What are your OCs unique magic’s if you don’t king me asking?

hey there !! first of all, i’m so sorry for the late reply orz i don’t have a UM for all of my ocs though, some are still in work, actually ! im not. the most creative in that regard, honestly. 

roza: N/A (waiting for diasomnia’s UM + considering having her still being in the phase of figuring it out)

xiang: way of the bow — gives him the ability to create an arrow out of thin air with any kind of magical bonus effect he desires, such as setting things on fire, explosion and electrocution. it’s pretty versatile ! 

balgair: the name of his UM is kon kon con-man. It allows him to shift his appearance for an infinite amount of time into whatever he desires, allowing him to deceive everyone. However, each transformation will not be 100% accurate as he tends to keep his fox-like features - whether it’s his pointy, angular face or even his tail. it’s very handy but not polished! 

theodor: vergiftete zinken is the name of his UM (i still cringe at it but its too late to back out now) - so, upon holding a person’s head with both of his hands, Theodor is able to bring their thoughts out of order, thus confusing them. The longer his hands are placed upon their head, the more lasting the effect will be. However, it leaves both himself and the person with a pulling-like pain in their heads.

i’m considering changing it up because, hm. not exactly satisfied with it.

briar: binds of thorns — briar’s UM allow him to restrict anything and anyone with chains made of thorns. It can be used to block paths, restraint someone and the like. It has no limited use, but the more time passes, the more mana it requires.

pretty simple in its concept but effective i’d say. just, basically what briar was inspired by!

chanyu: hawk’s eye view ! chanyu gains the ability to see through a person of their choice’s eyes, no matter how large the proximity is. he will be in direct contact with the target as a result. buuuuut, it’s limited by how effective the target’s defense magic is.

i mainly took inspiration from a deleted scene from the og mulan movie, hehe

sheng: N/A (i’d like to think he is still in the phase of figuring it out, since he wasn’t in much contact with magic during his life so far)

his name is madeline hadder and he is a 3rd year in nrc! as you can guess, he is twisted from the mad hatter!

maddy used to be a star student at royal sword academy, before he was expelled due to unspoken circumstances and entered nrc instead. while he may appear like a sweet gentleman, in reality maddy is a liiiittle bit petty - and by little, i mean a lot. he likes to poke fun at heartslabyul's many rules and has the tendency of not following them. this leads to him having a rather complicated relationship with riddle.

in general !! my ocs and their sexualities are aaaall open game; i don't like to particularly pick one for self-indulgent reasons, really - so you could say that they are at least capable of romantic interest!!

majority of them don't really have a set, exact type they only date; but they do have some preferences here and there!

roza just wants someone in her life who'd support her goals, no matter how idealistic they are; as long as you let her live like a free bird, she is more than happy.

then we have xiang - he in general is not... the dating type, as we know by now. but! he likes to flirt with people who aren't clingy or like to tie him down into a romantic relationship asap. other than that? he'd be down for almost anyone, man.

people like balgair and madeline enjoy the company of others who can keep up with their pace. they're headstrong individuals, others would call them headache-inducing individuals - but if you can't bear that? then why try?

sheng and chloe are both quiet and awkward people - they kinda like characters who respect that and give them the time to ease into this romantic idea of a relationship. whereas sheng is just awfully dense and might need direct approaches, chloe easily picks up on attempts of flirting but might back off because she is utterly inexperienced.

briar is with xiang one of the least likely ones to date at all; simply because briar already went through all that jazz and he has had his share. right now though, i think he'd best get along with someone who respects his ideals and his time, giving him the space he needs. he is satisfied with just quality time, yknow?

then we have theodor - someone who just wants to have fun with the people he likes! he is the least picky one out of everyone, so he doesn't have a defined type yet.

mister birdie chunying himself on the other hand is extremely picky and basically has a set type? almost a rule list, you could say. primarily though, he wants all the attention. he wants his s/o to not even acknowledge possible rivals but just keep giving chunying all of their love. he is... very needy.

lastly but not least - chanyu ! he is? a bit of an odd one? he likes people who are fun but not the same kind of fun theodor is looking for - people who keep him interested, who surprise him, who challenge him. what kind of leader would he be if he can't adapt to all? i think you could say he likes a s/o who can fight to keep their head in the game.

