Seana's 2023 art highlights
(surprisingly, not a reupload this time!)
January: i drew nothing! we're off to a great start.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
February: i drew something! i love Champ even if i haven't drawn anything tf2 related since April. i think it was this piece where i decided to give Champ RED coloring. [link]
Tumblr media
also, this is the month i made my second Moldy plush.... i wasn't very happy with this one, though. [link]
Tumblr media
March: uhhhh. more of my tf2 ocs but i think those aren't that interesting. just go to my tf2 oc blog @brokenbrainstormbulb if you wanna see them honestly, i have an image limit to keep ffs. that said, this was around the time i got into TC2, so i drew a lot of that kind of stuff... i'm never drawing stuff for it ever again, sorry. [link]
Tumblr media
April: look at the cool thing i drew for a fellow tf2 robot fan! now, this is the point in time where i start drawing more because of a certain interest, so look forward to all the art that'll come up here.....
May: wow, this really was my first public piece of Papa Louie art, huh. i was so proud of it when i showed it off on tumblr the first time... i don't like it as much anymore. for one, the office wall color is wrong.... i still can't believe Papa Louie was what got me out of art block, but god, i'm glad it did. i don't think i've drawn this much before, and even though the community's tiny, i'm glad to give back as much as i can. anyways, i said something like "it's so funny that people think they're either super married or divorced as hell" on the same post. i still think that, and it's defos funny as hell, but i've grown a kind of appreciation towards the ship as well. like yeah, you go girls, we love that extra slow burn with so many road bumps on the way! [link]
Tumblr media
June: how the hell did i pump this out. this was also like a few days before i had to leave for the airport too... i don't know myself sometimes. i swear i still love Boigashipping! i just... i'm just busy with other ships okkkk [link]
Tumblr media
July: i didn't draw anything...? i was in Bali. and i was busy selling adopt designs to draw anything substantial, oopsie! actually, i DID draw the first part of WDB... it's uh, still the only part. i'm sorry!!!! i'm sorry!!!! i swear i have the whole thing outlined!!! can you just give me anons about the story instead so you won't have to wonder what comes next!! [link]
Tumblr media
August: TOSI fixation. it had not gone past it's conceptual stage, i must note. i do wish i would do something about it though. [link]
Tumblr media
September: the art trade i did with my friend! actually, i was a few weeks late with my part, so it was supposed to be finished by August. oops. i like the textures tbh. my Chuseok drawings.... i need to draw more characters in hanbok, hee hee. [link]
Tumblr media
October: (breaths in) ...this is the month i finally gave into the JoGotcha wantings. LOOK. ever since someone put the idea into my brain i couldn't get enough of it, and like,, nobody draws the ship anymore so i had to take matters into my own hands. this is the first ship i'm this obsessed with. i usually leave ship stuff to other people but this time that wasn't enough and i... i had to do SOMETHING, y'know? [link]
Tumblr media
Cringetober? who's that? haha;; i stopped feeling like doing the whole list after less than a week. impressive.
November: oh look, Plushy Power League. Quinn didn't win, but i do like the thing i drew as propaganda, so whateves. the first Papa Louie character i ever drew (minus Chuck and Taylor)... did i change how i draw her? uhh. maybe? i'm not too sure. [link]
Tumblr media
also look! the keychain drawing... i need to talk about my Gods and Monsters au again at some point. actually, since i last uploaded the image of my keychain, i revised it tons... it's kinda different now, and i defos think it looks better. this is actually the time i finally fixed the stupid display setting thing that was really messing up my coloring! [link 1] [link 2]
Tumblr media
December: ...oops! tablet broke. and i got my 3ds back so i just didn't draw that much even after exams were over. didn't stop me from drawing though, and in fact i think i made something pretty neat with my christmas art.... even if it did come one day late. [link]
Tumblr media
wow. that's a whole year of stuff... and that's defos a lot! i think i'm really happy with what i drew this year.... i don't know what was in my water the last few years but my art highlights felt really.... miserable? for some reason. i mean, yeah, i didn't do a lot of what i had planned (GOE ANIMATIC IM SORRY) but i can see that i've done just as much with my hands anyways, so like, who cares? plus, i always have next year... that's coming in 3 hours, oh god- so, maybe i won't be too hard on myself for not fulfilling my goals... like, i kinda glossed over it, but i did sell my designs for money, and that's like, really impressive! so many people around me buy and sell their art stuff already, so i guess i didn't really register it as something to be proud of... but doing that shit (making, and marketing) is hard!! so like, it's a wow moment for me!
anyways, i'm tired, i only came back home a few hours ago, and i need to get up again for church in a few hours.... mrphgdjd. lets stop being sentimental, and i'll see you people next year. that's a long way off! hope you don't miss me.

