I 100% believe that Viserys would be one of those parents who says "I don't care about any children, don't count on me to take care of this baby" until Aemond/Aegon's child's born. After that he's the stereotype of a happy grandpa carrying the child in his arms, talking to the baby, buying "grandpa's lilprincess/prince" t-shirts for the baby, coddling the shit out of the kid as Aegon, Aemond and even Helaena and Alicent watch from a corner like "😮🧐🤨"

I get it why you find it so cute but I totally don't see that :( I can see him being totally in love with Rhaenyra's children but not really Aemond's or Aegon's.

also, I find it even more hurtful (sorry, it's a bit personal to me) if Viserys was all of sudden lovey-dovey with Aemond's/Aegon's children. because as much as the boys would probably be shocked and kinda happy, too, it would open up the old wounds. "why couldn't he love me the same way when I was a child...?"

but... I can picture Otto being indifferent and once his great-grandbaby is born, he would buy some crazy stuff for the kiddo, especially if it's a girl 🤣