HELLO HI, i apologize for the late answer, but i promise u, i was SUPER EXCITED when i saw this in my inbox!! i love rambling abt random trivia abt my ocs!! so thank u so much !!! 🥰

madeline, who prefers to be referred to as maddy or hadder (bc he kinda embarrassed about his girlish name), is twisted from - you probably guessed it! the mad hatter!

he formerly was a student of rsa, but was kicked out for reasons that maddy never disclosed, strangely enough... there are a few rumors here and there, but even if you ask che’nya, he laughs it off and tells you to ask maddy himself

he used to be a rather popular and well liked student at rsa until that certain incident... he quickly became an outcast, shunned out by his peers and the world. it did take his toll on him, being called weird, practically bullied daily and being pushed into the role of “the mad hadder”, despite what? what did he do? it was never his fault, that incident. but who’d believe him?

so he accepted his role in this play and acted his part. he stood to what he was supposed to be, even if he remained as the silly “mad hadder”

that being said: maddy used to hang out with che’nya mainly during his time in rsa, because he thought he was one of the few bearable ones... people like neige felt a little too stuck up for his taste (even if neige’s stuck up energy was more unconscious - even maddy admits that)

mention maddy to riddle and you get to see riddle’s face grow red from anger quite quickly. they aren’t on the greatest terms, really... they very much dislike each other, riddle disapproving of maddy’s odd line of “i’m breaking your rules while i am not breaking your rules” and maddy mocking riddle for having a stick up his ass.

they actually were somewhat of childhood friends ! maddy used to be a study buddy for riddle, since maddy was one of the few kids around his age that were pretty studious and eager to learn by their own will. 

while maddy butts heads with both riddle and trey, he seems somewhat fond of cater, ace and deuce. especially since the latter two don’t oblige to riddle’s every whim.

maddy is super bad with the cold ! he easily freezes and is somewhat a coward in that regard, lol

he is also 100% That One Theater Kid

maddy is a man of confidence ! he learned to take pride in himself, so he is not that easy to throw him off his feet. well, at least anymore.

he was actually the second oc i made after roza, but he was stuck in development for such a long time, that i scrapped him in between. but after a few months, i decided to pick up his concept again and go ham - at the end, it paid off, because he has to be one of the ocs with my favorite designs!!

he is so easy to poke fun at - he is surprisingly as irritable as riddle is

he is the founder of the “hat appreciation club” in nrc and takes very much pride in it!

also shockingly petty. his gentleman-ly appearance is horribly deceiving, haha

how easy it is for your ocs to get mad?

i tried to briefly summarize from least to most! and in the middle of writing this i realized i also took in the factor of like. how “severe” it is when they get mad, but i hope you still get the gist of it

theodor: he is the most chill baby you can find. he is a literal doormat and can take any hit, really. (even literally, but why would you)

roza: she has been described to have the patience of a saint, honestly. even if she gets mad, it’s never for any longer than two hours - she is very forgiving.

sheng: another one with the patience of a saint. blame it on his himbo brain, really. he is far from the type to hold grudges, but he gets very quickly irritated at the sight of inequality or unjust mistreatment of weak ones.

judas: you can never really tell what even is going on that head of his, so he never really seems mad...? only if you ruin something from importance, like his plans or something along those lines; his smile turns much more vile.

balgair: he is usually preeetty chill and nothing really gets quickly under his nerves. if you’re human though and you somehow mess up with something, involving him, he gets incredibly short tempered for a few moments, before seemingly going back to that cheery guy he is.

chanyu: despite his resting bitch face, chanyu has relatively regular patience...? he has dealt with a lot, he has seen a lot, it’s difficult to impress or shock him anymore. he does get pretty pissed when things don’t go according to plan in shundain.