2023 recap!
Can't belive the year is over! Time to look back cause I sure don't remember half the stuff I've done
January
Birb got 10 notes and I couldn't believe how much people loved him.
I tried a crochet kit and was defeated. In my defense I have to say it was right after an exam and it was really cold.
I got a watercolor set and rediscovered my love for watercolor
February
Discovered Funguary, and made 4 charactes. It's a really fun challenge that I'm surely going to participate again.
I made quite a few watercolor pieces, I still like them all a lot
March
Don't know how, but I finished the 100 head challenge. There are some awful monstruosities, but I learned a lot. I'll probably do it again in the future, it's a pretty nice exercise.
I finally made a sona! And this one has stuck! I love my lil shadow creature.
April
Made what is probably the watercolor piece I love the most. And one the pieces I like the most overall.
I got FlipaClip and had a lot fun making some little animations. Someone even used one of the lil gifs! That made me pretty happy
I personalized a little notebook to carry around, and it was the best desition of my life. I love that thing. And it's amazing that I don't have to search for the pen, it's all together!
May
The coin pouch is also one of the best things I've made. The strings are a bit long and the embroidery is a bit loose, I'll fix those on the next one I make (looking at you, squid pouch)
The anual redraw of Coral and Sebastian couldn't be missing. The poor Sebastian finally got his (I hope) final design. I was in love with how it looks, but looking it now... What hapened to their faces?
Decided to redraw some old drawings I had on Ibis. The progress I've made since I drew the originals.
Mermay, of course! Somehow they turned into oficial ocs. I love the stupid trio.
June
Aaaaaaahhhhh!!!! It's almost July and I haven't updated my ArtFight references! "Chibi" versions it is. At least now a lot of them have colored full body references.
Painted a box! It's now buried under too many trinkets I have to clean up, but I still love how pretty it looks!
Started a new sketchbook and painted the cover. I love the mushroom lantern.
Made this year's Artfight gif, banner and artfighters. The silly gif brings me a smile every time I see it.
July
ArtFight! 42 attacks and 21 defenses. I have no idea how I managed to make so many. I did get burned out on the second half of the month tho. I absolutely love every single art I received, but this one with Coral and Sebastian has a special place.
What do you do when you are burned out? You make a new style, of course! I love the simple style that came out of that. Feels weird to see that is fairly recent, I feel like I've been using it for ages. It has evolved a bit since, those thin lines in the eyes look weird now.
August
Nuclear Waste was born. And people went crazy. The silly boy loves and appreciates all the affection you've showered him!
Smaugust is a thing? Dragons! I still need so much prectice with them and animals in general.
I made a comic! I love it, it's so silly. I had a great time with it.
September
Pirate shirt! It fits a bit weird, but I think I can fix it. It took soooo long to hand sew it
I got a drawing tablet! Took me a couple of weeks to get used to, but it was worth it. I love using it.
To practice I made every single prompt of CuteGirltober. The only reason I was able to finish is that most of them were left as sketches. Should have learned from ArtFight, I can't draw every day, that's too much.
November
I made a font! It works really well, and it's so fun to type something and see it look like you handwrote it.
Got to write a bit too. I need to do that more.
I also worked on some proyects I've been wanting to do but haven't touched in a long while.
Including bookbinding a little notebook! I filled it with headshots of my ocs.
December
ArticFight prompts and a secret santa were mostly the reasons I drew. I love this one with Alex and Layla.
I also made some free adoptables. There might be some left when this is posted.
And we are done with the year!
That was so much! Thank you everyone, hope you had a good year and an even better 2024!

About Cool Cat Cafe in Lahaina, Maui
Cool Cat Cafe has been voted Best Burger on Maui 13 years in a row! The retro, 1950s diner-style cafe is known for its burgers, pulled pork, fish tacos & people-watching. This airy eatery is located on the 2nd floor looking out over the Banyan Tree. Cool Cat Cafe uses a trademark blend of seasonings and spices in their belt-loosening selection of burgers and the bar is a colorful collection of boat crew who are cheerily drinking away their tips. For a Hawaiian-themed burger, spring for the “Don Ho” which is covered in a tasty teriyaki and pineapple. For a burger with avocado, the “Luna” features bacon, avocado, and melted Jack cheese, or test your taste buds with a spicy “La Bamba” where the burger is topped with chili, cheddar, and sweet Maui onions. Happy Hour at Cool Cat Cafe is 3pm-6pm daily featuring discounted beers, cocktails, and appetizers.
