Season 3 of Lord Johnlander starts 21 June 2023.

New episodes dropping the Wednesday following each Outlander season 7a episode release.

Yeah we know. Season 3 covers season 7. It's... look, it's not our fault. We're confused too, but we're rolling with it.

Okay friends, I had an idea about this fic and I'm wondering if it already exists or if I need to write it. I was thinking about Jamie at Ardsmuir, and how desperate he was for someone to touch him, to love him (he and Claire discuss this, I think in ABOSAA). He rejected John because he was afraid - because of Black Jack and because he thought it was wrong, and also probably because he was afraid of putting too much distance between him and the men he felt obligated to protect - we already KNOW that he was conflicted about spending time with John. But surely part of him would have loved to accept John's offer. There must have been internal conflict. So I want to get inside his head about it, I want to know what he was thinking, and I don't even care if the story ends with him accepting or rejecting John like he does in canon. I just want to see what it feels like in his head.

@ Outlander friends I highly recommend listening to @lordjohnlander ‘s latest podcast episode where they go into deep criticism of the last episodes of season 1, and the lack of trigger warnings, the unnecessary detail the show writers went into the SA (esp because it is not at all that detailed in the books), the better ways to discuss Jamie’s character and his trauma, and the real world implications of having such a traumatizing scene shown on television. Imo they really opened up a discussion about it that usually isn’t talked abt in the fandom and I rrly appreciate that. It shouldn’t be seeing as bad to criticize a piece of media your really like!! Props to them❤️

First ship: Uhhhhhh ..... Buffy/Angel. I think. Destiel was my first non-canon ship and believe me when I say you do NOT want your ships becoming canon.

Fave colour: Purple. Although I’ve been vibing with teal lately, but still purple.

Last movie in the theater: Thor: Love and Thunder. Y’ALL. Make sure you have your bi panic before you see that one. Or it WILL be triggered. Also King Valkyrie, my beloved, please marry me.

Currently watching: HA Beth you’re funny. You know I’m not watching anything until we pick up with season 3 of @lordjohnlander 😂 Unless another season of Interview comes out before then. Or I actually finish The Mayfair Witches...