xiang: it’s actually quite hard to get under xiang’s skin. he is so lax and chill about most things, the most he’ll do is just wave you off. hoooowever, there are a few things that genuinely get him riled up and it usually involves something more... touchy, so to say? personal things, ya know. it’s weird. he’s weird.

madeline: my guy’s so terribly easy to irritate, it’s almost funny. and it’s usually the littlest of things too! people have compared him to riddle because of that and that dampens his mood even more. looks like some traits from friends will always stick with you, huh?

chloe: she doesn’t look like it, but chloe gets so heated easily. it’s mostly due to her being so flustered, that she gets pissed in turn. she is a very emotional girl, even though her face is bad at showing it.

chunying: this little guy is very short tempered, but usually it’s never too serious? it’s kind of funny seeing him all riled up, actually. but pointing it out and making fun of him makes him even more mad, so it’s just a sad circle of pissing chunying off. but i don’t know if you genuinely would want that, because he gets so... annoying. pesky lil bird.

briar: look at him the wrong way and he is so ready to bark at you. so much for a noble gentleman. this man has lived for so long, he refuses any kind of patience. “just one more mi-” no, he wants it NOW. he isn’t getting any YOUNGER.

Yandere AU

i’m kinda getting hooked on the thought of yandere again, so here, take little descriptions of my ocs as yandere - more under the cut!

just a warning tho! since this is about yandere, please be aware that this isn’t all candy dandy. there are mentions of violence, manipulation, abuse and the such.

rozalina: roza is unsuspecting, you wouldn’t peg her to be this kind of person. it starts “slowly” - while she may be a little pushy with her affections, constantly smothering you with love, attention and gifts, only later her dependence on you starts to show. phrases like “i’m so glad i have you” or “i’d be so, so lonely, so lost without you” start to be thrown around by her.

pay her less attention, give her less love and she’ll notice it - she’ll beg you to stay, she’ll let you know that you just can’t leave her like that. her dependence is supposed to guilt trip you. she is oh-so helpless without you, in this cruel and cold world; you wouldn’t be so heartless and leave her all in the dark, no? roza, despite her looks, knows how to use her words, and even if she makes impulsive decisions when it comes to you, she knows how to work her way towards her goal. and not to mention, she is quite relentless. 

and soon enough, a sort of cycle of dependence develops. her dependence on you turns into your dependence on her. it’s hard to let go now. it’s hard to leave, because god, you’d lose so much, wouldn’t you? you’re attached, you have fallen deep. you need her and she needs you. that’s all that matters in the end.

xiang: take a man who is out of touch with his feelings, mix it with intense obsession and what do you get? a destructive ‘love’ that you cannot even call ‘love’. xiang is his own kind of yandere, really. the fact he feels so awfully attached you drives him nuts. he doesn’t know how to deal with this, but he can’t help but give into his addiction - you. and yet, you give him a high, he can’t get enough of these things you make him experience. you’re fun, you’re interesting, so unpredictable and yet he wants to know everything he can about you. you amuse him, entertain him - once his attention is locked on you, pray to the gods you can keep him entertained as long as possible, because once he’s bored of you? he’ll toss you aside. he doesn’t care if he breaks you, he doesn’t care if you retaliate, fight him all in want, in fact. it’ll just make things more fun for him. his methods are much more calculated and mental, but if he has to, he’ll take it up a notch and break you physically, too. he knows he can repent in hell later for all he did to you.

don't think xiang isn't aware of what he has done is immoral. but right now, it could bother him less what happens next to you, as long as you’re right here. and if he’s tired of you, then looks like you’ll be another one of many.

balgair: at first glance, balgair doesn't seem to be… too different? he still is good ol' balgair - a friendly and welcoming boy, a façade for his true nature - a lot more calculating and cynical. however, yandere balgair is a lot more extreme, so to say. his loose sense of morals and narcissistic ideals become very clear once he reveals his true nature. he is very intend on keeping you safe and keeping you with him. his upmost priority is to ensure your safety, even if he has to go against your will. anyone, who dares to put you into harm's way, will be dealt with, quickly.to you, he'll be the ideal boyfriend you always dreamt of - whether it'd be coddling and loving or cold and cool. he'll adjust himself, to whatever your preferences are, and make you happy, the way you wish - unless you happen to put yourself in danger. that includes turning your back to him. all he asks of you is to put your hands in his, close your eyes and trust him.