According to these Cool Cat Cafe Maui patrons
“We were there for happy hour and had the sliders, Mai Tais, the burger of the month which was called Merry Cheese I believe, chicken strips, and grilled cheese sandwich. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. The food was good and happy hour definitely helps. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for their burger fix.” Robert F., February 2023 “Love thus place. Great dinner, but I need to come back fir Happy hour to try fried avacoda wedges.” Rob M., January 2023 “Visited tonight and had a great experience. Arrived around 545pm which was perfect because we were able to get happy hour drinks and food in before the 6pm deadline. The music said it would start at 730 but the guy was set up and jamming by 630 with great island music. Alanna was our server and she was excellent. We got the 2 for $10 sliders, twice, so 4 sliders total which allowed us to try one of each. All were excellent. Would also recommend the “frings” half fries half onion rings, but I will say if you need to pick the onion rings were spectacular. Drinks were spot on as well! Check it out if you’re in Maui looking for a $50 dinner with drinks!” Gabriel M., December 2022 “A bit of a funky place in a good way. A bit noisy during happy hour but the burgers, shakes and the 1950s/1960s diner theme made up for it. Well priced by Lahaina standards, I would definitely go back to Cool Cat Cafe.” Philippe G., September 2023

From horny twitter: Hermann writes a very very detailed review of a vibrator online
not sfw below cut!!!!!!!!!!!
----------------------------
Now, usually, Newt doesn’t mess around when he’s on the clock, because that’d be very unprofessional of him and that’s totally not who he is, but he’s in a little bit of a rut with his current project and could use the distraction. Online shopping is his favorite go-to distraction these days: he can lose himself in size charts and color options and hunts for coupon codes and forget, even for a few minutes, that the end of the world is accelerating towards them at an intimidating rate. Plus, he can write off half his shit as work-related expenses. Win-win. Though maybe not this particular search.
Newt has a pretty reliable arsenal of sex toys he’s used on rotation since he packed up and shipped across the world for the PPDC, but the ten-year warranty vibe he’s used since PhD #3 (and his favorite of the bunch) finally crapped out on him last week after a historically intense fight with Hermann got him historically wound up. Eleven years ain’t bad. After testing out a different charger, poking around in the wiring, and even going so far as to zap it a few times with some sorta-stolen drift tech to see if it stirred any life back into it, he finally decided it was time to just mourn, move on, and buy a new one. (Even if, unfortunately, his particular favorite model was discontinued when the company’s factory was destroyed in a kaiju attack and they never quite managed to recover. More casualties of the war.)
The sex toy market is truthfully booming during the apocalypse. It makes sense, Newt guesses—anything for a distraction. Personally, for Newt, orgasms tend to dampen his own existential dread, even if it’s just for a few minutes. He scrolls idly through a few Top Ten For 2023 listicles on various sex magazine websites to see if anything jumps out at him (some of the recommended toys are dildos he already has, and vibes that are a little beyond his k-sci paycheck), just hoping for something to jump out at him. Apparently he missed out on a limited-edition run of jaeger and kaiju-themed vibes and dildos that came out in early January, which he’s honestly a little pissed about—he’s the top expert on kaiju biology, god damn it! Didn’t anyone want to consult with him about their hypothetical junk? Accuracy matters.
“It’s all off,” Newt mutters grumpily as he examines a 360 view of one of the kaiju dildos. Trespasser. “It’s not even the right color. Fucking amateurs. Did they even try?”
“What are you doing?” Hermann says.
Newt slams his laptop shut. Hermann decided to cut his lunch break short today, apparently. “Shopping,” he says.
“You sounded awfully angry about something, is all,” Hermann says. He clacks over to his half of the lab and shrugs off his big parka, then pauses. “Do you need to...talk about it?”
“No,” Newt says.
Hermann breathes out in obvious relief. “Good,” he says.
He takes his usual spot at his chalkboard and resumes his calculating. Newt re-opens his laptop and scrolls away from Trespasser before he can make himself angry over anatomical inaccuracies again. The jaeger vibes from the collection are pretty cool, actually; the designs are a lot cleaner, and their artistic license is a lot more forgivable. The highest-rated of the set is one obviously (but not enough to invoke copyright infringement, if that can even exist for a jaeger) modeled off of Coyote Tango, with like, a million different settings, and an astronomical cost to match. Newt eyes it enviously. He could be shoving that up his ass right now if he’d just signed up for a stupid email list last year.
