Could a quirk based off Masataka Takayanagi's abilities from Tenjou Tenge work? If you want specific abilities, then Uraate, Hakka Soudou Shō, and/or the Ryukei Qigong Tashinkō

I think there is something in the idea. I may even able to combine parts of the techniques. This Emitter type Quirk allows the user to control the distribution of force with any impact they make. For instance, if the user were to punch someone, they could send all the force of that punch to another spot on their body as well as focus the force of a punch all on a single point or suddenly distribute it across multiple different points in a person's body. This can be done at a range just as long as a reasonable path to deliver the attack, like punching the ground to hit what someone else is standing on. This can greatly increase the user's options in combat, able to attack in unique and unpredictable ways. The user can focus an attack to increase its power, send an attack through a medium to suddenly hit someone, or attack through defenses like armor to strike an opponent directly. With enough training, the user may even be able to apply this to air or water, greatly increasing their range and options with the Quirk. However, the Quirk does nothing to increase the user's striking power, meaning the actual force delivered may not be that strong. A possible name for the Quirk could be "Impactful".

The basic Summaries for these are... *Note= The HiSHE Ikki-Tousen fic does contain some slight spoilers to the Anime Series Ikki-Tousen Great Guardians. (HiSHE Ikki-Tousen Great Guardians) When Hakufu finds out from Chuubou that Koukin turns her down because of his feelings for Hakufu in which this gets Hakufu upset and majorly calls him out for his fixation on her. In which Hakufu flat-out rejects Koukin and even recalls an encounter she had with Kanu. (HiSHB Tenjho Tenge) While Soichiro Nagi & Bob Nakihara cause a brawl at Toudou Academy this fic is basically a "What If" namely what if Bob's openly Bi girlfriend Chiaki got significantly involved. While this did maintain a lot of things that actually happened in Episode 1 of the show when Masataka and Child Form Maya find Chiaki in the halls things get increasingly different from there. Academia Toudou é famosa por formar diversos lutadores de artes marciais, além de ensinar técnicas milenares de luta. E é justamente nessa Academia que os transferidos Bob Makihara e Souchirou Nagi, dois delinqüentes bons de briga, resolvem arranjar briga com o objetivo de dominar o local. Eles começam bem, porém, logo no primeiro dia, já encontram Masataka Takayanagi - um jovem aparentemente normal - e uma garotinha que parece ter seus 10 anos chamada Natsume Maya e ambos resolvem impedir a bagunça que esses dois delinqüentes começaram. Em uma questão de segundos, Bob Makihara fica fora de combate e Souchirou Nagi é jogado pela janela do corredor, após Natsume Maya se transformar em uma bela (e muito poderosa) garota. A batalha ainda não terminou, mas Souchirou Nagi despenca da janela direto no vestiário feminino, caindo sobre uma garota chamada Natsume Aya, irmã daquela que o jogou lá de cima. Ela, imediatamente, se apaixona por ele dando um longo beijo e, digamos assim, que a luta se encerra por aí devido à situação