but really, every child knows that foxes are never to be trusted.

theodor: theodor is another one who is peak unsuspecting. his kind, innocent behavior, his gentle soul, you'd never think he'd able to bring harm onto anyone. unless you'd ask him to. theodor wants to fulfill your every wish and make you the happiest you can be. he doesn't care how little he'll get out of it, as long as you're happy, he'll listen to your every request. he'll drop anything for you. he'll do any task for you. he'll make sure to always put a smile on your face. it's sweet - until you realize that theodor has completely given up on himself in order to please you. you can't call him a loyal servant at this point. he is much more like a marionette - he'll dance to any tune you'll sing. he'll follow your every move, your every word. theodor is just a shell of he was. all that matters to him now, is you. nothing else.

chloe: out of the bunch here, chloe is the most harmless one you can get. she seems to be fascinated by you at best, at worst goes down to take care of anyone that appears to be a nuisance to you. she is hiding in the shadows for the majority of the time. she’s clumsy with her emotions, so for her to express any form of open affection towards you may be extremely rare. and you may ‘mistake’ her as some kind of stalker, since she only keeps an eye on you, but never bothers to approach you. chloe hates being anyone’s shadow, but this one time, she willingly turns herself into one. if it means to confirm your wellbeing, this is fine for her. she doesn’t even expect anything in return - at least, according to her. but aren’t you a little worried that this might change one day?

madeline: madeline’s mood swings are intense and terrifying. he seems to treat you with a bias, holding you to a high regard, complimenting your beauty, encouraging your dreams, valuing your talents and always holding you up to another standard than with most others. but in case you disappoint him and defy his ideal version of you? he grows angry, he becomes petty and he resorts to threats to keep you in line. he expects so much better of you. furthermore, he is insanely possessive. he becomes terribly jealous with ease, especially if people, against whom he has a personal vendetta, talk to you so casually, so friendly. they taint your image, according to him. madeline wouldn’t touch a hair on your head if you didn’t want him to. he’d never resort to anything physical. however, he makes sure to let you know that this ‘wonderland’, just for the two of you, is something he built with his whole pride - don’t trample on it in order to escape, as his wonderland has no escape.

briar: briar is the one of the two of the bunch who is entirely aware of his actions - but unlike xiang, briar is repulsed by himself. he used to pride himself in who he is, what power he holds, what he can do. that's all that mattered, all that defined him, only he. he was so independent, not in need of anyone's reassurance to confine himself in. but then, you entered his life and you were all he could focus on. briar, while also repulsed by the moral implications of this, he is also repulsed by what he has become. you changed him, for the worse, and he can't take it. he adores you, with all he is, and yet despises you, with all he used to be. briar is not keen on using violence or force with you, but if he is in a foul mood and you decide to step on his toes on purpose, he thinks that punishing you by locking you up is absolutely appropriate. other than that, he doesn't hesitate to go back to dirty methods like blackmail or threats. he wants you to know your place - you can't disobey an ancient, noble fae after all, can you now?

aaa hii, again: sorry for the late reply !

before i dive further into this, i'd like to clarify that i myself do not condone j.k.r.'s actions or words.

tbh i'm not all that into hp anymore, i did read all the books, but that's abt it - but ! i do not wanna deny anyone's wish! however, i'll keep this short bc 10 ocs is a lot to write for.

roza: hufflepuff aaaaall the way, she is perfect for this dorm. def comes from a rich wizard family, still sheltered, but a prodigy in magic.

xiang: strikes me as a slytherin guy; he seems like a gryffindor guy at first, but considering his wits? yup yup, slytherin. born to a wizard father and human mother, always been a good quidditch teammate - i think his position would be beater bc xiang got them GUNS 💪

balgair: gryffindor ! a lil bit of a rumored slacker that loves to joke around - think of the weasley twins but. more money hungry. not 100% what's up with half-animals in the hp world, but ! i def think balgair would still be half fox.

