i love when dreams have titles. like when you somehow just know in the dream that this sequence of events is called this. sometimes it’s the name of a piece of media in the dream or sometimes it’s the name of the dream itself. i can think of two dreams i’ve had with titles: “the last sound she did make”, and “life forever as it is right now” (which was a musical).

Hey Tumblr you should watch Mulchtown. I feel like this is the weird esoteric macabre media website from time to time and I think we should talk about the AS short film Mulchtown. Its a set of semi connected vignettes that vaguely have a story of some sort. I really don't know how to describe it. Its 11 minutes of "what the hell?"
CW for off screen but clearly implied violence/brutality against animals. It wasn't very shocking/upsetting to me but I know everyone is different so if you're sensitive to that maybe sit this one out.

Oh yeah I got around to watching some of wham city’s horror stuff like the children of the mirror and the unedited footage of a bear and just damn the execution of the themes are great like I feel like they chose the best ways to deliver their ideas like of course a story about a cult would be shown in a series of video lessons meant to be passed on to potential members to absorb his teachings or the informercial in unedited footage is presented for an allergy prescription when it’s actually a antidepressant medication that the mom is taking addiction of and I think doing that is like her undermining her depression idk I’m tired but ye interesting ass stuff
yeah yeah yeah i love the mirror its my favourite series theyve done i just like how robby (the guy who plays curtis he was the writer on the mirror) executes his stuff his strength is really going on unhinged rants lol lots of his solo videos and parts in other projects are like that (he was the dad in thhpii as well) i just like their horror stuff because its kind of like. the sort of david lynch kind of feel where its unsettling at first but if you watch it again it becomes sort of funny but that makes the horror aspects more noticeable
