Io ti ho detto... Ti ho detto: vuoi? Tu non hai risposto né si, né no. A volte, sei una moglie così insofferente...

Caro diario, oggi con mia moglie Giuli, ho trascorso un giorno a dir poco eteroclito.

Avevo appena terminato una sessione di TB Total Body, ero così sudato e muscoloso da non poter fare a meno di esaltarmi e di pensare a me stesso – che bestia enorme che sto diventando! – mi precipitai in cucina per prendere dell’olio di colza perché me lo volevo versare addosso e in qualche oscuro, recondito speco, del mio cervello iniziava a concretizzarsi l’immagine di me che tiravo il collo al leone di Nemea. Giulia stava ancora dormendo quando mi sdraiai accanto a lei, e l’impercettibile splash di una zanzara, che aveva deciso di suicidarsi, precipitandosi alla fonda nella pozza di sudore misto a olio di colza del mio ombelico l’ha svegliata. Ecco che salta sul letto ed inizia ad urlare che una delle cantanti più amate d’Italia, la corista dei Gemelli Diversi, è morta improvvisamente in un tragico incidente. Mentre si trovava in gita a Piazza della Signoria a Firenze, il basamento della riproduzione del David di Michelangelo Buonarroti – citata come esempio di arte eccelsa da Pomponio Gaurico – aveva ceduto, e il capoccione del pastorello che uccise il gigante filisteo, aveva colpito la poveretta, ponendo fine alla sua vita. Terribile…

Giuli era letteralmente sconvolta e ripeteva: – Ti ricordi? Ti ricordi? … Mentre volteggiava sul letto leggera come l’ultima foglia autunnale dell’ultimo albero autunnale con ancora una foglia… Tu non capisci, non era un sogno come gli altri! Ho provato la stessa sensazione di quella volta, nell’inverno del 2013… Ti ricordi?

Certo che mi ricordo… Non me la dimenticherò mai quella volta dell’inverno del 2013. E come potrei…? Stavamo insieme da poco io e Giuli… intenti a consumare una cenetta romantica in un ristorante tipico modenese, e improvvisamente Giuli collassò con la faccia dentro un piatto di gnocchi alla sorrentina rivisitati secondo la tradizione modenese. Quando alzò la testa, con la faccia cosparsa di pomodoro e di Grana Padano DOP bollenti predisse, con voce arcana e oracolare: il REGOLAMENTO N.756/2014 Della BCE BANCA CENTRALE EUROPEA dell'8 luglio 2014 che modificava il regolamento UE n. 1072/2013 relativo alle statistiche sui tassi di interesse applicati dalle istituzioni finanziarie monetarie / la DIRETTIVA DEL PRESIDENTE DEL CONSIGLIO DEI MINISTRI del 16 novembre 2015 contenente disposizioni per l’aggiornamento della pianificazione di emergenza per il rischio vulcanico del Vesuvio e per le aree soggette a ricaduta di materiale piroclastico. E infine pronosticò il ritorno e conseguente vittoria degli Stadio al Festival di Sanremo 2016 con il brano: “un giorno mi dirai”.

E come potrei scordarmi di quella volta dell’inverno del 2013?

Ho impiegato praticamente tutto il giorno per riuscire a tranquillizzarla, applicandole ripetuti impacchi, con un panno imbevuto d’acqua tiepida sulla fronte, come avevo visto fare da bambino a Miss Pony in Candy Candy. Sono stato al suo capezzale leggendole alcune poesie tratte dalla mia raccolta: “versi composti dopo aver sniffato un po’ di diluente per vernici”, la sua preferita. E dal momento che non le riusciva di tenere aperti gli occhi, a causa della testa, che le duoleva all’ennesima potenza, mi sono adoperato nella messa in scena di alcune audiodescrizioni pro retinopatici e ipovedentiC, di tre vecchie puntate del Tenente Colombo. Le sue condizioni sembravano migliorare quando, all’improvviso – proprio mentre il nipote del multimilionario Randy Matthew, si stava procurando un alibi recandosi ad una festa dopo aver nascosto il corpo dello zio sotto una termocoperta per alterare l'ora della morte – ha lanciato un grido terrificante, ha afferrato con violenza il mio titanico avanbraccio, e mi ha detto:

– Se vedi apparire una piccola luna gialla in ciascuno dei miei occhi vuol dire che niente al mondo potrà mai dividerci... che il nostro amore non sarà frazionabile. Subito dopo è caduta in un sonno comatoso. Sinceramente, a quel punto non sapevo più cosa fare. Avevo una dozzina di sigarette che andavano simultaneamente in cenere per tutta la casa; ho pulito le veneziane e, nell’attesa che si sbrinasse il congelatore ho stirato un paio di pantaloncini da tennis.