theodor: sweet baby, i wanna put him in hufflepuff. a fresh first year, born to humans, so it was quite a surprise when his letter came. very clumsy with magic but he is terribly intrigued by the magical world

chloe: ravenclaw energy. bit of a smartass, but mostly quiet. pretty much always wears her cape because she doesn't like people poking her about her cheetah features. she isn't particularly excelling in any subject but a smart student nonetheless.

madeline: begged for ravenclaw, got stuck with hufflepuff. he is rather dissatisfied with his house, so he often really looks out of place. i feel like he is rlly good with potions class.

briar: stuck up old student from slytherin. comes from a long line of powerful wizards, all former slytherins as well. other students think he has the attitude of a grumpy old man.

chanyu: veeery strong slytherin vibes, king of sly smug bitch. intimidating to even his own dorm mates. also in the quidditch team like xiang, probably a beater as well. his pet would be a falcon, no questions asked. i wanna say born to a wizard and a witch

chunying: annoying ravenclaw baby who hangs out at the slytherin table too much. surprisingly takes part in quidditch as the seeker. also comes from a wizard family

sheng: gryffindor kiddo who is the chaser of their quidditch team; often seen to butt heads during games with chanyu, surprisingly. born to humans like theodor!

roza - she is very fond of forest animals in general but she particularly loves rabbits and bunnies. they're so tiny and adorable and fluffy, she wants to hold them at all times.

xiang - strangely enough, he seems to adore racoons a lot. and cats as well, but most definitely racoons. he even has this charm of a racoon hanging from his phone.

theodor - he LOOOVES alpacas and llamas but would never be able to tell you the difference between them. he has never seen either but he'd be more than happy if he could. he claims their necks look great for hugs.

balgair - other than fellow foxes, he really likes owls a lot. why? he won't tell. but sometimes, during night patrol, you can spy how he watches some owls.

chloe - she is probably rather biased due to her limited experience but she is very fond of feline friends in general. sometimes, she likes to purr alongside cats for fun. but don't point it out to her or she'll feel quite awkward.

madeline - he is awful with animals and thus doesn't like them very much. if he had to pick something, it'd be fish. he likes their 'passiveness' so to say. albeit, he is mainly thinking of some goldfish, really.

briar - due to briar's experience with horseback riding, he really likes horses a lot. while they are hard to take care of, he doesn't mind devoting his time to horses and taking care of them. he had his bad experiences with them, since every horse is quite unique, but in general he can get along with them, actually.

also pls dont mind my inner kpoppie coming out, my bias for certain styles is rlly shining through... IM ALSO NO EXPERT, SO DONT JUDGE ME

idols au

roza: she is in an unit but occasionally releases single albums due to her astounding popularity! roza follows usually girl crush concepts or concepts focused around love (including heartbreak) but her fans also adore it when she deviates from that and takes another turn - for example, in their latest comebacks (and roza’s solo), their concepts changed more into self-love!

despite that, people are so surprised to find out how much of a playful sweetheart she actually is. due to her clueless but entertaining personality, people love seeing her in interviews or shows.

roza is vocally quite strong and is usually praised for her range. she definitely has room for improvement in the dance apartment, but in her unit, she is the main vocalist. other people would consider her to be the visual alongside with another member.

examples would be; blackpink and mamamoo but as well as heize and iu

xiang: this man works as a solo idol and he is known for his more mature, sensual and sometimes rather explicit concepts. his albums are always a... sight to behold, honestly. let’s just say, they follow rather risque ideas - but hey, the producers and managers can’t complain, he’s bringing in the cash.

xiang is most definitely a more visual and dance heavy idol - his good looks attract attention and not to mention his build allows for some rather unique wardrobe choices. fancams of those love to go viral and they make people’s jaws drop.

other than that, he is actually excelling quite well at demanding dances - people like to praise him for keeping up a great vocal performance despite the difficult dances.