He follows the link to Amazon to read through some of the reviews enviously, too. Life-changing; best money ever spent; warranty lasts a lifetime. Ten stars across the board. Sold out, obviously. No idea when it’ll be back in stock. He could get the Striker Eureka model for twice the original cost as when it came out, if he wanted, but the idea of constantly having to associate the twenty-something punk Hansen kid with his intimate affairs makes him shudder.
A nine-star review for the Coyote Tango model from someone named MathLover69 is the only one to make Newt really pause, on account of how absolutely insane it is.
I saved quite a few paychecks to purchase this vibrator, and though the cost is steep, I must say it is absolutely worth it. As opposed to my normal vibrator (here another vibe is linked, and Newt’s eyebrows jump at that price, too), which has only five settings, an admittedly bulky body, and average battery life, the CT2023 has a generous ten, a sleeker design, and charges fully in a matter of minutes. The orgasms I have experienced while using it are higher in quality (and more numerous) than any resulting previously from masturbation, though I have not tried beyond setting six yet. It also works wonders for stress relief. (I have an incredibly irritating colleague, and nothing calms me down so much as a quick round with the CT2023 after a spat with him.)
The body is versatile enough to be either inserted into one’s—
Newt feels heat rise to his cheeks in spite of himself, and he skims the second paragraph of MathLover69’s review to get the gist of it—that there are, uh, plenty of ways to utilize the vibe, that it’s discreet and small enough to wear to work (if you were inclined to do so, as MathLover69 implies he might’ve been) and that when combined with the Yamarashi dildo, the pleasurable experience increased tenfold. Talk about oversharing. Jeez.
My only complaint would be that the design is a poor approximation of the real Coyote Tango, and for that I’ve docked a star. I would recommend this product.
“This guy is a total nut,” Newt says to himself.
“Hm?” Hermann says.
Newt considers the implications of showing Hermann the vibrator listing: Hermann will know he was shopping for sex toys, Hermann will know he was shopping for kaiju and jaeger-themed sex toys, Hermann will know he was shopping for kaiju and jaeger-themed sex toys during working hours a mere ten feet away from him. Embarrassing, but on the other hand, MathLover69’s review is too funny to not share with someone else. “Hey, Hermann,” Newt says, angling his laptop towards Hermann. “Look. Who comments shit like this?”
Hermann descends his ladder carefully and inches up behind Newt’s shoulder, squinting at his laptop screen. He immediately turns bright red. Newt must’ve offended his Victorian sensibilities with the mere suggestion of self-abuse. “Oh,” he says. “Er.”
“Way TMI,” Newt says. “Listen to this line. ‘With the Yamarashi toy inserted into one’s mouth, and the CT2023 inserted up one’s—'”
“Well, how else is one meant to review a masturbatory aid?” Hermann snaps, surprising Newt. He looks oddly flustered. “Details can be—er—helpful. Can’t they?”
“Sure, dude,” Newt snorts. “Except they’re obviously just screwing with people. They literally have a 69 in their username.” He taps at the MathLover69, and doesn’t mention—on behalf of Hermann’s delicate mathematician feelings—that the MathLover part is obviously meant as a joke too.
“Well,” Hermann says. “Perhaps it’s just his—er, their birthdate.”
Newt turns around to stare at Hermann, taking in his red cheeks, his red ears, and the gaze he’s fixed steadily on his shoes. It’s all Newt can do to not to gape at him. “Hermann, you’re kidding,” he says. “Right?”
“I don’t know what you mean,” Hermann says.
“You didn’t,” Newt says.
“I,” Hermann stammers. “Well—”
“I didn’t even know you—”
“That I what?” Hermann says.
Newt gives a half-shrug. Hermann doesn’t seem the type to engage in any sort of vice, let alone this kind. And especially not with the type of sex toys he apparently gravitates towards. (If Newt was a little bolder, and had a little less shame and care for hygiene, he might ask to check out the Yamarashi, because anatomical inaccuracies aside, wow that sounds awesome.) “I mean, you know,” Newt says. “You’re kinda you. No offense.”
Hermann takes offense. “I am human,” he says. “I am allowed to masturbate, Newton, and I was merely attempting to educate other customers about the—product—with my thoroughness.” He adds, awkwardly, “My review was voted very helpful, as you can see.”
