I know struggling is a part of recovery. Recovery isn't a straight line, it's a roller coaster with so many twists. It's been five years of ups and downs with panic disease and epilepsy but I'm feeling stronger than in the beginning. I stayed a long period of time without taking medicines but some months ago I needed to start again. At first I felt weak, but you need to stay strong, be fierce, be patient, and believe in yourself.

I've been passing through difficult days but soon it will be better. Shiner days will come to me and you all. Just keep swimming
