Pizza Night! Tonight we made a mistake that turned out sooo good! My kids wants pepperoni pizza and us adults wanted our favorite @mrsvitale Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza. I went to grab pizza sauce out of the freezer for the pepperoni pizza and accidentally grabbed leftover Sunday Sauce. We decided to give it a shot anyway. Holy moly it was amazing! It basically tasted like Sunday Sauce (which is my all time favorite) with pasta because of the pizza crust, but with the added kick from the pepperoni. If we have leftover Sauce again, we will absolutely use it for pizza night. We grilled some pizza tonight! We had leftover pot roast so I wanna to do that with some bbq sauce and pepper jack cheese and we made a pepperoni too. This is seriously the most flavorful crust on a pizza I’ve ever had! I didn’t do anything different except the cooking method and it’s just mindblowingly good. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it! We also precook the crust a bit before we put toppings on, but we love thing crust pizza so you may not need to. What’s your favorite pizza topping?!
