handle)#using a wooden dowel was my first thought #but if i do it right i can use the frame of the racket to my advantage and not stress ab how im attaching the blade to the handle #and have a potential weaknpoint #were having the thoughts boys

woag the skin is peeling from my fingers a bit. power of playing the guitar for like 5 minutes every few hours

#im tryna build my calluses bc thats the biggest roadblock to me doing anything with it #and we've had this guitar for sooo long and she's so cute that someone oughta learn how to play her yknow #plus i wanna make music and guitar nice and accessible and portable and we already have one so like. why not yk #plus holding a folk instrument feels like hugging something small and precious. but i don't have a banjo so this'll have to do #and shes special in her own way #like i think im a drums girlie in my heart of hearts (<- does not have a drum kit but yearns) but guitar cool and good #and im already emotionally attached to this one so yk. keep on keepin on #ive got a good friend who brings a guitar or banjo around places a lot. used to bring em to school and everything #they played as a stim and tbh i get it soooo much it's so nice. but hes also pursuing music so it's a bit different than me just like #plucking random shit. but it doesn't have to be the same. and I'll get better #anyway. glad theres some sign of progress yk