Visto che da McDonald questa è la settimana di lancio promozionale del nuovo McHaggis – l’haggis è il piatto tradizionale scozzese, fatto di cuore, fegato e polmoni di pecora macinati con sugna, cipolle, farina d'avena e spezie e bollito direttamente nello stomaco dell'animale – e con l’aggiunta di soli 3 euro ricevi in omaggio un kilt taglia S e un download gratis per un MP3 di musica celtica, ho pensato che avremmo potuto gustarcelo insieme direttamente a letto. – Bella idea! Mi son detto… ma proprio mentre stavo per telefonare, mi sono ricordato che Giuli è un’animalista convinta, non mangia carne, e soprattutto è intollerante all’ acesulfame K e all’aspartame contenuti nella CocaCola Zero. Inoltre, se per fatalità, una infinitesimale lacrima di ketchup o di majo, avesse imbrattato il copriletto da 2000 euro di Oscar de la Renta. Apriti o cielo! Quindi, ho optato per un brodino ristretto di deiezioni di Exoculata Rimicaris, efficace per uscire dalla stato catatonico. L' Exoculata Rimicaris è una specie di gamberetto di alta profondità che vive nei camini sulfurei dei campi idrotermali dell' East Pacific Rise, nutrendosi di quei microrganismi che trovano congeniali i vapori di zolfo. Una delle mie specialità culinarie.

Ho preparato il Resgods dell’IKEA e l’ho servito a mia moglie. Non appena ho varcato la soglia della nostra camera da letto, Giuli ha olezzato il brodino, si è tirata sù in posizione seduta mettendo il cuscino dietro alla schiena. Mi ha sorriso… Allora io ho fissato intensamente i suoi occhi bovini e dopo qualche attimo ho visto le due piccole lune. � Fine giorno16

B) Los orígenes del traje de flamenca

Como por el nacimiento del flamenco, es difícil de retrasar el origen del traje de flamenca de manera exacta. Aunque, represente un punto esencial de la visión folclórica de la cultura andaluza, los estudios documentados de la indumentaria flamenca han sido limitados hasta los principios del siglo XXI, momento en el cual se ha podido encontrar estudios detallados del traje y sus orígenes. Rosa María Martínez Moreno1 , atestigua que según las teorías, ciertos estudios conectaban el traje de flamenca con “arcanas influencias orientales y arábigas”, otros defendían la “adaptación urbana de un traje campesino” y, los demás afirmaban que se trataba de una “invención reciente que dataría de los principios del siglo XX” (Martinez Moreno, El traje de flamenca: una aproximación etnológica 1999). Sin embargo, la doctora en antropología, declara que todos los estudios sobre los origines del traje de flamenca aseguran que el atuendo de flamenca tal y como lo conocemos en la actualidad se desarrolló durante la segunda mitad del siglo XIX gracias a tres procesos.

El primero tiene referencias en el siglo XVIII con el traje popular andaluz que se presentó en el vestido de los “majos” y “majas” – sinónimo de “guapo”, se utilizó para definir las clases populares urbanas madrileñas. Así, Martínez Moreno sitúa los primeros vestigio de la indumentaria flamenca a finales del siglo XVIII basándose en las notas del viaje por Andalucía de Julio Caro Baroja (en 1949 y 1950) que dan fe de que durante la segunda mitad del siglo XVIII, “unas clases sociales, no aristocráticas ni burguesas, tenidas por humildes (…) buscan marcar diferencias y señalarse”, hablando de los majos y majas. En efecto, durante una época donde el territorio español era bajo de control francés, los majos con su indumentaria, diversiones, baile o música se presentaron como una encarnación de la resistencia a la invasión francesa. Así, con su indumentaria diferente de lo normal, los trajes de majas mostraron los antecedentes formales de lo que se configurará como traje de flamenca. A lo largo de la primera mitad del siglo XIX, este movimiento ganó rápidamente prestigio en el ámbito urbano del sur español, así encontramos las primeras ilustraciones en las cuales se podían ver explícitamente el atuendo popular andaluz que se usó hasta hoy en día, recogidos por Antonio Rodríguez en la Colección General de los Trajes, en 1801. Este nacimiento del gusto por el buen vestir (“dar el golpe”) de las clases populares andaluzas, fue descrito por los viajeros románticos ingleses del siglo XIX, sorprendidos por “la especularidad democrática” de la indumentaria de la gente de clase baja en Andalucía, porque “en Andalucía la miseria siempre se ha vestido de oropeles como barrera ingenua ante el posible menosprecio”. Aunque, en este momento no se uso el termino “Traje de Flamenca” generalizado hoy en día.

