Hello Battle Network/NT Warrior fandom, it's been a while!!

I posted a new one-shot, of an alternate/possible backstory for Maddy and ColorMan! Not a prequel to anything I've posted nor anything else I'm planning, this is moreso a standalone backstory just to see how different I could make it while also making it still fairly plausible for the games/anime/manga.

The Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection broke a million sales in just 10 days!

I've re-released this pencil sketch of Madoi from 2017 on my twitter for the occasion, only in higher resolution this time. I've also retouched how the lines overlay on the colors. The only problem, I had to halve the resolution just to get it on there.

But Tumblr won't complain about it one bit I don't think! Let's see if it takes it in FULL resolution! Let's see how this goes!

Now that all the chapters of my recent fic are posted, I wanted to make one last promo post for it with all the chapter arts in one post!

So yeah, a MegaMan NT Warrior fan fic (i.e. set in the anime timeline), where the former World Three members have a discussion... about funerals! Specifically which one was the worst funeral each of them has been to, not to mention how the events before and after affected them.

This was only done just because I felt the Rockman.EXE youtube poop I’m still doing needed a custom thumbnail for when it gets finished.

So DeviantArt allows for submissions to be marked as Mature Content, where for anyone not logged into the site, they won’t see anything that’s marked as such. Or otherwise for users who are logged in, they can choose to have things marked as Mature Content and then have an option to see it or not, or always see Mature Content, or never see Mature Content.

And now Twitter has (finally??) given the option to allow people to mark images in tweets as adult, sensitive, etc. Annoyingly, a lot of people have been using it jokingly, so then whenever I come across something that ACTUALLY needed to be marked, it pisses me off that the joke tweet lowered my guard so much. Ugh, whatever, if I ever post anything that would need to be marked as sensitive, I’m going to responsibly do so. :<

... but anyways, the problem at hand: Tumblr doesn’t really have anything like that, does it? The closest thing is putting images under a Read More in a text post, but I’m worried it might kill the image quality that way somehow. Plus Read Mores sometimes don’t work on mobile or just at random, so then what would even be the point?? :/

That is to say, I’m working on something that would definitely need to be marked as sensitive/mature (i.e. people don’t immediately see it especially if they don’t want to, and without needing other people to exclusively rely on blacklists). And there’s no easy way of doing that on Tumblr.

I’m gonna have to assume (and hope) that most people by now, even the new people, have gotten the hang of blacklists by now. :u
