Forgive me if this is an odd question, but are cats able to perceive rainbows? If they can are they seen as some type of spirit or being of some sort, or just something created by Suriin maybe since she’s responsible for weather. Or even Rohkar since he’s the heavens.

They could see rainbows, but they're only really active during the night, so the odds of seeing one are low. I think they'd probably have some mythology around it if it was a regular sight, but since it's a daytime thing, they don't witness one enough to have a strong belief or opinion on rainbows.