compared to actor au, however, he is viewed with a much more critical eye; xiang’s bold and doesn’t hold back his tongue, after all. not to mention, his fans grow quite jealous of him being possibly involved in love affairs.

if i had to give examples of the type of music he’d have, i’d say... wonho - it’s exactly what i imagine for xiang. other than that, i’d add taemin, nct or vixx

theodor: sweet lil’ theo is in an unit! his height brings him a bit at an disadvantage but his vocal abilities are very outstanding for that. he very much fits in more cheerful and crush themes - people eat that shit up and think his unit’s eras with those concepts is where he shines.

people love to gift him plushies of alpacas or llamas during fanmeets. he keeps every single one of them and the amount of photos that he posts of them with himself is astounding - not to mention during the fanmeets, you can see him hugging them for almost the whole duration.

watching the dance practices is usually pretty fun because you can see theodor making funny faces; he always brings a lot of sunshine with that cute face of his into the room and that makes him a huuuuge fan favorite for the stans of his group.

balgair: ASSUMING balgair would be in stagrove as a sort of. subunit? OR AT LEAST in a group with a similar style. i’d say he is definitely a dance heavy idol. most likely lead dancer AT LEAST. i think of like... very on point and synchronized. definitely also pretty rebellious and bad boy concepts going on.

like i said, i'd deem balgair to be a lead dancer - people would say he is rather underappreciated and deserves a lot more recognition. they also complain about the lack of his lines. but further than that, balgair's got a very charming and charismatic character - he only lets his mischievous side show during shows or interviews. he also appears to be fluent in a few foreign languages, so international fans always joke about him having a secret account to see what content the fans produce for him.

during fanmeets people LOVE talking to him, just because of how extroverted and friendly he is. they also comment on how, close up, you can really notice his unique fox-like face structures.

chloe: she's a rather more 'unknown' idol, if you are not part of the community, but still has a certain reputation. as a solo artist, she goes against the typical girl crush concept and follows something more gender stereotype breaking.

she's very heavy on the vocal parts and also is praised for her pretty face, despite the lack of facial expressions she shows during lives or interviews. however, according to her fans, the longer you follow her and her content, the more you realize she's just a very awkward girl, bad at expressing her feelings - but that's what makes her so loveable.

she isn't the most actice idol, thus comebacks are rather not frequent for her, but you can very often see ads where she participates.

madeline: good ol' maddy is the visual of his group. his vocal range is outstanding, but he is only considered as the lead vocal in his unit. he's another one where people like to say that his dancing leaves room for improvement; it's an inside joke in his fanbase that he is stiff like a log during dance practice.

madeline was formerly just an actor before he switched branches. his fanbase carried over as well, so he already made a name for himself. people did enjoy watching his growth, though; at first, it was hard for him getting used to teamwork, as he appeared to see it all as a competition instead of a group project, thus he was rather hostile in his trainee days. but he grew and developed and his fanbase really enjoys pointing that out about him.

his concepts are often a bit more on the emotional side; showing a rather vulnerable side of love, so to say. other than, his concepts are a lot more 'artsy' and tend to carry a convoluted plotline throughout the album. it's unusual, but certainly unique.

briar: and lastly! our pricky prick himself! briar is one of the unexpectedly older idols but for that he is pretty much a talent in all fields - dancing, singing and even his visuals are nothing to complain about. he is a bit more... controversial, so to say? a lot of multistans think he is rather arrogant and really unfriendly - while they recognize his talent, they are critical of his attitude.

his concepts are varying, but it's usually also more of a bad boy and mature theme. his dance routines are fun to watch. sometimes, behind the scenes, you can see him teaching other members or helping them out. it's not too unusual for people to believe he is the leader of the unit.

3. What kind of flower crown would Rozalina make for Delphine? How would they feel about Delphine returning the favor?

roza would be suuuuper indecisive, honestly. she wouldn’t be sure if she should go with some bright red roses to compliment her dark hair or maybe with some darker colors...? maybe a violet flower...? either way, she’d put so much energy into it in order to get delphine to smile for her!

if she were to return the favor, roza would be quite ecstatic! she didn’t peg for delphine to be so “soft” to be willing to try her hand at flower crowns! to her, it doesn’t even matter if it’s the universe’s prettiest flower crown or... not - to her, the thought alone is beautiful enough.

