At the Mahers

Lukas wants to ask something to his father but he is hesitant. His father has been in a bad mood and the relationship between him and his father isn't the best.

Howard is in his study, buzy thinking about his future. Will he end up in jail for what he has done? What will the people say about it? What will the church do? How will his business survive?

Lukas finaly brings up the courage

Lukas: Dad?

Howard: What Lukas?

Lukas: Can I have some friends over tonight? Malcolm Landgra...

Howard: NO! Get out!

And Lukas is of to his room, hiding. Hoping for a day he will be old enough with enough money to move out.

Timothy & Lydia

It's the weddingday of Timothy Barrow and Lydia Maher. These two are a real couple in love and are truely a great match for eachother. This one will be a happy marriage.

The Maher family, front to back, left to right: Christine, Howard, Lydia, Timothy, David, Lukas, Anna, Rebecca, Thirza, James, Rafael. Rebecca and Thirza where flower girls. Howard is a bit emotional because his daughter is now married. Christine loves seeing her daughter this happy but will miss her terible. And the workload will be divided over the little girls, Anna, Rebecca and Thirza.

The Barrow family: Harvey&Sienna are left to the bride and groom. Their eldest, Ethan, is on the rigth on the bride&groom. His wife is expecting their fourth. They have three little girls, Robyn, Eleonore and Caroline. Second child is Hannah, she is standing left to Harvey&Sienna. She is married with Solomon Eaten and they have son Sebastian and daughter Sienna. Third is Timothy, the groom. Fourth is Leah, she is standing at the very right, next to her number fourth, Rachel. Youngest is Joanna in the front totally on the left.

Harvey and Sienna feel very blessed with their growing family. It's been a while since they had a baby themselfs but they are enjoying the part of life called grandparenting.

The of the bridesmaids, Jade Clarkson (nee Rogers) and Cassandra Clarkson (nee Goth). Jade just had her first baby and Cassandra is expecting her first. Lydia is the youngest of these three and loves to be finaly in the same 'season of life' as her friends. She hopes that she will have a baby too soon.

Maher #5

We are very happy to announce we are expecting our fifth baby. The childeren are very excited to become big brothers and sisters again. Anna still has to learn a bit about being a big sister, we gave her a doll to practice so we are sure that she will be a great big sister once the baby is born. Lydia will be the perfect big sister, she has had enough practice as our eldest.

Churchims bulletin

Year 15, edition 1

The first service is held. All our members joined us for the church service in the basement of the Maher family. We are very thankful for their generosity.

Pastor Leppert held his service about genesis 1. The beginning of God's world, just like this is our beginning.

The Maher family

Solomon found a family with money. The Maher family are loaded with money and they just moved to the city.

The Maher family consist out of father Howerd, mom Christine, and the childeren Lydia, David, Lukas and Anna. The live in this huge home with two bedrooms downstairs and another four upstairs. Howard has his own study to work from at home. He is a succesful businessowner. He is very dominant and rules his family with an iron fist. Christine doesn't know anything else and excepts everything quietly.

Howerd and Christine have been married for 12 years. Their eldest came a little over two years later. They have had quite a few gaps between the childeren because birth control was used. While Howerd works hard for his own company Christine runs the family. She is sweet and tenderhearted for her childeren. She does have a secret hobby, writing stories for her childeren. She reads them to her childeren before bed. Howard doesn't know about it.

Lydia is 10 years old and therefor the eldest. She is the spitting image of her mom, both on the outside as on the inside. She helps her mom around the house as much as she needs to.

David is 8 years old and the oldest son. He is the favourit of his father but still so much a child that his father doesn't look to him much. David looks like his father a lot and rules over his brother and sisters. They can't stand it and avoid him as much as possible.

Lukas is 4 years old and very sensitive. His father is sometimes very annoyed with his behavior but he always finds a sholder to cry on with his mother. He loves his big sister Lydia.

Anna is 1 year old and a handful. She knows what she wants and how to get it. She drives Lydia crazy whenever Lydia tries to sistermom Anna.

At the Mahers

Lukas Maher had a fight with his dad....

Dear diary,

My mom had another baby, a boy this time. My dad is thrilled with another son. My mom had three girls between me and my baby brother. Because of the baby my dad has to do a lot more for us, childeren, then normally. I'm always scared for this moment when my mom announces another pregnancy to us. I don't like it when my father has to take care of us.

This time I wanted to talk about something. I went of to his study where he was working and sat down. He looked up from his screen, already with frowns on his face. I was scared but still wanted to say what I came to say.

While I told him what was bottering me he was still typing. He didn't really have attention for me, as always. Work comes before me.

When he found out what I wanted he started yelling at me for making him pauze with working for that. But he didn't even stop working to listen. While he yelled, my baby sister, Thirza, came in the room. She was so scared that she ran to my sister Lydia as fast as she could.

But Thirza is can't run very good yet, so she fall and cried even harder then before. I went upstairs, cralled in a corner and hoped my father wouldn't come after me.

We are very happy to announce that we are expeciting another baby to join our growing family. Christine is feeling sick from time to time but we are thankful for Lydia helping out with the little ones.

At the Maher's family

Christine just gave birth to baby Rebecca. She can't take care of all the childeren like she usually does. Howard has to do some parenting. Lukas, 6 years old, came home a little bit to late for his fathers taste.

Howard: Where have you been?

Lukas: I was just playing with friends. You know, Alexander Goth and Titus Leppert.

Howard: You are late! You should have been earlier. No diner for you!

Lukas has tears in his eyes and snifs a bit

Lukas: I know dad, I'm sorry.

Howard: Man up! Lukas! You are not a baby! Go to your room!

Lukas' tears run down his cheeks

Lukas: Yes, dad

Lukas runs upstairs

Howard: And don't come down until I say so!