El segundo, relacionado con el primero se encontró por el gusto romántico por la cultura popular durante el siglo XIX. El fenómeno de diferenciación nacionalista frente al afrancesamiento de la moda impuesta por las circunstancias políticas del momento, lanzado por los “majos” y “majas”, se desarrolló en las clases acomodadas con una intención de identificación romántica y moderna con la cultura popular. Además, con la creación de la Feria de Abril (creada en 1847) y su popularización, las gitanas buñoleras, quienes iban vender buñuelos a la Feria, empezaron vestirse con sus “batas de percal (tela fina de algodón) y trajes de faena rematados en dos o tres volantes de chispeantes colores”. También, el vestido estaba adornado con joyas y encantos: aretes, pulseras y flores en pelo. Así, las mujeres de la aristocracia y de la alta burguesía apreciaba imitar en su atuendo a los gitanos y a los majos, para responder a la imagen de “lo andaluz”. En fin, la Exposición Iberoamericana de 1929 fue la consagración y la aceptación definitiva del traje flamenco andaluz por parte de las clases pudientes como atuendo indispensable para asistir a la Feria, y en Sevilla, se dice “vestirse de gitana” para referirse a la indumentaria de flamenca. No obstante, esta teoría popular basándose en los relatos de los viajeros románticos ingleses se muestra como errónea con los primeros datos fotográficos de la Feria que mostraron la diferencia entre los “alegres atuendos festivos de las mujeres andaluzas” y “la pobreza estrafalaria de los atuendos de las gitanas buñoleras”.

El ultimo, se presentó por la profesionalización del flamenco y el aumento de la atracción por el mundo gitano (Martinez Moreno 2009). La mitad del siglo XIX se presentó como un periodo de cambio en la practica del flamenco que se volvió en un arte escénico profesionalizado con la aparición de los Cafés Cantantes. Asimismo, la indumentaria de las artistas flamencas, quienes eran familias de gitanos, era una versión adaptada para el baile del traje popular andaluz de maja. Es así como el término “traje de flamenca” vió la luz, relacionando el arte flamenco: bailes y música propias de la cultura gitana del momento2 . En la segunda mitad del s. XIX, con el auge del arte flamenco, el termino se inscribió en el folclore regional y nacional enlazado con contextos festivos donde se cantan y bailan flamenco: Ferias, Romerías, Cruces de Mayo o fiestas privadas. Así, Julio Caro Baroja señaló que el desarrollo de los cantes y bailes flamencas marcaron la revalorización de la cultura tradicional gitana en la cultura popular y, al final los dos se fundieron en el la imagen popular de lo que representa el “Flamenco”, asociado con la Fiesta en el imaginario común.

Además, las diferentes teorías sobre la historia y los orígenes del traje de flamenca concuerdan que el atuendo de flamenca tal y como lo conocemos hoy en día, se consolida entre 1890 y 1910. De echo, el patrón clásico del traje de flamenca se presentó como un traje de mangas cortas acompañado de una amplia falda rematada con volantes fruncidos hechos de tejido ligeros y baratos, como el percal, de cualquier color vivo liso o con estampados de lunares (o flores), lo cuales se acortan hasta los tobillos complementado con una enagua. El traje se constituye de un talle bajo ceñido a la cadera lo cual realza la silueta de la mujer (la hechura del traje de flamenca es llamada “cuerpo de guitarra”) con un escote de pico, redondo, o cuadrado. Después, se llevó zapatos con tacones bajos o espartos para facilitar el baile. El pelo era recogido en un moño para dar esbeltez al cuello y, adornado con flores o con el uso de un peineta grande o peinecillos en carey, nácar o plástico de colores, los cuales se utilizaban debajo de la codiciada Mantilla de encaje. Además, el atuendo ganó en coquetería y estilo gracias a distintos complementos: el mantón de Manila (o China) de seda o crespón de seda bordado, vestido de diferentes manera, respondió a características estéticas al adaptarse al clima primaveral y estival durante las fiestas y romerías andaluzas; los aderezos, grandes pendientes, collares y pulseras de colores variados, lo cuales se realizaron con resinas industriales para aligerar su peso; el abanico respondió a la problemática climática siendo su estilo modificado para corresponder a la indumentaria. 