7. What kind of childhood friend would Madeline be as a kid and how would they treat Anna in present time?

i’d like to think he actually keeps an eye on anna most of the time, making sure she is taking care of herself and whatnot - don’t point that out though, because he will most likely grow to feel very embarrassed and defensive - to a pretty painful degree too.

he’d also let the childhood friends thing grow to his head and try to bring up embarrassing memories to anna whenever he can. if she deciddes to bite back, he’ll make sure to back down, though. all bark and no bite, really.

demon au

roza: the little apprentice demon. very inexperienced as a demon, per usual, but moreso eager to meet some little humans and strike a deal! while she is most definitely one of the lesser evils you can encounter, she surprisingly still holds a lot of power - so most definitely a great tool to rely on.

however, since she still is a demon, she has to feed of your life force; a lot of power requires a lot of sacrifice after all.

appearance-wise, roza has black horns in a curled up shape! similarly to rams! her fingers are sharp and run into a black gradient. (she has the tendency to accidentally rip up clothes or cut herself with them.) she has one pair wings that hang rather low from her back; think of usual dragon wings, but in small. her tail’s tip is shaped like a heart! other than that, you can see markings peeking out beneath her clothes. (she usually wears a relatively modest black dress with a white collar - well, modest in comparison to certain other demons...)

roza’s skills particularly lie within dream manipulation, so you could categorize her as a dream demon in all technicalities. however, she is also able to heal and perform spells, similarly to the ones you can find in witchcraft. further than that, she is equipped with the basic demon skills such as heightened senses or invulnerability. her weaknesses include the usual: holy water, holy water, salt and the such!

xiang: mister big ego got another ego boost with his form as a demon. he is the kind of demon you’d want to avoid, because depending if he finds you fun enough to keep around, he could pull the wool over your eyes. his motives are a sheer mystery.

i won’t specify what kind of demon he is, but... let’s just say, it suits his womanizer personality fairly well. meaning he also requires a specific kind of life force from his deal partner.

he has two large horns that form a half circle. his tail has the tip in shape of a spade and he also has one set of large wings on his back. he really doesn’t wear much and his body is covered in black markings. i’d say his long fangs are rather worthy to point; they appear really sharp.

his skills lie in reading other people’s souls and manipulate one’s mind. his powers take a fair toll on him, so he usually requires quite a fair amount of life force. despite that, he is rather low in the rankings of hell; this might be because of his reputation of feeling rather fond of having around humans. 

madeline: a pretty arrogant and prideful demon. he is usually found with briar in a duo pack and he often tempts you to strike a deal with him if you strike a deal with briar. no one really understands their thing, but it appears like they enjoy the idea of taking full control.

his horns are in the shape of those of a water buffalo. funnily enough, he still keeps wearing his hat at all times. like the two previous ones, he also has wings, but prefers to keep them hidden if possible. dressed like a gentleman, he tries to fool you and lure you in with his friendly appearance; keep in mind, he is still a demon and wishes to strike a deal with you. sometimes, he appears to be unreasonable... trustworthy?

it’s hard to tell his actual motives, sometimes. he seems so eccentric and eager to swap sides every time.

other than that, his skill set specializes in shape shifting and memory manipulation. he prefers to do the latter in little steps, depending on what his gain out of the deal is. generally though, his deals are a lot less ruthless compared to briar’s. 

briar: if maddy is arrogant, then briar is another whole level. as a high ranking demon, he stands to his superiority and prides himself with the reputation he has build up over his long lifespan. while briar is known to grant you any wish your heart desires, it comes with a big and ridiculously cruel price; it seems like he is having fun in poking at your defenseless state - as you have sealed your fate by shaking his hand in the first place.

both his horns and wings are large and boisterous, as you’d expect from a demon his rank. (he is dressed in so much black, it’s almost depressing.) humans barely get to see his true form as a demon, as he runs around in a shapeshifted human form for the majority of the time - it appears he doesn’t even deem them worthy enough to see his true nature. but he is very much distinguishable due to his awfully violet eyes.

his abilities are ranging widely; but it appears he is particularly fond of mental manipulation or mind control. he is also able to communicate with animals and manipulate nature to his favor. he is also able to grant a human his own powers, if he wishes to.

it’s utterly tempting to strike a deal with briar - this man knows how to use his words and lure you into that seemingly ideal contract. but it’s best advised to not trust him. he doesn’t like humans, after all.