“Okay,” Newt says with a grin. “I get it. Sorry.”
Hermann marches back over to his side of the lab with a scowl. Newt waits until he’s sure Hermann’s not watching him, and is too distracted by muttering angrily under his breath, to bookmark MathLover69’s page of reviews.
It turns out (as Newt revisits the page later that night, in the privacy of his bunk) Hermann buys and reviews a truly staggering amount of dildos and sex toys, and on top of that, has absolutely zero filter behind the wall of anonymity. It’s to the extent that some of his reviews read like goddamn sexts.
It took me three occasions to successfully work myself up to taking in the entire length…
My orgasm was so pleasurable I alarmed my colleague with the noise I made, who believed me to have injured myself…
The highest vibration setting is a bit of a disappointment…
These are excellent for double penetration…
It also turns out Hermann is a veritable sex fiend. Or at least a masturbation fiend. Judging by his reviews alone, Hermann’s purchased more than a dozen different toys in the past three years alone. That’s four a year. One every three months. That’s not even including buttplugs, which (according to other reviews) he sometimes just wears into the lab (“work”) for the hell of it, which Newt isn’t even going to think about right now. How the hell has Hermann kept this much of his life under wraps? When the hell does he have time to jerk off as much as he apparently does? No wonder they never seem to have any fucking funding; all of Hermann’s paychecks are funneled directly into his—well.
Newt recalls the faux-injury incident Hermann mentioned in a comment with mild embarrassment. No wonder Hermann had been so weird and flushed when he opened his door, and made excuses to say bye to him so quickly—Newt just caught him (oh, boy) immediately following the best orgasm of his life. Well, mild embarrassment, and a little more than mild arousal. What Newt would’ve given to have been there five minutes earlier, to watch Hermann in the act of the best orgasm of his life, to maybe even be the one to cause it…
What Newt would give to use Hermann’s fancy-shmancy vibrator on him, or literally anything from his giant masturbatory arsenal. Or even just watch him use it on himself. Hermann’s just so damned buttoned-up and uptight—it’s all about the contradictions. Juxtapositions. Newt unzips his jeans and sticks his hand down his boxers. “Stupid Hermann,” he moans, as he begins to bring himself off to the image of Hermann with that stupid kaiju dildo down his throat and that stupid jaeger vibe up his ass. Negotiator of peace between the two? Stupid joke, stupid Hermann. Or maybe he’s picturing Hermann showing up to the lab, all plugged up and loose from using a different vibe on himself that morning. Or maybe Hermann pushing two dildos into himself at once. How the hell can he even manage that? Ass his size— “Oh, goddamn it,” Newt moans again, and comes all over his hand.
Whatever. It’s not like Hermann’s ever going to find out about this.

Arplis - News: My 14 Goals for 2020
Goal #1 – Take Full Advantage of Having My Husband Home 24/7 Husbands that put things together are the best kinds of husbands. Goal #2 – Take Better Care of Myself.  Sleeping in, taking long walks on the beach and dragging home treasures, it was a good week. Now, what the heck am I going to do with this lobster pot rope? I just couldn’t leave that gorgeous blue and sea-foam green rope now the beach now could I? Any ideas? Goal #3 – Get Organized I am a week TWO WEEKS behind on my painting goals and so now I am re-writing my goals for the next month. Here they are: The plan: March 22 – 28 Paint Kitchen Walls, Trim Doors and Office Door March 29 – April 4th – Finish Garden Beds {Raspberry & Asparagus Beds, 3 New Flower Beds Along the Back of the House} April 5th – 11th – Paint Master Bedroom Walls, Trim and Doors April 12th – 18th – Make Window Treatments for Master Bedroom April 19th – May 2nd  Make Window Treatments for Sunroom Goal #4 – Get Proper Window Coverings on All Our Windows.  See above. Goal #5 – Master Bedroom Make Over I am almost done going through the stacks of wool I set up on folding tables in my bedroom back in JANUARY. This week I plan to break the tables down and move them to the basement and have the HH move the furniture back in place. The new nightstands arrived and I have a rug, and so now all that’s left to do is paint the walls {and the trim and windows and closet doors oh what a pain those are going to be} and make the window treatments. Goal #6 – Kitchen Update I finally fixed the window treatment above the sink and now all that’s left to do is paint the kitchen and we are done! YEE-HAW! Well, actually I still need to find a proper runner for in front of the sink too. Also, Lucy figured out