Sin embargo, en Andalucía, existen distintos trajes según las provincias que se llevan en los mismos contextos festivos relacionados a cantes y bailes aflamencados. Esta peculiaridad local se puede encontrar en Córdoba por ejemplo, donde se encuentra el “Traje Cordobés”, la de la mujer amazona que se monta ladeada en su caballo con un vestido mezclando traje de flamenca y traje de corto. Así las mujeres de Córdoba llevan una falda larga de color oscuro la cual se alarga hasta los pies; una chaqueta corta similar a la de los hombres, encima de una camisa bordada de algodón blanco; también se lleva un sombrero calañés con una flor en el moño y botos (Baró s.f.).

Finalmente, el traje de flamenca tiene también su interpretación masculina llamada “el traje de corto”. Esta indumentaria se caracteriza por el sombrero cordobés, o de ala ancha, los hombres llevan una chaquetilla corta de cualquier color sobre una camisa siempre blanca acompañada de un chaleco, un pantalón estrecho de color oscuro (negro, gris o azul marino) el cual es marcado en la cintura con un pañuelo anudado a modo de faja, el calzado suele ser botos. Sin embargo, el traje masculino andaluza no tiene mucho popularidad en uso como el traje femenino y suele ser usado en mayoría por los caballistas durante las ferias y romerías (Baró s.f.).

1. I kinda played 2,5 otomes in my life, so my choice is mostly limited by Hakuouki :D

Hijikata - I bet you are very surprised, because I’m so quiet about my love and don’t even draw him regularly. I fell in love 5 years ago while watching the anime, and it didn’t change when I finally played the game. Seriously speaking, his route is the only one that I’ve played so far (and i have difficulties to move on and play other routes haha). The next in the top are Okita-Heisuke-Saito. (And I also love Otori, i bet if he had a route, it would be a Western Culture class and it seems i need it in my life) But tbh my second favourite character here is Chizuru

Ah. I forgot about silly phone novels. Do they count?

Asra from The Arcana. Me and my neechan used to call him ‘trashmaster‘ and were both unkind to him, but as the strory was updated, we came to appreciate him more. I’m still in doubts because of the plot and the setting, but recently it has become less confusing or we just got used to this game. And Asra is a gift if you want to draw a magician with a lot of magical tools/in the woods/with herbs/etc. But the main reason is that he has the cutest snake-familiar named Faust, so i feel you, @artpills-blog, she is a legitimate reason :D

2. Somehow it turned out to be diffcult to name my fav characters…

Honda Tohru from Fruits Basket. Furuba is my favourite story ever, and Tohru is very dear to my heart. Kind, caring, strong and often misunderstood by people. As the story progressed, she went on amazing me by her strenght and persistence. I don’t really get people who claim her too ‘kind’ or ‘ideal’: she had things that tied her to her past and were a heavy burden on her soul as everyone else in the story and had flaws, but… as one Furuba character said, ‘this girl’s happiness is everyone’s happiness’. Mine too. #protecttohruhondaatallcoastssquad

Liselotte from Liselotte to majo no mori. Gosh, I want more people to know about this story and this heroine. She is very unexperienced and ignorant, but always tries to become better, doesn’t hesitate to stand for people she cares about. Strong enough not to feel a victim after harsh things she had to endure and not to judge people who are different from others. Extremely vulnerable when it comes to some other questions. The best part is that her development is absolutely beleivable and for me she’s the best example of shoujo fantasy heroine who is in exile/in/somehow involved in a political mess.

Sumitomo Shima from Principal. I love Ikuemi Ryo’s josei mangas and her heroines, Shima is my fave among them. For her sense of humour and attitude to life.

Nomiya Takumi from Honey and Clover - I’ve been thinking about him lately and realized that I usually like characters like him: a realist, knowing what he wants, cunning, pushing others to action and some realizations (he is on the top of my list called ‘sly guys’ including Shigure from Furuba and Furuya from Kiyoku yawaku

Aramaki from 7 seeds. I just don’t know, he’s very important and needs rest and healing (also i like his character design).