📖 actor au 😳 what if... speaketh it into existence

actors au

roza: she’d be a pretty well-rounded actress actually; dabbled into all kinds of territories like singing, modeling, etc. - and obviously, acting. i’d imagine her to be a child actress, even. has been doing this for a long time and thus people will most likely have heard of her if you mention her name.

she’s very much seeking close contact with fans, even if her manager recommends her otherwise. so you can often find her replying to her fans on various websites. they often love to brag with how much of a close contact they got with her. she isn’t a controversial actress either; if anything, untrustworthy gossip magazines try to pull her into controversies.

plenty of people have commented how, while she may be a clumsy handful to work with, she is an absolute sweetheart and delight to be around. she very much treats her coworkers with respect. during filming of movies or shows, she most definitely has the most amount of bloopers; whether it’d be mixing up the words in her lines, forgetting her timing or just even falling asleep randomly on set.

roza is regularly casted for the same kind of roles; the sweet, innocent gal, sometimes the love interest of the main character or the curious heroine seeking for love. so you’d usually see her in movies about teen romances but occasionally even tragedies; she has been praised for performing in a very raw and touching manner. 

xiang: i’d like to think xiang started to act in his early teen years, so sometimes, people like to bring up how much of a baby face he used to be and how he grew up to be the... package he is. on the other hand, some people like to point out how he became relatively controversial. xiang has had his fair amount of scandals, usually love affairs (or him being a little too honest about other actors or directors online), thus gaining him some disapproval in the public eye. his fans usually tend to argue that he is a grown man and his love life isn’t anyone’s business - so basically, he is usually surrounded by controversy. (that seems to affect his career and the amount of times he gets casted to a certain degree.)

aside from that, xiang is quite a talented actor and also incredibly charismatic. he is quite regularly invited to interviews sorely because of how easily he directs the attention onto himself and seems to have everyone’s trail after him with ease. he is a very entertaining personality to invite. you absolutely can find compilations of him on youtube with his funniest moments.

xiang’s roles tend to be quite diverse, but due to his muscular build, he often gets assigned roles that seems to be focus on the ‘training’ and ‘strong guy’ aspect of the character. it’s usually action or even superhero movies (think of the marvel kind); he even has a few horror movies here and there, which seem to be a fan favorite.

on instagram he regularly posts pics of himself training; his most liked pic would however be the one where he shows of his tattoo.

madeline: he started to act in movies and shows in his early twenties; maddy seems to have a natural talent for acting, in fact. since middle school he had been participating in talent shows or theater shows. he openly admitted he prefers acting live on stage a lot more. (people hope he starts to dabble into the musical territory)

overall he seems to have a mixed reputation; he is one of those actors who get bashed unfairly - sorely because he appears rather stuck up. in reality, he is just a little awkward and introverted. he may be a liiitle stuck up and prideful, but in general he treats his coworkers as well as everyone working on the project with a lot of respect. sometimes there is a little rivalry with other actors of main character roles, but it’s usually in a light hearted manner. he knows better than to unreasonably pick fights.

he doesn’t interact frequently with fans, but when he does, they always comment on how cute he is; he is stiff and awkward but willing to take pictures together and hand out autographs.

madeline is extremely picky with the movies he acts in; if he doesn’t like the premise or the character, he is out. this often irritates his manager a lot, because he wasting wonderful oppertunities - however, maddy firmly believes in good writing, so if the movie’s lacking that, he is out. this makes him a bit of a somewhat desired actor, so he gets his fair share of offers regularly.