how to open the cupboard under the sink {where we have a small garbage bin} so that was fun and now we have to secure the area with a rubber band. C L A S S Y ! Goal #7 – Install Vegetable Garden Last week I pulled up {most of} the bricks in the patio area and began construction on the flower bed edging. The plan was to have the HH build 4 garden boxes in the space instead and move the patio {seating} area to the back of the house. And well, I think he did a WONDERFUL job! He built the boxes with Douglass fir and the price for the garden boxes was about $50 each. I plan to stain the outside of the boxes {just like I have in every other house we’ve had} with a dark stain once the weather warms up and the wood has had a chance to dry out. The snow has finally melted {although more is in the forecast for tomorrow} and so getting anything done in the garden will be a little hit and miss over the next few weeks as we battle with freezing {and then thawing} temps. The next thing on the list {for the backyard anyway} is to clean up all the tree limbs, stumps and gravel in the {soon to be old} fire pit area and to work on getting the new flower beds installed along the sides and back of the house. The goal is to have all the beds in place BEFORE growing season starts so that when it does, all we’ll need to do is plop the plants into place. Also, in case you were wondering, the soil for the garden beds is a 50/50 mixture of 50% loam an 50% organic shellfish compost. I guess that’s what they do here in Maine. It will be interesting to see how all that organic shellfish compost affects the vegetables. Who knows, maybe all those ground up lobster shells will result in some giant veggies. Exciting! FYI: If you still haven’t ordered your seeds, Botanical Interests is currently offering 30% off online seed orders with code SEEDS30 at checkout through the end of March. Goal #8 – Explore More of Maine  Looking forward to my next day trip with the HH! Harpswell, Maine is on the list next, but it will have to wait a bit. On the radar for exploring Maine this month: Bar Harbor, Maine Lincolnville Center General Store in Lincolnville, Maine Wallace’s Market in Friendship, Maine Alewives Fabric Store in Nobleboro, Maine Harpswell, Maine and Bailey Island Goal #9 – Host Some Sort of Get Together I think it will be a summer BBQ. Goal #10 – Read/Listen to 12 Books I made it almost 4 hours into the Gilded Hour but finally gave up because the story just seemed so slow and predictable and now I’m on the hunt for a new one. Other Books I’ve Picked Up From the Library This Year: Olive Kitteridge Smitten Kitchen Every Day: Triumphant and Unfussy New Favorites Natural Color: Vibrant Plant Dye Projects for Your Home and Wardrobe  The New Bungalow Kitchen  Container Gardening by Stephanie Donaldson  A Piece of the World The War I Finally Won Vertical Gardening Front Yard Gardens The Complete Cooking Light Cookbook Beach House Style Goal #11 – Learn A New Skill or Craft Hopefully this fall? Right now I’m on a mission to get the garden in place. Goal #12 – Visit 12  Museums, Historical Homes or Botanical Gardens {and bakeries too!} January Maine Maritime Museum Maine Mineral and Gem Museum The Island Market  Cafe DiCocoa Hungry Hollow Country Store February Two Fat Cats Bakery Portland Museum of Art Speckled Ax  Atlantic Baking Company Rockland, St. George, Cushing and Port Clyde Maine March Bar Harbor and Desert Island Adventures Day One, Day Two and the Summer Cottage Rental Tour. Tinder Hearth Bakery in Brooksville, Maine Goal # 13 – Reach 5,000 Etsy Sales by the End of The Year  As of this morning, I have made 3308 sales on Etsy. That’s up from 2804 on January 1st. I dyed a bunch of wool last week and updated my Etsy shop with new wool bundles and made some more garden markers. As far as rug hooking goes…. Ummm Yeah. That’s not going as well. I started this rug TWO WEEKS ago and I think I’ve only had the time to hook 10 wool strips. How that’s possible, I don’t even know. The plan was to have this giant rug hooked and ready to offer as a pattern {along with a second much smaller rug} for my April 3rd, Etsy shop update but apparently I’m so busy doing other stuff that by the end of the day, I’ve got nothing left to give. If only it would SNOW for an entire week and I couldn’t go outside…. I could get it done. Goal #14 – Once a Month Menu Planning {for 2} Freezer meal planning was a total success this week {if you love cookies that is}. I made a batch of chocolate brownie cookies and chocolate chip cookie balls for the freezer. Have YOU made any goals for this year? If so, DO TELL! We all want to hear about them. Have a great Sunday everyone, ~Mavis Mrs. Hillbilly’s Update Mrs. HB said she will send us updates once a month now. So she’ll be back the first Sunday in April.
