Then place it on a shallow strainer and wet it. Then dry it until it becomes like a cushion and, when that happens, let it dry in the sun until it falls apart, for the little hairs are bitter. Then grind it and make it into loaves, adding yeast as if you were making bread, but heat it more. When it rises, crumble it using fresh water and strain it through a strainer or fine sieve. Others bake the loaves in an oven with water, but heat it only little bit so that it does not boil or become lukewarm; then, they take it out and strain it. They cover it, heat it, and pour it out.
