You know guys sometimes people are just smart right
#Luna rambles#seeing every single ‘smart’ character being assigned autistic is starting to grate on me#like I get it’s not the same as the old sitcoms where it’s all point and laugh#but guys you do know that going ‘haha they study science or math they’re obviously autistic’ is just. it’s kind of shallow at best#I say this as someone autistic btw#and I love seeing more autistic characters and ADHD characters#but it’s like seeing characters being reduced to ‘the mum friend’ or ‘the one with the brain cell’ or ‘the sunshine boy’#it’s cute at first#but then you start to see the pattern and it gets old fast#look Evelyn maybe that mad scientist ISNT autistic. maybe he’s just got something wrong with his brain in a neutrotyoical way#anyway I don’t have a big following so people won’t see this#and normally I stay away from fandom drama#don’t know why this specifically pissed off enough that my usual method of writing and rewriting the post didn’t solve my rage#meh
