Love x Tangmo - 7. To shut them up.

Dating P’Tangmo was like an every day adventure, even when they faced bad things like people who are against gay relationships and remembered Tangmo coming out on the TV during the Great Men Tournament a couple years prior. Love had long since given up on the idea of getting his female body back, having grown used to being a boy.

Another good thing was how Love learned something new about P’Tangmo with each passing them. Today he had learned how Tangmo had a tendency to blab when he was really nervous about something. 

Love knew that their two years anniversary would be in the following day and that P’Tangmo was planning something for it, but as he tried to ask Love to meet with him somewhere in town, he also stumbled over his own feet with trying to come up with reasons to explain himself without giving away the surprise. It was cute, but if he didn’t stop talking soon, Love was afraid he would run out of breath and faint.

“P’Tangmo,” he tried, placing a hand on the side of Tangmo’s shoulder, trying to draw his attention, but instead of snapping out of the blabbing, P’Tangmo only looked at Love and kept talking, even faster now, his face reddening as he kept at it.

Seeing no other solution, Love kissed him, gently moving his face to cup the side of Tangmo’s own, their lips softly brushing together as he smiled. The gesture, he hoped, would be comforting.

“I will go with you to city tomorrow.”

Love chuckled when he saw P’Tangmo narrowing his eyes at him, but he stopped babbling, so that was something.