Judgement ~ Anna Maria D'Onofrio Tarot

The card image is clearly inspired by the Christian idea of the last judgment originating in St. John’s vision from the book of Revelation. In that vision seven angels blow their trumpets and announce global disasters. After a series of extraordinary events, the dead rise from their graves to stand final judgment, and finally heaven and earth become united. Pictures of the last judgment usually emphasize its terrible aspect and the fate of those sentenced to hell, but the Judgment card seems lively, illuminated, and optimistic. It may refer to the resurrection of the dead ones, but the attributes of judging them (sword and scales) appear in Justice and not in this card. Jodorowsky reads the name of the card as le juge ment, meaning “the judge lies.” In his view this indicates that every judgment is false. judgment signals an awakening The original Greek name of the book of Revelation is Apocalypse, which means “lifting of the veil” or “revelation.” The Christian day of judgment is the end of worldly history and the manifestation or revealing of heaven on earth. We can see a connection between the idea of the end of history and the two final cards of the major suit: Judgment, referring to the apocalyptic events, and the World, which can be a perfect vision of reality made divine. The difference between the two is that the World card is more symmetrical, delimited, and stable. It may signify the end of a process on the practical level, reaching its completion in a state of equilibrium. In contrast, Judgment shows drama and movement that is directed mainly along the vertical axis. Perhaps what we see here is a completion of inner processes like a spiritual or an emotional quest. Such a completion is not a closure but a revelation and awakening that opens us to a new experience of life. The Judgment card can indicate a moment of revelation, an awakening, or a new understanding. For example, it can signify a new insight that changes our understanding, a paradigm change, or a personal transformation. It can represent a significant turning point in a therapy process or some sort of enlightenment and spiritual awakening. The dramatic nature of the card indicates a quick pace of events, indicating a special moment rather than an ongoing process. It can also represent a meaningful insight obtained from the reading itself.

judgment opens the sky The cross on the flag can be a Christian reference, but the cross is also an ancient symbol that predates Christianity, and thus we may give it another interpretation. It can symbolize the meeting of the two axes in the cards: the horizontal axis of earthly reality and the vertical axis of inner experience. The trumpet can be seen as a kind of tube that is an open path to the sky above. The line pattern on the back of the middle figure imitates the trumpet shape in an inverted way and expresses active acceptance of what comes from above. The tonsured head resembles the two aspirants in the Pope card and indicates that the figure has undergone a path of spiritual learning. The head and the hill behind it may also remind us of an eye observing us, a mystical symbol of higher wisdom that has survived from ancient Egypt to modern times. Sometimes it is drawn inside a triangle, and we can see such a shape between the three faces in the card. The card may describe a moment of grace in which spiritual reality manifests itself on the earthly plane. For example, it may be the peak moment of a magical ritual or a mystical experience that blurs the limits between ordinary and extraordinary reality. It can indicate an awakening to a higher level of consciousness or to the understanding that there is something above and beyond material existence. It might also signify the opening of the gates of heaven — that is, a moment in which we can make a wish that will come true. judgment illuminates the abyss The three figures on the ground can be a child with two parents. If this is so, the card may be showing an ideal family triangle where the parents assume their role with adoration and devotion. Their contact with the child’s body indicates closeness and support, and their nudity expresses an egalitarian attitude that respects the basic humanity of child and adult alike. We can see here a reparation and recovering from problems originating in the relationships with the parents. Alternatively, the card can represent the querent’s assumption of responsibility as a parent. If the card is inverse, it can indicate an unhealthy relationship between parents and child. The opening in the ground is the abyss, which has appeared in the previous cards but is now illuminated and open to the sky. The white surfaces around the pelvis may express purity and cleanliness in sexual matters. One can also see the angel with the raised wings and the tongue extended outward, as an elevated version of the main figure from the Devil card. Like the Christian day of judgment that is the world’s redemption, the card may express some sort of redemption or emotional reparation — that is, healing of the soul’s suffering and illumination of its dark sides. The connection between the angel and the figure in the middle may also represent an encounter of the querent with their personal angel orwith a sublime and benevolent part of themselves. judgment reveals what is hidden The nudity, the figure coming out of the hole, and the bare ground indicate that whatever was buried and hidden is now revealed and exposed. The Judgment card may indicate the revealing of a secret previously kept by the querent or from them. The trumpet resounds far and wide, and it may indicate that private matters become common knowledge. The card may express public exposure and fame or, alternatively, defamation and gossip. It can also symbolize mass media and the spread of information.

judgment celebrates a new birth The central figure emerging from the earth between the two parental figures can hint at a baby coming out of the womb. The card can refer to the circumstances of the querent’s birth or to a new baby in the family. In a more general sense, one can think of the birth of something new in the querent’s life. Whatever is born is accepted with approval and support, but its face is still hidden; we cannot know exactly what will come out of it. The card may also describe a rebirth, a personal transformation, that opens a new chapter in the querent’s life.    Yoav Ben Dov
