but today I want to present you a little concept I have for a story

King Prometheus!!

plot:

three years ago, an alien specie arrived to Earth, publicly known as "Meduvolved" they started destroying major cities and killing thousands with the excuse of wanting mankind to evolve into beings similar to them, in order for them to be elegible to join their empire.

As a countermeasure, the United Nations greenlit the building of a pilotable Mecha called the King Prometheus, and Amelie Blair, the daughter of the project's main engineers, was chosen as its pilot.

For the next three years, Amelie will save many lives with the help of King Prometheus, until one day, she discovers that the robot is becoming sentient...

what do you guys think? I would really love to flesh it all out, if not as a comic, at least as a fanfic.

What if in the TADC AU Caine is successful in having Smokescreen snap and abstract? How do you imagine that would affect his physical body?

If the "Abstraction is the exit" theory is correct then Smokescreen would wake up. But if that's wrong then obviously things would go differently.

One of two things could happen. Smokescreen could die which would devastate everyone. Or the abstraction could carry over. Much like a Terrorcon, Smokescreen would wake up as a glitchy and broken version of himself. Violent to everyone to the point of needing to be locked away. Which would also devastate everyone.

What was Smokescreen’s first day in the circus like?

Panic. Or at least it started that way. Smokescreen had been on the Nemesis moments before and now he was... wherever this place was. Not only that, but he looked different, more... human?

When Smokescreen first meets everyone he doesn't trust them. Caine seems too bossy, to similar to Megatron. He assumes this is some Decepticon trick, something he didn't know the patch could do. Right?

Smokescreen put on a brave face and pretended everything was normal. He wouldn't let himself be driven to breaking and revealing the Autobots secrets just because he's trapped in a, as Caine says, Digital Circus.

Eventually Smokescreen calms down and realizes this might not be a Decepticon trick. Especially with how everyone acts. It's too... normal. It's what you'd expect from a bunch of humans who've been trapped in a digital circus, not for a bunch of Decepticons trying to fool Smokescreen.

He finally decides that this is probably the best thing that could have happened in his situation. Smokescreen relaxes and enjoys the circus adventures. Unaware, at the moment, that Caine is doing everything he can to figure out what Smokescreen is and how to "fix" him, or how to make Smokescreen gone.

Wait- FIX? What is Caine’s definition of “fix” in this situation?

The circus code doesn't work the same for Smokescreen. Which means it's harder to control him.

(Caine having the ability to "heal" Ragatha, and his ability to keep Pomni floating when showing her around, are examples of what I mean by control.)

This angers Caine. Caine is a god, but Smokescreen doesn't follow the rules he made.

Do you think TADC Smokescreen can hear his friends talking to his comatose body? Maybe not fully recognizing their voices but just as incomprehensible whispers and whimpers.

Out of anything, Smokescreen would be able to hear them in his sleep. Maybe during quite moments when he's awake he can hear their whispers, but asleep... Everything is oh so very clear. But it only started becoming clear about a week in, when he realized it wasn't Caine trying to drive him insane.

After a few minutes of staring at the sleeping Smokescreen gif my brain went back to Smokescreen’s comatose state in the real world and noticed they could be paralleled

How was Ratchet’s first meeting with Ultra Magnus (and his reunion with the others by extent) like in the TADC AU?

Sorry about taking forever to answer this, just kept slipping my mind.

Anyway, I'm not really in "writing a short story snippet" so I'm just going to do a quick explanation.

When Ultra Magnus first met Ratchet, Ratchet was holding Smokescreen in his arms. At first Magnus thought Smokescreen had been injured in some kind of attack and that's why he was unconscious. Magnus only found out the truth the day after they entered the new base.

Smokescreen was still asleep, but Magnus couldn't find any evidence of injury. And what's stranger, a Wrecker was sitting by his side, refusing to leave unless he was needed for a mission. Wheeljack, someone who never really liked Magnus, spent his time comforting Bulkhead. Something bigger was going on.

It was all explained by Ratchet. Magnus finally asked after the third day. That's when he found out that after the Decepticons had captured Smokescreen, he didn't wake up. The had drifted into a coma. He let Ratchet continue with the life support, realizing that Smokescreen didn't need much to live and with Prime's new upgrades they were getting more Energon.

He also realized pretty quickly that if he insisted on pulling the plug, it would cause everyone more sadness than they already felt. He wasn't even completely sure if Bulkhead, and in turn Wheeljack and Miko, would be able to handle that decision. So he decided against even speaking up about it to anyone other than Ratchet and Optimus.
